The term "longitudinal extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as an extension of the object along the longitudinal extension of the object. The term "longitudinal extension" of an object is to be understood in particular to mean an orientation parallel to the longest side of the smallest geometric cuboid envisaged, which also encompasses the object exactly completely. The "extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as the maximum distance between two points of a perpendicular projection of the object onto a plane. A "transverse extent" of the object is to be understood to mean, in particular, an extent of the object which is oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal extent of the object and, in particular, parallel to a main plane of extent of the object.
An "integrally formed" holding element is to be understood to mean, in particular, a holding element which is formed and/or stamped and/or formed from at least one, preferably exactly one, integral basic element of the side wall element as a basic element of the holding element. The gripping surface is provided in particular for making contact with an operator, in particular a hand, advantageously a palm and/or at least one finger, in at least one operating state for actuation and actuationIn particular for opening a door of a domestic appliance, in particular a domestic appliance door designed as a domestic refrigerator door. The gripping surface is formed in particular by at least one surface partial region of the gripping element. The holding element at least partially, in particular at least largely, advantageously at least substantially and preferably completely delimits the at least one penetration region, in particular in at least one operating state. The insertion region is in particular a region which is at least partially delimited by a gripping element and into which an operator is inserted in order to actuate the gripping element. The holding element is in particular different from a purely fastening element, for example a bolt and/or a washer and/or a dowel.
"provided" is to be understood in particular as specifically designed and/or equipped. An object is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a function which is provided for a specific purpose, which satisfies and/or executes the specific function in at least one application and/or operating state.
For example, the first sidewall may define at least one household appliance door end. Preferably, the first side wall defines at least one upper or lower domestic appliance door end in at least one operating state. In particular, this makes it possible to dispense with an additional upper or lower furniture door end, in particular in the form of an additional element, as a result of which in particular a low inventory and/or a low component complexity can be achieved.
The second side wall may for example be at least one lower furniture door end and/or at least one upper furniture door end. Preferably, at least one domestic appliance door frame is defined in at least one operating state. The second side wall may for example be a door frame of a household appliance defining at least one right side and/or at least one left side. A "domestic appliance door frame" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a limiting element of a domestic appliance door, which, in at least one operating state, is arranged to the right or to the left when the main plane of extension of the domestic appliance door is viewed vertically, in particular in the viewing direction from the operator. In particular, a particularly high stability can be achieved thereby.
Preferably, the holding element is arranged in the second side wall in at least one operating state and in particular when viewing a main plane of extension of the household appliance door vertically. In particular, this makes it possible to intuitively actuate the holding element and/or to intuitively open a household appliance door, which can be connected to the household appliance body, in particular in at least one operating state, by means of a bearing axis perpendicular to the household appliance body.
The side wall element can be constructed, for example, in multiple parts. The at least two side walls of the side wall element may in particular each form a separate part of the side wall element. At least two side walls of the side wall element can be connected to each other in at least one operating state, for example in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner. At least two side walls of the side wall elements can be connected to each other in at least one operating state by at least one latching connection and/or by at least one connection produced by latching and/or by at least one connection produced by clamping and/or by at least one screw connection. Alternatively or additionally, at least two side walls of the side wall element can be connected to each other by at least one joint in at least one operating state. Preferably, at least two side walls of the side wall elements are connected to one another in a material-fit manner. Preferably, the side wall elements are constructed in one piece. This makes it possible in particular to achieve high stability and/or low inventory.
It is further proposed that the side wall element forms at least one third side wall. The third lateral wall is in particular designed as a third lateral wall and is arranged in particular in at least one operating state so as to be visible, in particular to an operator. This makes it possible in particular to achieve high stability and/or low inventory and/or low component complexity.
The third sidewall may, for example, define at least one lower furniture door end. The third side wall can in particular adjoin the second side wall and can in particular be arranged on the side of the side wall element opposite the first side wall. Preferably, the third side wall defines a domestic appliance door frame in at least one operating state and is arranged on the side of the side wall element opposite the second side wall. The third side wall is in particular adjacent to the first side wall. In particular, low inventories and/or low component complexity can thereby be achieved. The third side wall may in particular have a longitudinal extension substantially of the same size as the second side wall.
