Fig. 1 is a top view of a cooking appliance with zone heating according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a control circuit in the cooking appliance for zone heating provided in the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance 100 for zone heating provided by the embodiment includes segmented heat generating pipes in which each segment 210 of the heat generating pipe covers a heating zone 110 of the cooking appliance 100. Each section of the segmented heating tube is connected in parallel in the control circuit. The control circuit further includes an additional resistor array having respective additional resistors 220 connected in series with respective segments 210 of the heat generating tube, a circuit board 230 connected in series with the additional resistor array, and a power supply 240 connected in series with the circuit board 230. The control circuit further includes a base resistor 250 connected in parallel with the segmented heat emitting tubes, the additional resistor array, and the circuit board 230, and a base heat emitting tube 260 connected in series with the base resistor 250.
The base resistor 250 is a base heat source of the cooking appliance 100, and the additional resistor 220 controls whether to increase the local heat generation and the extra heat generation of the cooking appliance 100.
The circuit board 230 may control the amount of current in the resistor to control the amount of heat generated. In this case, the circuit board 230 may include a circuit for changing the current magnitude, and the current of a branch of the circuit board 230 is controlled by switching different resistors on and off the branch. The control circuit may also include a fuse link 290 in series with the power supply 240. The fuse link 290 protects the fuse link 290 from being broken when the current is too high.
As an alternative embodiment, the cooking device may be one of an electric chafing dish, an electric heating pot, an electric heating stove, and an electric oven.
The cooking appliance of this embodiment includes a heating mode in which heating temperatures of the heating areas are the same and a heating mode in which at least one of the heating areas is different from the heating temperatures of the remaining heating areas.

the control circuit also comprises additional resistor arrays, circuit boards and a power supply, wherein the additional resistor arrays are respectively connected with the additional resistors in series, the circuit boards are connected with the additional resistor arrays in series, and the power supply is connected with the circuit boards in series;
the control circuit further comprises a basic resistor connected with the segmented heating tube, the additional resistor array and the circuit board in parallel, and a basic heating tube connected with the basic resistor in series.
2. The zoned heating cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the circuit board comprises circuitry to vary the magnitude of the current.
3. The zone heating cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein said circuit board includes a switch in series with said additional resistor.
4. The zoned heating cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the circuit board comprises circuitry to vary the voltage level.
5. The zone heating cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the circuit board includes a sliding rheostat in series with the additional resistor.
6. The zone heating cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the control circuit further comprises a temperature controlled switch in series with the base resistance and the base heat pipe.
7. The zone heated cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the control circuit further comprises a power lamp in series with the power source.
8. The zone heated cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the control circuit further comprises a fuse link in series with the power source.
9. The zone heating cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is one of an electric chafing dish, an electric heating pan, an electric heating stove, and an electric oven.
10. The zone heating cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance includes a heating mode in which heating temperatures of the heating zones are the same and a heating mode in which a heating temperature of at least one zone of the heating zones is different from that of the remaining zones.
