As shown in fig. 5, a connecting rod connecting circular hole 422 is provided on a side surface of the second fixing portion 42, the connecting rod connecting circular hole 422 is specifically composed of a first connecting rod connecting circular hole 4221 and a second connecting rod connecting circular hole 4222, a diameter of the first connecting rod connecting circular hole 4221 and a diameter of the second connecting rod connecting circular hole 4222 are equal or unequal, the first connecting rod connecting circular hole 4221 and the second connecting rod connecting circular hole 4222 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the fixing screw hole 420, and the connecting rod connecting circular hole 422 is used for firmly connecting the connecting rod 2 and the proximal humerus special-shaped block together by a locking screw.
The intersection of the first connecting rod connecting circular hole 4221 and the second connecting rod connecting circular hole 4222 with the fixing screw hole 420 has a cross hole 423, and the cross hole 423 is mainly used for pressing the connecting rod 2 by a locking screw, thereby realizing that the connecting rod 2 is fixed in the second fixing portion 52.
In a specific embodiment, the first and second connection rods 21 and 22 are inserted into the first and second connection rod round holes 4221 and 4222, respectively, and after the seventh locking screw is inserted into two adjacent fixing screw holes 420, the seventh upper screw part of the seventh locking screw is screwed with the lower edge 4202 of the fixing screw hole 420, and as the seventh upper screw part is screwed and engaged with the fastening screw, the gap of the middle groove 421 is further compressed, the screw cap portion of the seventh locking screw stays in the upper edge 4201 of the fixing screw hole 420, and the first and second connection rod round holes 4221 and 4222 are pressed while the first and second connection rods 21 and 22 are fixed to the second fixing portion 42 through the cross hole 423, and the screw part and the nail head part of the seventh locking screw pass through the fixing screw hole 420 and are implanted into the bone.
The above is a description of the components of the proximal humerus special-shaped block and the connection relationship between them provided by the embodiments of the present invention, and the following is a detailed description of the usage of the proximal humerus special-shaped block with reference to fig. 1 and 9;
when a doctor uses the proximal humerus special-shaped block to fix a fracture part in a tibia fracture operation, a locking screw needs to be matched with the connecting rod 2 for use. The process used in conjunction is described in detail below.
In a specific tibial fracture operation process, a doctor aligns and attaches a first fixing portion 41 of a proximal humerus special-shaped block with a bone surface of an upper end of an outer side of a humerus, inserts locking screws into two top locking screw holes 410, a first oblique-insertion locking screw hole 411, a second oblique-insertion locking screw hole 412, two middle locking screw holes 413, a third oblique-insertion locking screw hole 414 and two lower locking screw holes 415, respectively, inserts locking screws into the locking screw holes, screws an upper screw portion of each locking screw with a lower edge portion of the corresponding locking screw hole, screws a screw cap portion of each locking screw in an upper edge portion of the corresponding locking screw hole, inserts a screw portion and a screw head portion of each locking screw into a bone after passing through the corresponding locking screw hole, fixes the first fixing portion 41 of the proximal humerus special-shaped block on the bone surface of the outer side of the humerus, and inserts a first connecting rod 21 and a second connecting rod 22 into a first connecting circular hole 4221 and a second connecting rod connecting circular hole in sequence 4222, simultaneously inserting locking screws into two adjacent fixing screw holes 420, after the locking screws are inserted into the fixing screw holes 420, the upper screw part of the locking screws is screwed with the lower edge 4202 of the fixing screw holes 420, as the upper screw part is screwed with the fastening screw thread and is bitten, the cap part of the locking screws stays in the upper edge 4201 of the fixing screw holes 420, the gap of the middle groove 421 is further compressed, the locking screws press the first connecting rod connecting round hole 4221 and the second connecting rod connecting round hole 4222 and simultaneously fixedly connect the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 with the second fixing part 42 through the cross holes 423, the screw part and the head part of the locking screws respectively penetrate through the fixing screw holes 420 and then are implanted into the bone, and thus the proximal humeral special-shaped block is completely fixed with the humeral head.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a pair of humerus near-end dysmorphism piece, platelike structural design, the simple installation realizes the steadiness of connecting, promotes the laminating degree, reduces the secondary damage to the skeleton, promotes patient's comfort level and guarantees the safety in utilization.

