Background
The neck pillow is a common auxiliary tool in life at present, and can assist in supporting the progress of a user, so that the stress on the user is reduced.
For ease of wearing, current neck pillows are generally designed in a U-shaped configuration and have a wearing channel and an opening through which the neck pillow can be opened and then worn on the neck of a user. When the neck pillow is worn on the neck of the user, the opening is enlarged, which enables the user to conveniently remove the neck pillow from the neck. The problem is that the neck pillow is also easily detached from the user's neck at this time, especially when the user adjusts the head posture.
Usually, manufacturers adopt a mode of arranging a drawstring or a drawstring at two ends of the neck pillow to facilitate users to change the size of the opening and the wearing channel by changing the length of the drawstring or the drawstring, so that the neck pillow forming an annular structure can be attached to the neck of the user and is not easy to fall off from the neck.
A further problem is that after the neck pillow is worn, the drawstring or the strap is generally close to the user's neck, which corresponds to a blind zone for the user. The user can only grope with both hands to unwind the drawstring or the buckle. This can be dangerous for some users, such as children, who may like to play with the withdrawal string or the strap, causing the strap or the withdrawal string to become increasingly tight, or even causing accidents.
In addition, the operation of the drawstring or the strap may require that the operator satisfy certain conditions, such as finger dexterity, that are satisfied by only a portion of the users. The second top surface 2221 of the second magnetic member 222 is supported by a mold, and then the second support seat main body 2212 and the second fixing member 2213 of the second support seat 221 are integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 5C, alternatively, the second supporting seat 221 may be formed on the second magnetic member 222 by two-step molding. For example, the second support seat main body 2212 is formed on the second magnetic member 222, and then the second fixing member 2213 is integrally formed on the second magnetic member 222 and the second support seat main body 2212.
Further, the second fixing member 2213 may be implemented as a circular ring structure. The periphery of the second top magnet surface 2221 of the second magnetic member 222 is covered by the second fixing member 2213, and the middle portion of the second top magnet surface 2221 is exposed.
The second fixing member 2213 may also be, but is not limited to, implemented in other shapes, such as triangular ring, rectangular ring, or hollow plate.
It should be noted that, because of the first fixing part 2113 and the second fixing part 2213, when the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are attracted to each other, a gap exists between the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 of the first magnetic catch 21, so that the first magnetic attraction piece 212 or the second magnetic attraction piece 222 is not easy to fall off from the first supporting seat 211 and the second supporting seat 221.
It should be noted that the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211 may or may not be a plane, for example, when the first fixing element 2113 protrudes from the surface of the first supporting seat main body 2112.
The first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211 and the second top surface 2211 of the second supporting seat 221 are configured to be matched with each other, which is favorable for the close attraction of the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22. For example, in this example, the first top surface 2111 is a plane, the second top surface 2211 is a plane, when the first magnetic component 212 and the second magnetic component 222 magnetically attract each other, the first magnetic top surface 2121 of the first magnetic component 212 is aligned with the second magnetic surface 2211 of the second magnetic clasp 221, and the first top surface 2111 of the first support seat 211 is tightly attached to the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221. Preferably, the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 of the first magnetically attractive part 212 and the second magnetically attractive top surface 2221 of the second magnetically attractive part 222 are respectively a plane surface, so as to facilitate alignment of the first magnetically attractive part 212 and the second magnetically attractive part 222, and facilitate attraction strength of the first magnetically attractive part 212 and the second magnetically attractive part 222.
It is noted that, in this embodiment, the first top magnetic surface 2121 of the first magnetic member 212 and the second top magnetic surface 2221 of the second magnetic member 222 are not in direct contact. Since at least a portion of the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 is occupied by the first fixing element 2113, and at least a portion of the second magnetically attractive top surface 2221 is occupied by the second fixing element 2213, when the first magnetically attractive buckle 21 is attracted to the second magnetically attractive buckle 22, the first magnetically attractive buckle 21 and the second magnetically attractive buckle 22 are not directly attracted to each other due to the blocking effect of the first fixing element 2113 and the second fixing element 2213.
