According to a preferred embodiment, a cervical anesthesia injection apparatus comprises at least: the expanding mechanism comprises an expanding head 1 with elasticity and an arc cross section at one end, wherein the end of the expanding head 1, which is far away from the arc cross section, is connected with an elastic sleeve 5 and a hollow conduit 6 which is used for supporting the elastic sleeve 5 and penetrates through the elastic sleeve 5, an expansion accommodating cavity 5B which is used for accommodating at least one atmosphere of gas and/or liquid is arranged in the elastic sleeve 5, the side wall of the hollow conduit 6 is provided with at least one expansion through hole 6A which is communicated with the expansion accommodating cavity 5B, one end of the hollow conduit 6, which is far away from the expanding head 1, is communicated with an expansion injection mechanism, the expanding mechanism further comprises a medicine seepage sleeve 4 which is coated outside the elastic sleeve 5 and has elasticity and at least one medicine seepage hole 4A on the outer surface, and two ends of the medicine seepage sleeve 4 are respectively connected with one end of the expanding head 1 and the outer wall of the elastic sleeve 5, so that the medicine infiltration sleeve 4, the side wall of the expansion head 1 and the elastic sleeve 5 form an anesthetic containing cavity 4B communicated with an anesthetic injection mechanism 2, and the anesthetic recovery mechanism comprises: a recovery sleeve 3 arranged between the elastic sleeve 5 and the anesthetic injector 21, wherein one end of the recovery sleeve 3 facing the expansion head 1 is in a bell mouth shape and is provided with an anesthetic suction port, the other end of the recovery sleeve is a cylinder and is hermetically connected with the outer wall of the hollow catheter 6, the anesthetic suction port is provided with anesthetic sponge 13 for assisting in absorbing anesthetic flowing out of a cervix, the recovery sleeve further comprises a liquid collecting bottle 9 for collecting anesthetic flowing out of the cervix and a negative pressure suction machine 10 for providing negative pressure to absorb anesthetic, the liquid collecting bottle 9 and the negative pressure suction machine 10 are communicated with the recovery sleeve 3 through a three-way negative pressure pipeline, when the negative pressure suction machine 10 is started to provide negative pressure, anesthetic flowing out of the cervix can be absorbed into the liquid collecting bottle 9, the liquid collecting bottle 9 is provided with a second one-way valve 11 which enables liquid to flow to the liquid collecting bottle 9 in a one-way from the negative pressure pipeline, the inflation injection mechanism comprises an inflation injector 8 with second scale marks 8A arranged on the outer wall, wherein the inflation injector 8 injects liquid or gas to inflate the inflation accommodating cavity 5B, so that the diameter of the elastic sleeve 5 is enlarged to be approximately the same as that of the expansion head 1.
For easy understanding, the working principle of the cervical anesthesia injection device of the present invention is explained as follows: the expansion head 1 is extended into the cervix, then the expansion injector 8 injects gas or liquid to expand the elastic sleeve 5 until the diameter of the elastic sleeve 5 is close to that of the expansion head 1, then the anesthetic injector 21 injects anesthetic, finally the negative pressure suction machine 10 is started to absorb the anesthetic flowing out of the cervix, finally the expansion injector 8 deflates or recovers liquid to recover the diameter of the elastic sleeve 5 to a natural state, and the expansion mechanism is pulled out of the body.

the drug permeating sleeve (4) is wrapped outside the elastic sleeve (5), has elasticity and is provided with at least one drug permeating hole (4A) in the outer surface, and two ends of the drug permeating sleeve (4) are respectively connected with one end of the expansion head (1) and the outer wall of the elastic sleeve (5), so that an anesthetic containing cavity (4B) communicated with the anesthetic injection mechanism (2) is formed by the drug permeating sleeve (4), the side wall of the expansion head (1) and the elastic sleeve (5);

4. A device according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottle (9) is provided with a second one-way valve (11) which enables one-way flow of liquid only from the negative pressure conduit to the bottle (9).
5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the anesthetic-absorbing opening is provided with a sponge (13) assisting in absorbing anesthetic flowing out of the cervix.

The device according to claim 5, characterized in that the baffle ring (12) is made of an elastic material and has an angle of 20-45 ° between its natural extension direction and the axis of the hollow conduit (6), and an angle of 45-60 ° between its natural extension direction and the axis of the hollow conduit (6) when the baffle ring (12) is subjected to a force directed from the expansion head (1) to the recovery sleeve (3).
