Referring to fig. 1 to 7B of the drawings of the present application, a safe according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the safe includes a cabinet body 10, a square cabinet door 20 and a lock 30.
The cabinet 10 has an accommodating space 11 and a square opening 12 communicating with the accommodating space 11, wherein articles can be stored in the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 through the opening 12, or articles are allowed to be taken out from the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 through the opening 12. The cabinet door 20 is configured to close or open the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, wherein when the cabinet door 20 is configured to close the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, the articles held in the accommodating space 11 are prevented from being taken out from the opening 12 and from being stored in the accommodating space 11 from the opening 12, and correspondingly, when the cabinet door 20 is configured to open the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, the articles are allowed to be stored in the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 from the opening 12, or the articles are allowed to be taken out from the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 from the opening 12.
Preferably, when the cabinet door 20 closes the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, the cabinet 10 surrounds the cabinet door 20, and the shape and size of the cabinet door 20 are consistent with the shape and size of the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, so that a large gap between the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet 10 can be prevented, which is beneficial to ensuring the safety and reliability of the safe. It is understood that the safe can prevent foreign materials from exerting force on the cabinet door 20 to damage the cabinet door 20 by being inserted and held between the cabinet 10 and the cabinet door 20 by allowing the cabinet 10 to surround the cabinet door 20.
The lock 30 has a locked state and an unlocked state, and the lock 30 is capable of allowing the lock 30 to transition between the locked state and the unlocked state when legally operated. The lock 30 can be switched between the locked state and the unlocked state, for example, by operating the lock 30 with a mating key. When the lock 30 is in the locked state, the lock 30 can lock the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet 10, so that the cabinet door 20 is always kept in a state of closing the opening 12 of the cabinet 10. When the lock 30 is in the open state, the cabinet door 20 allows the opening 12 of the cabinet 10 to be opened, so that a user can store articles in the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 from the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, or the user can take articles out of the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 from the opening 12 of the cabinet 10.
Preferably, one side of the cabinet door 20 is pivotally connected to one side of the cabinet 10 to allow the cabinet door 20 to rotate relative to the cabinet 10 to open or close the cabinet door 20 of the cabinet 10 when operated. The lock 30 is disposed at the other side of the cabinet door 20, and after the cabinet door 20 is rotated to close the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, the lock 30 can be operated to switch from the open state to the locked state, and at this time, the lock 30 can lock the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet 10 in multiple directions, so that the cabinet door 20 is maintained in a state of closing the opening 12 of the cabinet 10. Accordingly, when the lock 30 is operated to switch from the locking state to the opening state, the cabinet door 20 can be operated to rotate relative to the cabinet 10, so as to allow the opening 12 of the cabinet 10 to be opened.
More preferably, when the lock 30 is operated to switch from the open state to the locked state, the lock 30 can lock the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet 10 in multiple directions simultaneously for operation.
For example, in this preferred example of the safe of the present invention, the cabinet 10 has a cabinet pivoting side 13 and a cabinet locking side 14 corresponding to the cabinet pivoting side 13, the cabinet door 20 has a cabinet pivoting side 21 and a cabinet locking side 22 corresponding to the cabinet pivoting side 21, wherein the cabinet pivoting side 21 of the cabinet door 20 is pivotally connected to the cabinet pivoting side 13 of the cabinet 10, and the cabinet locking side 22 of the cabinet door 20 can be locked to the cabinet locking side 14 of the cabinet 10 by the lock 30, so that the cabinet door 20 is maintained in a state of closing the opening 12 of the cabinet 10. In particular, the lock 30 is provided at the cabinet door locking side 22 of the cabinet door 20. Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cabinet 10 includes a front plate 101, a rear plate 102, and a peripheral plate 103 extending between the front plate 101 and the rear plate 102 to define the accommodating space 11 by the front plate 101, the rear plate 102, and four peripheral plates 103, wherein the opening 12 is formed in the front plate 101, so that the opening 12 communicates with the accommodating space 11 at the front of the cabinet 10. In the safe of the present invention, the opening 12 of the cabinet 10 is formed in the front plate 101 of the cabinet 10, so that the length and width of the opening 12 are smaller than the length and width of the accommodating space 11.
It should be noted that the front board 101 of the cabinet 10 may be a complete board or a board formed by splicing a plurality of small-sized boards, and correspondingly, the rear board 102 may be a complete board or a board formed by splicing a plurality of small-sized boards, and the peripheral board 103 may be a complete board or a board formed by splicing a plurality of small-sized boards.
Further, the front plate 101 has a first locking notch 1011, a second locking notch 1012 and a third locking notch 1013, wherein the first locking notch 1011 of the front plate 101 communicates with the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 at the upper portion of the front plate 101, the second locking notch 1012 of the front plate 101 communicates with the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 at the lower portion of the front plate 101, and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101 communicates with the accommodating space 11 of the cabinet 10 at the side portion of the front plate 101. When the lock 30 is switched from the open state to the locked state, a portion of the lock 30 can be simultaneously extended to and retained in the first locking notch 1011, the second locking notch 1012 and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101, so that the cabinet door 20 pivotally connected to the front plate 101 is locked to the cabinet 10 to close the opening 12 of the cabinet 10 by the cabinet door 20. Accordingly, when the lock 30 is switched from the locking state to the opening state, a portion of the lock 30 can communicate while exiting from the first locking notch 1011, the second locking notch 1012 and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101, thereby allowing the cabinet door 20 to be operated to rotate relative to the cabinet 10 to open the opening 12 of the cabinet 10. Preferably, the first locking notch 1011 and the second locking notch 1012 are located near the cabinet locking side 14 of the cabinet 10 at the high end and the low end of the cabinet 10, respectively.
