The cover tape winding device of claim 3, further comprising a limiting component, wherein the limiting component comprises a fixing block and a first baffle, the fixing block is fixed on the first support plate, the fixing block is recessed with a groove for the cover tape to pass through and limit the cover tape, and the first baffle is covered on the groove.

The cover tape winding device according to claim 5, wherein an adsorption member for adsorbing the cover tape is disposed in the fixing block, the adsorption member is electrically connected to an external pneumatic device, and a speed regulating valve is disposed at a top of the fixing block and is used for regulating pneumatic pressure of the external pneumatic device to regulate an adsorption force of the adsorption member.

The cover tape winding device of claim 3, further comprising a third guide wheel fixed to the second support plate, the third guide wheel being spaced apart from the second guide wheel, wherein the cover tape sequentially passes through the third guide wheel, the first guide wheel, and the second guide wheel.
8. The cover tape retractor of claim 7 wherein the number of third guide wheels is three.
9. The cover tape winding device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second supporting frame is provided with a second bracket, and the second bracket is provided at two ends thereof with second stoppers respectively disposed at one side of the third guide wheels for providing a guiding function for the winding direction of the cover tape.
10. The cover tape winding device of claim 4, wherein the support assembly further comprises a cover plate covering the slider assembly and the sensor assembly.
