To further ensure that the wear plate 130 is firmly connected to the inner side plate 121, the bottom of the inner side plate 121 may be fastened to the slot 133 by a sealing strip 122. Alternatively, the sealing strip 122 may be configured as a deformable sealing strip, so that the sealing strip 122 may be adjusted in size according to the space between the slot 133 and the inner side plate 121, so that the sealing strip 122 always offsets against the bottom of the inner side plate 121 and the slot 133, thereby ensuring the sealing property.
The side panel 120 further includes an inner side reinforcement 140, and when the side panel 120 is impacted by the inward cargo or abnormally impacted outside the box, the side panel 120 is under the action of bending and tensile stress, and the inner side reinforcement 140 can reinforce the structural strength of the side panel 120. Fig. 3 and 4 show an inner reinforcement bar 140 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the inner cage bar 140 may be configured as a substantially U-shaped groove, and the inner cage bar 140 may have a U-shaped cross section (as shown in fig. 7), with the opening direction of the inner cage bar 140 facing the outer plate. The inner cage bar 140 may include a back plane 141 and side bending surfaces connected to both ends of the back plane 141, respectively, and the cross-sectional shape of the side bending surfaces may be substantially L-shaped. The back plane 141 can be closely attached to the inner side plate 121.
To avoid interference of the inner plate ribs 140 with the slots 133, the inner plate ribs 140 are further provided with recesses that may be recessed inward from the back plane 141. The back plane 141 is further provided with a mating portion 142, and the mating portion 142 may be connected to the back plane 141 and may extend into the notch 143. 8. A container as claimed in claim 1, in which the wear plate is provided with slots at the top into which the bottoms of the inner plates are inserted, the bottoms of the inner plates being secured to the slots by sealing strips.
9. A container as claimed in claim 8, in which the inner reinforcing bars are further provided with recesses which are recessed inwardly from the plane of the back, the recesses corresponding to the location of the slots for receiving the slots.
10. The container of claim 1, wherein the wear plate and the inner reinforcement are each made of metal.