It is noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 of the first magnetically attractive element 212 and the second magnetically attractive top surface 2221 of the second magnetically attractive element 222 can be directly attached to each other. For example, the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 can include a peripheral portion and a protruding middle portion, the peripheral portion of the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 can be coupled to the first fastening component 2113, and the protruding middle portion of the first magnetically attractive top surface can be tightly attached to a similar protruding middle portion of the second magnetically attractive top surface 2221, such that the first magnetically attractive element 212 and the second magnetically attractive element 222 can be directly tightly attached to each other.
The first supporting seat 211 and the second supporting seat 221 may be respectively made of a plastic material, which respectively has a greater structural strength, provides a sufficient structural strength during use, and is less deformed.
One end of the first magnetic catch 21 is connected to one end of the neck pillow main body 10, the other end of the first magnetic catch 21 is adapted to be connected to one end of the second magnetic catch 22, and the other end of the second magnetic catch 22 is connected to the other end of the neck pillow main body 10. When the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 are because the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 222 draw close each other, the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 of the first supporting seat 211 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 of the second supporting seat 221 can respectively be the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 222 provide stable support so that the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 are better attached, so as to be beneficial to the firm combination of the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 in the subsequent process.
The first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 are provided with attraction surfaces, and the attraction surfaces are formed at the connection part of the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22.
The engaging surfaces can be formed on the first magnetically attractive top surface 2121 of the first magnetically attractive element 212 and the second magnetically attractive top surface 2221 of the second magnetically attractive element 222. The suction surface may also be formed on the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211 and the second top surface 2211 of the second supporting seat 221. When the magnetic force lines between the first magnetic attraction member 212 and the second magnetic attraction member 222 are straight lines and at least partially parallel to each other, the attraction surface can be perpendicular to the magnetic force lines between the first magnetic attraction member 212 and the second magnetic attraction member 222 which are parallel and straight lines.
The first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 can attract each other along the attraction surface. When the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 are arranged oppositely, the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 222 are located on the same straight line, and a certain distance is reserved between the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 move along the direction perpendicular to the attraction surface until the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 is directly magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction buckle 222. When the first magnetic attraction buckle and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 are arranged oppositely, the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 222 are not positioned on the same straight line, and a certain distance is reserved between the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 move along a direction to the first magnetic attraction buckle 212 which is directly magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction buckle 222, wherein the direction is positioned between the attraction face direction and the direction perpendicular to the attraction face direction.
Further, the first magnetic catch 21 is rotatably connected to the second magnetic catch 22, or the second magnetic catch 22 is rotatably connected to the first magnetic catch 21. When the first magnetic catch 21 rotates relative to the second magnetic catch 22, the first magnetic catch 21 rotates relative to the second magnetic catch 22 in a manner perpendicular to the attraction surface. One end of the first magnetic catch 21 is abutted against one end of the second magnetic catch 22, and the other end of the first magnetic catch 21 is separated from the other end of the second magnetic catch 22. The first magnetic catch 21 rotates outwards with one end abutting against the second magnetic catch 22 as a fulcrum, so that the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are easy to separate. In the normal use state, the forces applied to the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 mainly come from two sides and are along the attraction surface direction, so that the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are difficult to separate.
Further, the first magnetic catch 21 includes a first position-limiting seat 213, wherein the first position-limiting seat 213 extends upward from at least a portion of the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211. The first magnetic catch 21 has a first receiving groove 2100, wherein the first receiving groove 2100 is formed between the first position-limiting seat 213 and the first supporting seat 211.
The first position-limiting seat 213 has a first inner side surface 2131, wherein the first inner side surface 2131 is adapted to fit to the second supporting seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 22. The first inner side surface 2131 is disposed to extend upward from the first top surface 2111 of the first support seat 211. A first included angle is formed between the first inner side surface 2131 of the first limiting seat 213 and the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211.
