Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problem of sharp noise generated during the use of the window blind in the prior art, the present application provides an embodiment of a window blind cord rolling module, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which may include a mounting base 10, at least one rolling member 20, and a cord rolling member 30, wherein the mounting base 10 has a bottom portion 150 and a supporting member 110 disposed at one side of the bottom portion 150; each rolling element 20 is embedded in the support 110 and partially protrudes from the end surface 1150 of the support 110, and the rolling elements 20 are configured to roll in the support 110; the rope rolling member 30 is driven by a driving pipe (not shown) to rotate, and the periphery of the rope rolling member 30 is provided with a matching surface 310 arranged circumferentially; the cord rolling member 30 is placed on the mount 10 such that the rolling member 20 is located between the support member 110 and the mating surface 310 and is in rolling engagement with the support member 110 and the mating surface 310, respectively.
The rope rolling element 30 can be driven by the driving tube to rotate, and the matching surface 310 of the rope rolling element 30 drives the rolling element 20 to roll in the supporting element 110; so configured, because the rolling element 20 is disposed between the cord rolling element 30 and the support element 110, and thus the friction generated by the cord rolling element 30 and the support element 110 during the relative movement is rolling friction, the rolling friction is changed from the conventional surface friction to the rolling friction during the use of the window blind, so that the rolling connection between the support element 110 and the cord rolling element 30 is performed, so as to reduce the noise generated during the use of the window blind.
The cord wrap 30 further includes a first tab 320 and a second tab 330 on either side of the mating surface 310; that is, the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330 extend outward from the outer circumference of the cord winder 30, and the first protrusion 320, the mating surface 310, and the second protrusion 330 are sequentially arranged in the axial direction of the cord winder 30. When the rope rolling member 30 is installed in cooperation with the installation seat 10, the support member 110 is inserted between the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330, so as to fix the relative positions of the rope rolling member 30 and the installation seat 10 in the axial direction. Because the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330 are both protruded along the outer periphery of the rope rolling member 30, and a cavity surrounded by a circumference is formed between the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330, the fitting surface 310 is located at the bottom end of the cavity, when the rope rolling member 30 is in rolling fit with the supporting member 110, the supporting member 110 is located between the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330, and the rolling member 20 is in rolling fit with the fitting surface 310 of the cavity all the time. And first projection 320 and second projection 330 cooperate with support member 110 to define the relative position of cord wrap 30 on mount 10. The spacing between the first protrusion 320 and the second protrusion 330 may be slightly larger than the thickness of the support member 110 to avoid the tight fit between the cord winder 30 and the mounting base 10 and the inflexible rotation of the cord winder 30.
The supporting member 110 includes a fixing portion 111 and a mounting portion 113, the fixing portion 111 can be fixedly connected with the mounting portion 113, the mounting portion 113 is provided with the rolling member 20 and defines an end surface 1150 for mounting the rolling member 20, and the end surface 1150 is disposed in an inward concave arc. In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing portion 111 is fixedly connected to the bottom portion 150 of the mounting seat 10, because the rope rolling member 30 is engaged with the supporting member 110, the rope rolling member 30 is limited to be engaged with the end surface 1150 of the supporting member 110, on which the rolling member 20 is mounted, in a rolling manner, and in order to ensure that the engagement between the rope rolling member 30 and the supporting member 110 is smoothly performed, the end surface 1150, on which the rolling member 20 is limited, is disposed in a circular arc.
The mounting portion 113 is provided with at least one mounting hole 1130, each mounting hole 1130 is a spherical hole, the circumferential surrounding angle of the spherical hole is larger than 180 degrees and smaller than 360 degrees, and the rolling member 20 is embedded in the spherical hole. When the cord rolling member 30 rotates, the cord rolling member 30 is engaged with the rolling member 20 in a rolling manner, so that the rolling member 20 satisfies both the rolling engagement with the spherical hole and the rolling engagement with the cord rolling member 30. In an embodiment of the present application, the circumferential surrounding angle of the spherical hole is greater than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees, so that the rolling member 20 can roll in the spherical hole without falling off.
In an embodiment of the present application, the number of the mounting holes 1130 and the rolling members 20 is 6, and the mounting holes 1130 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 113. With such an arrangement, when the rope winding member 30 is in rolling connection with the support member 110, because the rolling member 20 is disposed between the rope winding member 30 and the support member 110, the contact end of the rope winding member 30 and the rolling member 20 is not in contact with the end surface 1150 of the support member 110, so that both the rope winding member 30 and the rolling member 20 are engaged with the rolling member 20, i.e., only rolling friction can be generated between the rope winding member 30 and the support member 110, and with such an arrangement, noise generated by the rope winding member 30 and the support member 110, i.e., noise generated by rolling friction, is known to be much smaller than noise generated by sliding friction.
In other embodiments, the number of mounting holes 1130 and rolling members 20 may be other numbers, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, etc., each, and is not limited herein.
In one embodiment of the present application, the rolling elements 20 are balls.
In other embodiments, the rolling members 20 are rollers, that is, two fitting holes are provided inside the mounting hole 1130, and the rollers include rolling portions and two end protrusions fitting the fitting holes; i.e., the rollers may be inserted into the mounting holes 1130 and may also function in rolling engagement with the cord wrap 30.
In an embodiment of the present application, balls are used as the rolling members 20, and the material of the balls is one of steel or PVC. The steel ball surface is smoother, which is more beneficial to reducing the rolling friction generated between the supporting member 110 and the rope coiling member 30; the PVC material is a synthetic material and has high cost performance; steel or PVC is preferred in one embodiment of the present application. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, balls of other materials may be selected.
The mounting seat 10 is provided with a notch 130, one end of the rope rolling member 30 is matched with the rolling member 20, and the other end of the rope rolling member 30 passes through the notch 130. The mounting seat 10 is accommodated in a housing (not shown), one end of the rope rolling member 30 is matched with the rolling member 20, so that the position of one end of the rope rolling member 30 is fixed, and the other end of the rope rolling member 30 passes through the notch 130, so that the extending direction of the other end of the rope rolling member 30 is consistent with the length extending direction of the housing; thereby defining the position of the cord winder 30 within the housing (not shown).
In an embodiment of the present application, the material of the rope winding member 30 is polypropylene, and it is understood that, in other embodiments, the material of the rope winding member 30 may also be other materials, which is not limited herein.
The cross section of the inner cavity of the rope rolling piece 30 is octagonal, and the cross section of the inner cavity of the rope rolling piece is the same as that of the driving pipe, so that the rope rolling piece 30 is sleeved on the periphery of the driving pipe to limit the relative rotation of the rope rolling piece and the driving pipe.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the cross section of the driving tube, the cross section of the inner cavity of the rope rolling element 30 may also be a corresponding quadrangle, pentagon, hexagon, or the like, which is not limited herein.
In summary, the present application provides a cord rolling module for a blind, wherein the rolling member 20 is embedded in the supporting member 110, and the rolling member 20 forms rolling friction with the supporting member 110 and the cord rolling member 30, so as to reduce the friction coefficient between the supporting member 110 and the cord rolling member 30, and further reduce the noise generated during the use of the blind.
The above only is the embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the patent scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structures or equivalent processes that are used in the specification and the attached drawings or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
