本实用新型公开了一种自贴式医用无纺布，包括基层、绒面、吸水层、杀菌粒子、主体、防潮粒子、保温层、防潮层、贴敷面、吸水颗粒、透气孔和粘块。本实用新型可以通过在主体顶部和底部分别设有粘块和绒面，便于裁取不同长度的无纺布，且每一段的无纺布都可以自由贴合，通过在主体内部设有吸水层，便于通过吸水层和吸水层内部的吸水颗粒提高吸水性，避免伤口沾到水，通过在主体内部设有透气孔，避免吸水层影响到无纺布的透气性；可以通过在基层内部这有杀菌粒子可以提高无纺布主体的杀菌效果，避免伤口出现感染的情况，通过保温层可以提高无纺布的保温效果，再通过防潮层和内部防潮粒子可以吸收湿气，起到防潮作用。
