More specifically, in the upright position 300, when the user U applies pressure to one side of the top surface 301 of the multi-function sofa sleeper 10, or sits down with the body of the user U near the top surface, the filler 12 moves from the side with the force to the side with no or less force, i.e., to the other side, thereby forming the sitting nest 304 at the front side with more force and gradually forming the sofa backrest and the sofa armrest near the rear side or side.
It is also worth mentioning that the peripheral side 303 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 in the upright state is substantially a cylindrical or cylindrical structure, so that when it is pressed, the binding force of the peripheral side is substantially consistent, and therefore, the multifunctional sofa bed will not collapse excessively at the position where the force is applied, i.e. the user U will not feel an excessive sinking feeling. In other words, in the upright position 300, the multi-function sofa sleeper 10 has a better supporting force.
It is also worth mentioning that the multi-function sofa sleeper 10 is made of flexible material, which can be easily spread on the bottom surface for use, but is difficult to be formed into a three-dimensional state, and thus is in a three-dimensional turning state, which is required to provide a supporting force to the user at the bottom surface and the periphery by the function of the sofa, and the coupling assembly 13 is provided so that when the multifunctional sofa bed 100 is required to be unfolded, the coupling assembly 13 is in an open state, the multi-function sofa sleeper 10 can be unfolded with a free state, when it is needed to provide the three-dimensional support, the combination component 13 combines two sides thereof, so that the combination component can not be scattered under the action of pressure, and the three-dimensional support structure is maintained, it is not a naturally stacked three-dimensional shape, but a three-dimensional shape formed by the multifunctional sofa bed 10 being deformed by pressure under the constraint of the coupling assembly 13.
It is also worth mentioning that the volume of the particles filled in the multifunctional sofa bed 10 is smaller than the volume of the inner space 1001, when the multifunctional sofa bed 10 is erected, the filler 12 in the inner space 1001 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 moves downward, and the upper portion of the inner space 1001 is not filled to be empty, so that the particles at a certain position can move to the surrounding space when the particles are under the action of pressure.
Optionally, the filler particles of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 are coarse particles with a single weight of 9-12g, and preferably, the filler particles of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 are coarse particles with a single weight of 11g and a diameter size of about 4 mm. Of course, in other embodiments, the filler particles may be selected from particles of other weights or size ranges, and the size of the particles does not limit the overall concept of the invention. It is worth mentioning that the filler particles under the gram weight can satisfy a better supporting effect under the condition that the overall weight of the multifunctional sofa bed is lighter. Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the length of the main body 11 ranges from 1.7 to 1.9m, the width ranges from 0.7 to 0.9m, the packing weight is 10 to 12g of coarse particles, the total packing mass ranges from 1450g to 1650g, and at this ratio of size and packing amount, the multifunctional sofa bed 10 can better satisfy the use requirement between a plurality of states, such as better plane supporting effect when unfolded, and can provide better supporting effect when standing up, in other words, the size and packing ratio of the multifunctional sofa bed are related to the supporting requirement of a plurality of states, and the weight and total packing amount need to be balanced between the size and the supporting state.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the main body 11 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 includes an inner bag 111 and an outer bag 112, and the outer bag 112 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 is sleeved outside the inner bag 111. That is, the overall shapes of the inner bag 111 and the outer bag 112 are substantially identical.
The inner bag 111 includes an inner bag body 111 and forms the inner space 1001, and the outer bag 112 includes an outer bag body 1121 and has a receiving chamber 1002, and the inner bag body 111 is received in the receiving chamber 1002.
The outer bag 111 and the outer bag 112 are each an elongated square shape, and each form one of the inner space 1001 and a housing chamber 1002. In other words, the inner bag 111 and the outer bag 112 form the top surface and the bottom surface, respectively, and the inner space 1001 and the accommodation chamber 1002 are formed by being separated by the top surface and the bottom surface.
The inner bag 111 has two inner free edges 1051 and the outer bag 112 has two outer free edges 1052, and the inner free edges 1051 and the outer free edges 1052 correspond to each other and form the free edges 104 integrally. The inner bag 111 has two inner binding edges 1041, the outer bag 112 has two outer binding edges 1042, and the inner binding edges 1041 and the outer binding edges 1042 correspond to each other to form the binding edges 105.
The coupling assembly 13 is disposed at both outer coupling edges 1042 of the outer bag 112. Further, the coupling members 13 are respectively disposed at shorter opposite sides of the outer bag 112. When the user U needs to change the state of the multi-function sofa bed 10, it can be adjusted by operating the coupling assembly 13 of the outer bag 112, such as to couple the shorter sides of the outer bag 112 to each other.