1. A shaped proximal humerus block, comprising a plate-like structure, the shaped proximal humerus block comprising: first fixed part and second fixed part, first fixed part and second fixed part are connected:
the inner surface of the first fixing part is an arc surface and is matched with the curved surface of the upper end of the humerus; the first fixing portion includes:
the two top locking screw holes are positioned at the upper part of the first fixing part, after a first locking screw penetrates through the top locking screw holes, a first upper screwing part of the first locking screw is in screwed connection with the top locking screw holes, and a normal vertical direction inclination angle of a plane where the first locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a first vertical inclination angle;
the first inclined inserting locking screw hole is positioned below the top locking screw hole, when a second locking screw penetrates through the first inclined inserting locking screw hole, a second upper screwing part of the second locking screw is in screwed connection with the first inclined inserting locking screw hole, and a normal vertical direction inclination angle of a plane where the second locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a second vertical inclination angle;
the second inclined inserting locking screw hole is positioned below the first inclined inserting locking screw hole, when a third locking screw penetrates through the second inclined inserting locking screw hole, a third upper screwing part of the third locking screw is in screwed connection with the second inclined inserting locking screw hole, and a normal vertical direction inclination angle of a plane where the third locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a third vertical inclination angle; the third vertical inclination angle intersects the second vertical inclination angle;
the two middle locking screw holes are positioned below the second oblique inserting locking screw hole, when a fourth locking screw penetrates through the middle locking screw holes, a fourth upper screwing part of the fourth locking screw is in screwed connection with the middle locking screw holes, and a normal vertical direction inclination angle of a plane where the fourth locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a fourth vertical inclination angle;
a third oblique-insertion locking screw hole which is positioned below the middle locking screw hole, wherein after a fifth locking screw penetrates through the third oblique-insertion locking screw hole, a fifth upper screwing part of the fifth locking screw is screwed with the third oblique-insertion locking screw hole, and a normal vertical direction inclination angle of a plane where the fifth locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a fifth vertical inclination angle;
two lower locking screw holes are positioned below the third oblique inserting locking screw hole, when a sixth locking screw penetrates through the lower locking screw holes, a sixth upper screwing part of the sixth locking screw is in screwed connection with the lower locking screw holes, and the normal vertical direction inclination angle of the plane where the sixth locking screw and the second fixing part are positioned is a sixth vertical inclination angle; the sixth vertical tilt angle intersects the fifth vertical tilt angle;
the second fixing portion includes:
the fixing screw hole is positioned on the surface of the second fixing part;
the connecting rod connecting round hole is positioned on the side surface of the second fixing part; the connecting rod is inserted into the connecting rod connecting round hole, after the seventh locking screw penetrates through the fixing screw hole, the seventh upper screwing part of the seventh locking screw is in screwed connection with the fixing screw hole, so that the connecting rod connecting round hole is extruded, and the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the second fixing part.

The proximal humerus shaped block according to claim 1, wherein the first vertical inclination angle is in a range of 12 to 18 °, the third vertical inclination angle is in a range of 25 to 31 °, the fourth vertical inclination angle is in a range of 13 to 18 °, and the sixth vertical inclination angle is in a range of 7 to 13 °.
3. The proximal humeral shaped block of claim 1,
the normal horizontal direction inclination angle of the second locking screw inserted into the first inclined insertion locking screw hole and the plane where the second fixing part is located is a first horizontal inclination angle;
the normal horizontal direction inclination angle of the third locking screw inserted into the second inclined insertion locking screw hole and the plane where the second fixing part is located is a second horizontal inclination angle;
the normal horizontal direction inclination angle of the fourth locking screw inserted into the middle locking screw hole and the plane where the second fixing part is located is a third horizontal inclination angle;
the normal horizontal direction inclination angle of the plane where the sixth locking screw inserted into the lower locking screw hole and the second fixing part are located is a fourth horizontal inclination angle; the fourth horizontal tilt angle is equal to the third horizontal tilt angle.

The shaped proximal humerus block of claim 3, wherein the second horizontal inclination angle is in the range of 9 to 15 °, the third horizontal inclination angle is in the range of 4 to 11 °, and the fourth horizontal inclination angle and the sixth horizontal inclination angle are in the range of 7 to 13 °.
5. The proximal humeral shaped block of claim 1, wherein the radius of curvature of the bottom edge of the horizontal section between the apical locking screw hole and the first oblique-insertion locking screw hole is R1, and the value of R1 is 33-38 mm;
the curvature radius of the bottom edge of the horizontal tangent plane of the first fixing part, which is positioned between the second inclined insertion locking screw hole and the middle locking screw hole, is R2, and the value range of R2 is 21-25 mm;
the curvature radius of the bottom edge of the horizontal tangent plane between the third oblique inserting locking screw hole and the lower locking screw hole of the first fixing part is R3, and the value range of R3 is 15-20 mm.

8. The proximal humeral shaped block of claim 1, wherein the connecting rod connection round hole specifically includes: the first connecting rod connecting round hole and the second connecting rod connecting round hole;
the diameter of the first connecting rod connecting round hole is equal to or different from that of the second connecting rod connecting round hole.