The side wall element can, for example, merely have an integrally formed holding element. Preferably, the side wall element has at least one integrally formed further holding element, which is configured differently from the holding element and which is arranged in the third side wall. This makes it possible to achieve particularly high flexibility.
It is furthermore proposed that the side wall element is open downward in at least one operating state. The side wall element has a U-shaped configuration in particular in at least one operating state and is open in particular downward. In particular, the at least one modular unit can be easily and/or uncomplicated accessible, in particular during the production process, to the insulation space at least partially delimited by the side wall elements and in particular additionally the front wall element and the rear wall element, so that the at least one modular unit arranged in the insulation space can be accessed particularly quickly and/or easily.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the household appliance door has at least one door closing element, which is connected to the side wall element in at least one operating state. The door closing element is in particular designed as a lower or upper door closing element in at least one operating state. In particular, the door closing element is connected to the second side wall and/or the third side wall in at least one operating state. The door closing element and the side wall element define, in at least one operating state, in particular at least one at least largely, in particular at least substantially and advantageously completely closed frame and have, in particular, a common frame-shaped configuration. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a stable configuration. The door closure element and the side wall element are separate components.
The door closing element and the side wall element can be at least largely composed of one and/or of several identical materials in at least one operating state. Preferably, the door closing element and the side wall element are preferably at least largely composed of different materials. This allows a high degree of freedom of construction and/or a high flexibility. In particular, combination units made of different materials can be combined, whereby a high flexibility can be achieved.
The door closing element can, for example, be at least largely composed of ceramic and/or plastic. The door closing element can in particular be at least largely made of metal. Preferably, the side wall element is at least largely composed of at least one metal, in particular at least one metal sheet. The side wall element can be, for example, a plate member, in particular a punch-bend-press-plate member. The door closing element is in particular at least largely made of ceramic and/or plastic. This makes it possible in particular to provide a stable configuration. In particular, an easy and/or rapid production of the domestic appliance door, in particular of the integrally formed holding element, can be achieved. In particular, it is possible to achieve that only the combined unit made of metal is visible in at least one operating state. In particular, reworking of the side wall elements and/or at least one modular unit made of metal can be avoided. In particular, a particularly high-quality impression can be created for the operator.
It is further proposed that the side wall element has at least one coupling element, which is provided for coupling with at least one household appliance body. The coupling element can be designed, for example, as a bolt and can be at least partially engaged with a further coupling element, which can be arranged, in particular, on the domestic appliance body, in particular, in at least one operating state, and which can be designed, in particular, as at least one recess. The coupling element can be designed in particular as at least one recess and in particular can receive at least one latching pin at least partially in at least one operating state, which latching pin can be arranged in particular on the domestic appliance body. The coupling element can be formed in particular integrally on at least one side wall. In particular, the domestic appliance door can thereby be connected to the domestic appliance body particularly easily and quickly. In particular, at least one additional coupling element can be dispensed with, as a result of which, in particular, a low component complexity and/or a low inventory can be achieved. In particular, visible plastic supports can be dispensed with.
A particularly high stability can be achieved in particular by a domestic appliance, in particular a domestic refrigerator, having at least one domestic appliance door. It is conceivable that the household appliance has only one household appliance door according to the invention. In this case, the first side wall may preferably define the upper furniture door end. The lower furniture door end can be formed by a door closing element which is independent of the side wall element in connection therewith. This has the advantage that the door closing element can be made of a cost-effective material, since it is generally not visible to a user standing in front of the domestic appliance. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the household appliance to have two, three or more household appliance doors according to the invention. In particular, it can be provided if the household appliance has two household appliance doors arranged vertically above each other, the first side wall delimiting the lower household appliance door end in the upper household appliance door. The first side wall defines an upper appliance door end in the lower appliance door. The upper furniture door end of the upper door or the lower furniture door end of the lower door can each be formed by a door closing element. The advantages mentioned in connection with the single-door domestic appliance can thus also be used here.
The stability can be further increased in particular by a method for producing a domestic appliance door having at least one side wall element having at least one first side wall and at least one second side wall adjoining the first side wall, which second side wall forms at least one side wall region, wherein at least one holding element is integrally formed on the second side wall in the at least one side wall region of the side wall element.
The domestic appliance door should not be limited to the aforementioned applications and embodiments. The household appliance door can have a number different from the number mentioned here of the individual elements, components and units, in particular in order to achieve the functional manner described here.