The outer bag 112 has an access opening 1003 for allowing the inner bag 111 to enter and exit, that is, the access opening 1003 communicates the inner space 1001 of the outer bag 112 with the outside. The outer bag 112 includes a closing member 1122, and the closing member 1122 is disposed at the access 1003 to control the opening or closing of the access 1003. The closure member 1122 is illustratively, but not limited to, a zipper, buttons, cohesive fasteners, snaps, etc., and preferably the closure member 1122 is a zipper such that the access opening 1003 is completely closed without viewing the interior. In this embodiment of the present invention, the access opening 103 is disposed at one of the outer free edges 1052.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the outer bag 112 and the inner bag 111 are detachably disposed, and the outer bag 112 and the inner bag 111 are identical in size and shape, so that when the inner bag 111 is filled in the outer bag 112, the outer bag 112 is entirely spread, when two sides of the outer bag 112 are combined with each other, the outer bag 112 forms a closed ring, the inner bag 111 is correspondingly limited by the outer bag 112 to a corresponding state, that is, when the combination components 13 disposed on the outer bag 112 are combined with each other, two corresponding opposite sides of the inner bag 111 are also combined with each other, and although not directly fixedly combined, the two corresponding opposite sides of the inner bag 111 are also formed into a ring shape, that is, a support shape identical to the outer bag 112 is formed.
Further, the inner bag 111 has at least one spacing line 1112, the spacing line 1112 is disposed on the inner bag 1111, for example, the inner bag 1111 forms the spacing line 1112, and the spacing line 1112 divides the inner space 1001 into a plurality of sub-spaces 10011. The fillers 12 are respectively filled in the sub-spaces 10011.
Preferably, the inner bag 111 is provided with two spaced lines 1112, which are spaced to divide the inner space 1001 into three subspaces 10011, and the fillers 12 are respectively filled in the three subspaces 10011.
The subspaces 10011 may have the same or different volume sizes, i.e., the spacing lines 1112 may substantially bisect the inner space 1001 or may be otherwise spaced. Preferably, the spacing line 1112 equally divides the inner space 1001 such that the filling amount in the sub-space 10011 is substantially the same, i.e., provides substantially uniform support conditions.
It is worth mentioning that the arrangement of the spacing lines 1112 enables the filling space to be divided into smaller spaces by larger spaces, thereby enabling the filling particles to move in the smaller spaces without causing serious accumulation of the filling due to the movement of the large spaces, and thus deteriorating the user experience.
It is also worth mentioning that the spacing lines 1112 are arranged along the width direction, which matches the supporting force requirements of different deformation states of the multifunctional sofa bed 10, for example, in the unfolded state 100 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10, the multifunctional sofa bed 10 mainly needs to provide a planar supporting function, that is, to provide a planar support with a certain thickness as flat as possible, in this case, on one hand, it needs to consider that the fillers 12 are not piled up due to the operation manner when the multifunctional sofa bed is unfolded for use, for example, when the multifunctional sofa bed is randomly unfolded, thereby increasing the inconvenience of use; on the other hand, it is necessary to consider whether the distribution of particles in each of the subspaces 10011 can make the supporting surface formed by a plurality of the subspaces 10011 substantially flat. In the coupled state 200 of the multi-purpose sofa bed 10, i.e., the state of forming a seat cushion, it is also necessary to consider the problem of avoiding the pile-up, so that the user U can form the coupled state 200 only by operating the coupling assembly 13 without the need to perform the flatness or the position adjustment of the filler 12 again. In the upright position 300, i.e. the position in which a sofa seat can be provided, it is necessary to take into account the provision of a stable, balanced supporting force in the vertical direction, i.e. to arrange as much as possible a substantially uniform amount of the filling 12 in the vertical direction along one circumference of the roll, and on the other hand it is necessary to produce a deformation in the height direction, i.e. to be able to form the seat pocket 304 under the influence of an external force. The unfolded state 100, the combined state 200 and the erected state 300 are all based on the same form change, so that the requirements in the different states need to be met simultaneously, and the spacing lines 1112 arranged along the width direction of the unfolded state 100 can better meet the requirements in the different states.
It is also worth mentioning that the inner bag 111 and the outer bag 112 cooperate with each other such that the inner bag 111 meets the main support requirements, while the outer bag 112 makes the outer whole look without obvious gaps, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the whole, and the outer bag 112 can be adapted to various personalized settings, such as setting a distinctive color, such as yellow and fresh green, like mango work, or can be adapted to various patterns, such as cartoon characters, or can be provided with patterns on the outer bag in a customized manner according to the customer requirements. Of course, other different shapes may be provided, and the above is merely exemplary and not limiting.
In other embodiments of the present invention, some auxiliary accessories may be further disposed on the outer bag 112, such as a pocket disposed on the outer bag 112, or some small protrusions capable of massaging, or a layer of material capable of adjusting temperature feeling, such as temperature feeling or cool feeling material, is attached on the outer bag 112.
