In the cutter was cut to the aforesaid device of cutting and the aforesaid, through the tip of second cutter sets up the recess, and with the department that meets of second cutting part forms first supporting part, first cutting part with the second cutting part cuts during the work piece, first supporting part supports the work piece, the work piece can not produce the shake, and the recess makes first cutter and second cutter can not extrude the work piece cuts the work piece can not produce the burr, and the cutting quality is high.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a cutting tool 100 for cutting a workpiece (not shown) having a sheet-like structure. The workpiece is a pole piece, but is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, the workpiece may also be cloth, paper sheet, or the like.
The slitting tool 100 comprises a first cutter 10 and a second cutter 20 which are oppositely arranged. The first cutter 10 is provided with a first blade portion 11. The second cutter 20 is provided with a second blade portion 21, a first support portion 23, and a groove 25. The first blade part 11 and the second blade part 21 are oppositely arranged and can be abutted, and the first blade part 11 moves relative to the second blade part 21 to cut the workpiece. The first support portion 23 is in contact with the second blade portion 21 and extends to a side away from the first blade portion 11. Specifically, the first support portion 23 is perpendicular to the second blade portion 21, but is not limited thereto. The first support portion 23 is used for supporting the workpiece when the workpiece is cut. The groove 25 is located on a side of the first supporting portion 23 facing away from the second blade portion 21. The groove 25 is formed by partially recessing the end surface of the second cutter 20 to be lower than the first support part 23.
The first cutter 10 is a sharp-edged structure. Specifically, the first edge portion 11 includes a first edge surface 111 and a second edge surface 113. The first blade surface 111 is used to abut against the second blade portion 21. The second edge surface 113 intersects with the first edge surface 111 and is located on a side of the first edge surface 111 facing away from the second edge portion 21. The first blade surface 111, the second blade surface 113, and the second blade portion 21 participate in cutting the workpiece.
The end face of the second cutter 20 is provided with a groove 25 to form a first supporting part 23, the first supporting part 23 provides support for a workpiece, and when the slitting cutter 100 cuts the workpiece, the workpiece cannot shake or burrs extending to one side along a direction approximately parallel to the workpiece do not occur.
The concave groove 25 prevents the second edge 21 of the second blade 20 and the first edge 11 of the first blade 10 from being deformed by pressure when cutting a workpiece, and prevents burrs from being formed on a side substantially perpendicular to the workpiece. And the groove 25 ensures that the heat dissipation effect is good when the workpiece is cut, and the dust generated by cutting the workpiece is easy to discharge.
The second cutter 20 is further provided with a second support portion 27 and a third blade portion 29. The third edge portion 29 is adapted to the first edge portion 11 to enable cutting of the workpiece. The second supporting portion 27 is disposed on a side of the groove 25 away from the first supporting portion 23, and is used for supporting the workpiece. The third blade portion 29 is disposed on a side of the second support portion 27 away from the groove 25. The third edge part 29 can cut the workpiece with the first edge part 11, so that both sides of the second cutter 20 can be used for cutting, and the service life of the slitting tool 100 is prolonged.
The second blade 21 and the third blade 29 are symmetrically disposed on the second cutter 20, but are not limited thereto. The number of the grooves 25 is one. The groove 25 is a V-shaped groove and has a symmetrical structure, but is not limited thereto.
In other embodiments, the groove 25 may also be an arc-shaped groove, or a groove structure formed by arranging a plurality of arc-shaped grooves and/or the V-shaped groove array. The number of the grooves 25 is not limited as long as the grooves 25 are connected to the first support part 23 or the second support part 27.
For example, referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the slitting tool 100 ', the second cutter 20' has substantially the same structure as the second cutter 20 of the slitting tool 100, except that: the number of the grooves 25' is two. The two grooves 25 'are spaced apart from each other on the end surface of the second cutting blade 20, and the two grooves 25' are symmetrically disposed on the second cutting blade 20, but not limited thereto. One of the grooves 25 'is connected to the first support portion 23 and the other groove 25' is connected to the second support portion 27.
Referring to fig. 4, in the slitting tool 100 ″ of the further embodiment, the second cutter 20 ″ is substantially the same as the second cutter 20 of the slitting tool 100, except that: the groove 25' is an arc-shaped groove which is approximately in a U-shaped groove structure and is convenient to clean.
Referring to fig. 5, the first cutter 10 and the second cutter 20 rotate around two parallel axes, respectively. The diameters of the first blade portion 11 and the second blade portion 21 are equal to ensure that the first cutter 10 and the second cutter 20 cut the workpiece synchronously, but not limited thereto. It is understood that in other embodiments, the diameters of the first blade portion 11 and the second blade portion 21 may not be equal, and the diameter ratio of the first blade portion 11 and the second blade portion 21 is equal to the inverse ratio of the rotation speeds of the two corresponding parallel shafts, so as to ensure that the first blade portion 11 and the second blade portion 21 cut the workpiece synchronously.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the first cutting knife 10 and the second cutting knife 20 can be moved towards each other to cut the workpiece.
Referring to fig. 5, a cutting device 200 is further provided according to an embodiment of the present application. The slitting device 200 comprises a first spindle 201, a second spindle 203 and a slitting tool 100 "'. The slitting knife 100 "' has substantially the same structure as the slitting knife 100, except that: the recess 25 "'of the second cutter 20"' is a trapezoidal groove. The first spindle 201 and the second spindle 203 are arranged in parallel. The first cutter 10 is disposed on the first spindle 201. The first main shaft 201 is used for driving the first cutter 10 to rotate. The second cutter 20 "' is disposed on the second spindle 203. The second spindle 203 is used for driving the second cutter 20' ″ to rotate.
The slitting device 200 also comprises a support 205. The supporting member 205 is disposed on the second main shaft 203 and rotates synchronously with the second cutter 20' ″. The support 205 is used to support the cut-off portion of the workpiece. It is understood that in other embodiments, the support 205 may be omitted.
In the aforesaid cutting device 200 and the aforesaid cutter 100 of cutting, through the tip of second cutter 20 sets up recess 25, and with second cutting portion 21 department of meeting forms first supporting part 23, at first cutting portion 11 with second cutting portion 21 cuts during the work piece, first supporting part 23 supports work piece, work piece can not produce the shake, and recess 25 makes first cutter 10 and second cutter 20 can not extrude the work piece cuts the work piece and can not produce the burr, and the cutting quality is high.
Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
