Since embodiment 2 is directly bound on the wall surface, when the tray 8 is opened downward, in order to prevent the sterile medical article 3 from slipping down to the ground, a structure that is tilted upward is provided on the tray 8.
Except for the above structure and usage, the rest of the structure and usage of this example are the same as those of example 1.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, the sterile medical article storage box according to the present embodiment is not provided with the second insertion box 15 and the tray storage unit 16, as compared with embodiment 1. Below the access case 1 and the first inserting and taking case 14 described in this embodiment, a retractable holder 18 is mounted.
The present embodiment can be placed directly on the ground, and the rest of the medical supplies can be stored on the rack plate at the bottom of the rack 18.
Except for the above structure and usage, the rest of the structure and usage of this example are the same as those of example 1.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, the sterile medical article storage box according to the present embodiment is not provided with the second insertion box 15 and the tray storage unit 16, as compared with embodiment 1. A label 12 and a temperature and humidity display screen 13 are provided on the sealing cover 11.
The storage box 1 in the embodiment is directly placed on a table for use, and the opening of the first insertion box 14 is placed forwards, so that the storage box 1 in the embodiment is of a front storage and rear storage structure. When the sterile medical product 3 is stored, it needs to be pressed backwards, and when the tray 8 is closed, it is closed forwards.
Except for the above structure and usage, the rest of the structure and usage of this example are the same as those of example 1.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A sterile medical article storage box is characterized by comprising a storage box (1) which is used for storing and taking each sterile medical article (3) one by one;
a conveying device (2) for storing sterile medical supplies (3) is arranged in the storing and taking box (1);
the conveying device (2) is sequentially divided into a plurality of storage layers (4) which can store at least one sterile medical product (3) from the inlet to the outlet of the storage box (1);
after the sterile medical supplies (3) are placed in the storage layer (4) adjacent to the inlet, or after the sterile medical supplies (3) are taken out of the storage layer (4) adjacent to the outlet, the original storage layer (4) adjacent to the outlet disappears, a new storage layer (4) adjacent to the inlet is generated, and the rest storage layers (4) move one layer from the inlet to the outlet.

The sterile medical-article storage box according to claim 1, wherein the transfer device (2) comprises: the two conveyor belts are arranged along the direction from the inlet to the outlet of the access box (1) and comprise conveyor belts (5) connected end to end and rollers (7) for supporting the conveyor belts;
a plurality of tough support sheets (6) are uniformly arranged on each conveying belt (5) at equal intervals; one end of each supporting sheet (6) is fixedly connected with the corresponding conveying belt (5), and the other end is free;
the supporting pieces (6) which are respectively positioned on the two conveying belts (5) and oppositely arranged correspond to each other one by one, and are mutually vertical to the plane where the connecting part of the conveying belts (5) is positioned;
two corresponding support sheets (6) which are respectively arranged on the two conveyer belts (5) oppositely are positioned on the same plane;
two supporting sheets (6) which are oppositely arranged and positioned on the same plane form a storage layer (4).
3. The sterile medical supplies storage box according to claim 2, wherein the rollers (7) are unidirectional rollers, and the rollers (7) belonging to the two belts respectively rotate in opposite directions.
4. A sterile medical supplies storage box according to claim 3, wherein a tray (8) is provided at the exit of the access box (1); one edge of the tray (8) is hinged with the edge of the outlet of the access box (1);
when the tray (8) is opened, the two supporting sheets (6) belonging to the storage layer (4) adjacent to the inlet are parallel to the plane of the conveyer belt (5), and the sterile medical supplies (3) originally positioned on the storage layer (4) adjacent to the inlet fall onto the tray (8);
and (3) taking out the sterile medical products (3) on the tray (8), and closing the tray (8), and then simultaneously rotating the two conveyor belts until the storage layer (4) which is adjacent to the outlet disappears.
5. A sterile medical product storage box according to claim 4, wherein a paddle (9) for rotating both the conveyor belts simultaneously is provided on the tray (8) near the hinged edge;
each conveyor belt is provided with a one-way bearing (10);
the one-way bearing (10) is coaxially linked with a roller (7) on the corresponding conveying belt, which is close to the outlet of the access box (1);
the number of the poking sheets (9) is two, and the poking sheets are respectively and correspondingly abutted against each one-way bearing (10).

The sterile medical-article storage box according to claim 2, wherein the distance between the two conveyor belts (5) is greater than or equal to the length of the two support sheets (6); the distance between the two conveying belts (5) and the inner walls of the two sides of the corresponding access box (1) is less than the length of one support sheet (6).
7. The sterile medical supplies storage box according to claim 2, wherein two symmetrical limiting blocks (17) are fixedly arranged at the inlet of the storage box (1);
the two limiting blocks (17) respectively correspond to one conveyor belt; the distance between the limiting block (17) and one end, close to the inlet of the storing and taking box (1), of the corresponding conveying belt (5) is smaller than the length of one supporting sheet (6).
8. The aseptic medical-item storage box according to claim 4, wherein a sealing cover (11) is provided outside the access box (1) entrance;
when the sealing cover (11) and the tray (8) are closed simultaneously, the access box (1) is in a sealing state;
the surface of the storage box is provided with a label (12) for indicating the information of the sterile medical supplies (3);
a temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the storing and taking box (1), and a temperature and humidity display screen (13) connected with the temperature and humidity sensor is arranged on the surface of the storing and taking box (1).
9. A sterile medical supplies storage box according to any of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a first insertion and retrieval box (14) disposed adjacent to the access box (1);
the first inserting and taking box (14) is of a single-opening structure, and the opening direction is the same as the inlet direction of the access box (1).
10. The sterile medical-article storage box according to claim 4, wherein a tray storage unit (16) is provided outside the outlet of the access box (1);
the tray storage unit (16) is fixedly connected with the access box (1) and has a single-opening structure;
the tray storage unit (16) wraps the tray (8) to enable the tray (8) to be freely opened and closed in the tray storage unit (16);
when the tray (8) is opened, the sterile medical supplies (3) on the tray (8) can be taken out from the opening of the tray storage unit (16).