It is also worth mentioning that in another embodiment of the present invention, the outer bag 112 may not be provided, that is, the inner bag 111 is directly exposed, although there are some disadvantages compared to the way of providing the outer bag 112, but the present invention does not exclude such an embodiment. In another embodiment, the inner bag 111 may not be provided with the spacing lines 1112, that is, the inner space 1001 of the inner bag 111 is not spaced to form the sub-space 10011, although there is a disadvantage in comparison with the embodiment in which the spacing lines 1112 are provided, such an embodiment is not excluded by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11A-11B, a method of manufacturing a multi-function sofa sleeper 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention is provided. For example, the manufacturing process of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 may be:
firstly, selecting a whole piece of raw material 1 with a preset size and a preset shape, for example, selecting a square cloth with the length of 1.85m and the width of 1.65 m; secondly, the half positions of the width edges of the square cloth are respectively provided with the combination components 13 which are matched with each other; then, the square cloth is symmetrically folded along the long side, and the edge portions are combined with each other to form the filling space, such as by sewing, and a filling opening is reserved at a predetermined position for filling the filler 12, or the spacing lines 1112 may be formed on the folded cloth along the width direction, that is, the filling space is spaced to form a plurality of the sub-spaces 10011; filling the corresponding filling space or sub-space 10011 with a predetermined amount of the filler 12, such that the filling space or sub-space 10011 is expanded; then, the reserved filling ports are combined, for example, sewn, so that the filling space or the sub-space 10011 forms a closed space in which the filler 12 is enclosed, but of course, a closing combination component such as a zipper may be disposed at the filling port, so that the filling space can be controllably opened or closed, thereby forming the inner bag 111 of the multifunctional sofa bed 10; further, the outer bag 112 may be disposed outside the inner bag 111, for example, corresponding to the size of the inner bag 111, a square bag body 1111 is formed by combining another whole raw material 2 at a part of the edge, and an entrance 1003 is reserved at a predetermined position so as to conveniently put in or take out the inner bag 111, and a zipper, a button, a snap fastener and other combined components may be disposed at the position of the entrance 1003 so that the entrance 1003 can be conveniently opened or closed, and then the outer bag 112 is conveniently replaced to clean or the outer bag 112 with different appearances is matched in different scenes according to individual requirements.
Referring to fig. 12A-12C, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the basic structural features of the multifunctional sofa bed 10 are illustrated by taking the structure that the multifunctional sofa bed 10 is square in the unfolded state 100 as an example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the multifunctional sofa bed 10 may also be in other shapes, such as trapezoid as shown in fig. 12A, arc as shown in fig. 12B, triangle as shown in fig. 12C, or other shapes. In the multifunctional sofa bed 10 with different shapes, the combining components 13 can be disposed on different sides of the main body 11 to form other deformation states, such as the combining state 200 and the standing state 300, two combining sides 104 can be opposite sides, adjacent sides or two spaced sides, and the free side 105 can be one or more. Claims (20)

1. A multi-function sofa bed, comprising:
a body extending planarly, having an inner space, and having at least two joining sides;
a filler, wherein the filler is filled in the inner space so as to expand the inner space; and
and a combination assembly respectively disposed at the combination edges, wherein the multifunctional sofa bed has a unfolded state in which the main body extends with a plane having a predetermined thickness, and when the combination assemblies disposed at the combination edges are combined with each other, the main body is rolled up to form a closed roll to provide a seating condition.
2. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 1, having an upright position, in which the free edges of the multi-function sofa bed form a top surface and a bottom surface, respectively, and a peripheral side, the top surface supporting the multi-function sofa bed, one side of the top surface collapsing downward upon a force to form a sitting nest, thereby forming a sofa.
3. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 1, wherein the body includes an inner bag forming the inner space and an outer bag having a receiving chamber, the inner bag being received in the receiving chamber.
4. The multifunctional sofa bed according to claim 3, wherein the inner bag has at least one partition line for partitioning the inner space into at least two sub-spaces, and the fillers are respectively filled in the sub-spaces.
5. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 3, wherein the outer bag has an access opening communicating between the receiving chamber and the outside for access to the inner bag, and a closure member is provided at the access opening so that the inner bag can be sealingly received in the receiving chamber.
6. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 5, wherein the closure assembly is a zipper assembly.
7. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 4, wherein the spaced lines extend in the width direction.
8. The multifunctional sofa bed according to claim 2, wherein the body has at least one partition line partitioning the inner space into at least two subspaces, the fillers being respectively filled in the subspaces.
9. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 8, wherein the spaced lines extend in the width direction.
10. The multi-function sofa bed according to any one of claims 3-7, wherein the inner bag and the outer bag are of a uniform shape.
11. The multi-function sofa bed according to any one of claims 3-7, wherein the inner and outer bags are each of a generally rectangular configuration.
12. The multi-function sofa bed according to any one of claims 3-7, wherein the coupling assembly is provided at the side of the outer bag.
13. The multifunctional sofa bed according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the shape of the main body is selected from one of a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon.
14. The multi-function sofa bed according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the filler is foam particles.
15. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 14, wherein the foam particles have a particle weight in the range of 10-12 g.
16. The multi-function sofa bed according to claim 14, wherein the filler has a total filling amount mass ranging from 1450g to 1650 g.
17. The multifunctional sofa bed according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the length of the sofa bed in the unfolded state is in the range of 1.7 to 1.9 m.
18. The multifunctional sofa bed according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the width in the unfolded state is in the range of 0.7-0.9 m.
19. The multi-function sofa bed according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the coupling assembly is a zipper assembly.
20. The multifunctional sofa bed according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the coupling member is selected from one of a snap member, a button member, a snap member, and a hook and loop fastener.
