The multifunctional water outlet mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water outlet device also comprises a drawing pipe which is sleeved in the water outlet main body, one end of the drawing pipe extends out of the water outlet main body to be used as a drawing end, and the other end of the drawing pipe is respectively connected with the first valve and the second valve; the water outlet channel is formed in the pull pipe to form pull water outlet.
