A meat slicer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the meat carrying assembly (7) comprises a meat carrying platform (72) and a connecting seat (73), the meat carrying platform (72) being fixedly connected with the connecting seat (73); carry meat platform (72) one end to be equipped with articulated shaft (74), carry the other end of meat platform (72) to be connected with second stopper board (75) through check screw (6), connecting seat (73) are equipped with spout (76) with first guide arm (71) complex.
9. The meat slicer of claim 8, wherein the meat clamp assembly (8) includes a pressure plate (81) and a connecting portion (82) connected to one side of the pressure plate (81), the connecting portion (82) being sleeved with the hinge shaft (74).
