Drawings
The above and other objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure will become more readily understood through the following detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings. Various embodiments of the present disclosure will be described by way of example and not limitation in the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 illustrates a partial schematic perspective view of an electrical cartridge housing according to one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure;
fig. 2 illustrates a cross-sectional schematic perspective view of an electrical cartridge housing according to one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure; and
fig. 3 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of the electrical cartridge housing shown in fig. 2.
Detailed Description
The principles of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to various exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these examples are described merely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and further implement the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way. It should be noted that where feasible, similar or identical reference numerals may be used in the figures and that similar or identical reference numerals may indicate similar or identical functions. One skilled in the art will readily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures and methods illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the invention described herein.
While the present disclosure below illustrates the concepts of the present disclosure in terms of an intelligent latch for use on a shared bicycle, it should be understood that the vehicle latch could also be used in other two-wheel or three-wheel vehicles, as well as other suitable vehicles.
The vehicle lock comprises an electric cabin shell, and various electric devices are arranged in the electric cabin shell. These electrical components are bonded to the electrical compartment housing, for example, using a glue. The inventors of the present disclosure have found that when an electrical device is bonded to a cartridge housing using a gel, there are cases where the amount of the gel is difficult to control, the gel overflows, which results in a waste of the amount of the gel, and may have an influence on other components. In some cases, the gel overflow may even affect the proper function of the functional component. For example, in the case where the electrical device is a speaker, the gel may block the sound-generating chamber of the speaker, thereby significantly affecting the sound generation of the speaker.
To this end, the inventors of the present disclosure have developed the structure of an electrical bin housing in an attempt to address one or more of the above-mentioned problems. The inventive concept of the present disclosure is described below using a speaker as an example. It should be understood that this is merely exemplary. The inventive concepts of the present disclosure may also be applied to the mounting of electrical or non-electrical devices thereof.
The lock according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lock comprises an electrical compartment housing 1, the electrical compartment housing 1 defining a cavity 15. In an exemplary embodiment, cavity 15 may house speaker 20. In some embodiments, the cavity 15 houses some functional electrical device or devices that require water and dust resistance. In some embodiments, the cavity 15 may house a locking pin for actuating the locking pin to open and close and an electric motor and gearing for actuating the locking pin. In some embodiments, the cavity 15 may also house a circuit board for controlling the operation of the latch. In other embodiments, the cavity 15 may also house a battery. In the illustrated embodiment, only a portion of the electrical cartridge housing 1 is shown, the electrical cartridge housing 1 may further comprise another housing portion for enclosing the shown electrical cartridge housing portion.
In some embodiments, as shown, the cavity 15 is provided with a detent 10. The mounting and positioning of the loudspeaker 20 is achieved by positioning the slot 10. The positioning groove 10 may be defined by a rib protruding from an inner wall surface of the electrical bin housing. For example, in some embodiments, injection molding may be performed as a single piece. The positioning groove 10 may be formed in a shape adapted to the shape of the speaker 20. As shown in the drawing, the speaker 20 is formed in a substantially sheet-like cylindrical shape. The positioning slot is correspondingly formed in the form of a substantially circular slot. It should be understood that this is merely exemplary and that the positioning slot 10 may be designed according to the shape of the speaker 20 to be positioned.
As shown in fig. 3, the positioning slot 10 further includes a step 12. When the speaker 20 is accommodated in the positioning slot 10, a gap 30 adapted to receive the gel is formed between the positioning slot 10 and the sidewall of the speaker 20 by the step 12. After the speaker 20 is placed in the positioning groove 10, the glue 15 is poured into the gap, thereby bonding the speaker 20 to the positioning groove 10 using the glue 15. The gap 30 provides a receiving space for the gel, thereby effectively controlling the amount of the gel 14 and preventing the gel 15 from flowing out of order and blocking the speaker 20. In some embodiments, speaker 20 is on a top surface of the speaker and/or is provided with a sound-emitting cavity. In this case, the gap prevents the gel from blocking the sound-generating chamber, thereby preventing the mounting process from affecting the function of the speaker 20. The colloid 15 is a binder well known in the art. In some embodiments, the gel may be a waterproof gel to improve the waterproof and sealing properties of the electrical compartment housing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the detent 10 may further include another step 14 formed at the bottom thereof. Another step 14 may be used to support the speaker 20 when it is placed in the positioning slot 10. In some embodiments, a double-sided adhesive tape 40 may be provided at another step 14, thereby attaching the speaker 20 to the positioning groove 10 using the double-sided adhesive tape 40. In this case, the mounting strength of the speaker 20 can be further improved, and sealing at that point is achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the electrical cartridge housing 1 opens at the bottom of the positioning slot 10. Through which e.g. a sound-emitting chamber part of the loudspeaker 20 can be exposed for sound transmission. In some embodiments, the electrical cabinet housing 1 is provided with support ribs at the bottom opening to support the speaker 20.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a lock, which is characterized by comprising the electric cabin shell 1 of the lock. The lock has the advantages of the electric bin shell. A detailed description thereof will be omitted to avoid redundancy. According to still another aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a vehicle including the lock set described above. The vehicle has the advantages of the electric cabin shell. A detailed description thereof will be omitted to avoid redundancy.
Those skilled in the art will understand that: the foregoing description is provided for the purpose of illustration and not limitation. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other implementations that depart from these specific details. Furthermore, unnecessary detail of known functions and structures may be omitted from the current description so as not to obscure the present invention.
Although specific embodiments have been illustrated and described herein, those of ordinary skill in the art appreciate that any arrangement which is calculated to achieve the same purpose may be substituted for the specific embodiments shown and that the invention has other applications in other environments. This application is intended to cover any adaptations or variations of the present invention. The following claims should in no way be construed to limit the scope of the invention to the specific embodiments described herein.