It should be noted that the first locking notch 1011, the second locking notch 1012 and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101 are not limited in the safe of the present invention, and for example, the first locking notch 1011, the second locking notch 1012 and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101 may be formed by hollowing out the front plate 101, or the first locking notch 1011, the second locking notch 1012 and the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101 may be formed by providing a protrusion on the surface of the front plate 101.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7B of the drawings of the present disclosure, the lock 30 further includes a first lock lever 31, a second lock lever 32, a third lock lever 33, and an operating portion 34. The cabinet door 20 has a through mounting hole 23, wherein the operating portion 34 is mounted in the mounting hole 23 of the cabinet door 20 to expose an exposed surface of the operating portion 34 to an outside of the cabinet door 20. The third lock lever 33 is provided to the operation portion 34. The first lock rod 31 has a first connection end 311 and a first locking end 312 corresponding to the first connection end 311, and the second lock rod 32 has a second connection end 321 and a second locking end 322 corresponding to the second connection end 321, wherein the first connection end 311 of the first lock rod 31 and the second connection end 321 of the second lock rod 32 are respectively rotatably disposed on the third lock rod 33, and the first lock rod 31, the second lock rod 32 and the third lock rod 33 are respectively retained inside the cabinet door 20. Preferably, the first connection end 311 of the first lock lever 31 and the second connection end 321 of the second lock lever 32 are rotatably installed at corresponding upper and lower sides of the third lock lever 33, respectively.
When the user operates the operation part 34 outside the cabinet door 20 to make the lock 30 switch from the open state to the locked state, the third lock rod 33 is driven to rotate to allow the free end of the third lock rod 33 to enter and be held in the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101, the rotation of the third lock rod 33 further drives the first lock rod 31 to move upwards to make the first locking end 312 of the first lock rod 31 enter and be held in the first locking notch 1011 of the front plate 101, and drives the second lock rod 32 to move downwards and the second locking end 322 of the second lock rod 32 enter and be held in the second locking notch 1012 of the front plate 101, so that the first lock rod 31, the second lock rod 32 and the third lock rod 33 of the lock 30 lock the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet body 10 in different directions respectively, so that the opening 12 of the cabinet 10 is always closed by the cabinet door 20. Because the lock 30 locks the cabinet door 20 and the cabinet body 10 in at least three directions, even if the cabinet door 20 is pried and deformed, the deformed cabinet door 20 cannot simultaneously make the first locking end 312 of the first locking rod 31 exit the first locking opening 1011 of the front plate 101, make the second locking end 322 of the second locking rod 32 exit the second locking opening 1012 of the front plate 101, and cannot make the free end of the third locking rod 33 exit the third locking opening 1013 of the front plate 101, thereby ensuring the reliability and safety of the safe.
Correspondingly, when the user operates the operation portion 34 outside the cabinet door 20 to make the lock 30 switch from the locking state to the opening state, the third lock rod 33 is driven to rotate to allow the free end of the third lock rod 33 to exit the third locking notch 1013 of the front plate 101, the rotation of the third lock rod 33 further drives the first lock rod 31 to move downwards to make the first locking end 312 of the first lock rod 31 exit the first locking notch 1011 of the front plate 101 and make the second lock rod 32 move upwards to make the second locking end 322 of the second lock rod 32 exit the second locking notch 1012 of the front plate 101, and at this time, the cabinet door 20 is operated to expose the opening 12 of the cabinet body 10 after rotating relative to the cabinet body 10.
Further, the lock 30 includes a first retainer 35 and a second retainer 36, wherein the first retainer 35 has a first through passage 351 and the second retainer 36 has a second through passage 361. The first holder 35 is disposed at a high end of the cabinet door 20, and the second holder 36 is disposed at a low end of the cabinet door 20, wherein the first locking end 312 of the first lock lever 31 is movably held in the first through-passage 351 of the first holder 35, and the second locking end 322 of the second lock lever 32 is movably held in the second through-passage 361 of the second holder 36, in such a manner that when the third lock lever 33 rotates to drive the first lock lever 31 and the second lock lever 32 to rotate, the first holder 35 and the second holder 36 respectively define a moving direction of the first lock lever 31 and the second lock lever 32, so as to prevent the first lock lever 31 and the second lock lever 32 from being displaced.
Preferably, when the cabinet door 20 closes the opening 12 of the cabinet 10, the first through-passage 351 of the first holder 35 and the first locking notch 1011 of the cabinet 10 correspond to each other to allow the first locking end 312 of the first locking lever 31 held in the first through-passage 351 of the first holder 35 to enter and be held in the first locking notch 1011 of the cabinet 10, and correspondingly, the second through-passage 361 of the second holder 36 and the second locking notch 1012 of the cabinet 10 correspond to each other to allow the second locking end 322 of the second locking lever 32 held in the second through-passage 361 of the second holder 36 to enter and be held in the second locking notch 1012 of the cabinet 10.
It should be noted that the manner of disposing the first retaining member 35 and the second retaining member 36 on the cabinet door 20 is not limited, for example, the first retaining member 35 may be screwed to the cabinet door 20 and the second retaining member 36 may be screwed to the cabinet door 20 by screws, the first retaining member 35 may be welded to the cabinet door 20 and the second retaining member 36 may be welded to the cabinet door 20, or the first retaining member 35, the second retaining member 36 and the cabinet door 20 may be an integrated structure.