The second magnetic catch 22 includes a second position-limiting seat 223, wherein the second position-limiting seat 223 extends upward from at least a portion of the first top surface 2111 of the second supporting seat 221. The second magnetic catch 22 has a second receiving groove 2200, wherein the second receiving groove 2200 is formed between the second position-limiting seat 223 and the second supporting seat 221.
The second position-limiting base 223 has a second inner side surface 2231, wherein the second inner side surface 2231 is adapted to fit the first supporting base 211 of the first magnetic catch 21. The second inner side surface 2231 is formed by extending upward from the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221. A second included angle is formed between the second inner side surface 2231 of the second limiting seat 223 and the second top surface 2211 of the second supporting seat 221.
When the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, the first support seat 211 of the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 is at least partially received in the first receiving groove 2100, and the second support seat 221 of the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 is at least partially received in the second receiving groove 2200. The first position-limiting seat 213 can limit the movement of the second magnetic catch 22 toward the first position-limiting seat 213, and the second position-limiting seat 223 can limit the movement of the first magnetic catch 21 toward the second position-limiting seat 223.
The first stopper seat 213 and the second stopper seat 223 facilitate the automatic alignment of the first magnetic member 212 and the second magnetic member 222. The first limit seat 213 and the second limit seat 223 limit the relative position of the second support seat 221 and the first support seat 211 respectively, so that the first support seat 211 and the second support seat 221 are attached to each other under the relative action of the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222, and the first support seat 211 and the second support seat 221 can be supported against the second limit seat 223 and the first limit seat 213 respectively, thereby being beneficial to ensuring that the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 are at fixed positions. When the first magnetic catch 21 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic catch 22, the first top surface 2111 of the first support seat 211 and the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221 are disposed in a face-to-face manner.
For the first supporting seat 211, one end of the first supporting seat 211 is connected to the first limiting seat 213, the other end of the first supporting seat 211 is abutted to the second limiting seat 223, the plane where the first magnetic fastener 21 and the second magnetic fastener 22 are located is an XY plane, the height direction is a Z-axis direction, and the direction where the first supporting seat 211 and the second supporting seat 221 are located is an X-axis direction after the first magnetic fastener 21 and the second magnetic fastener 22 are combined. The second stopper 223 limits the movement of the first support 211 in the Y-axis direction.
For the second support seat 221, one end of the second support seat 221 is connected to the second position-limiting seat 223, the other end of the second support seat 221 is abutted against the first position-limiting seat 213, and the first position-limiting seat 213 limits the second support seat 221 in the Y-axis direction.
After the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are combined, when a user applies force to two sides of the magnetic catch component 20 in the Y-axis direction, the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are combined more closely. Because the first stopper seat 213 and the second stopper seat 223 prevent the second supporting seat 221 and the first supporting seat 211 from moving towards each other.
Further, the binding unit 20 comprises at least one connecting band 23, and the connecting band 23 is used for connecting the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 to the neck pillow main body 10. The first magnetic buckle 21 has a first connecting hole 210, wherein the first connecting hole 210 is used for connecting a connecting band 23, one end of the connecting band 23 is connected to the neck pillow body 10, and the other end of the connecting band 23 is connected to the first magnetic buckle 21. That is, the first magnetic catch 21 is connected to one end of the neck pillow body 10 through the connecting band 23. The connection band 23 has a certain length, and the connection band 23 may have a certain elasticity to meet different length requirements.
The second magnetic catch 22 has a second connecting through hole 220, wherein the second connecting through hole 220 is used for connecting another connecting band 23, wherein one end of the connecting band 23 is connected to the neck pillow body 10, and the other end of the connecting band 23 is connected to the second magnetic catch 22. That is, the second magnetic catch 22 is connected to the other end of the neck pillow body 10 through the connecting band 23.
The first connecting through hole 210 may be formed in the first supporting seat 211, the first stopper seat 213, or both the first supporting seat 211 and the first stopper seat 213.
The second connecting through hole 220 may be formed in the second supporting seat 221, the second stopper seat 223, or both the second supporting seat 221 and the second stopper seat 223.
The connection band 23 may pass through the first connection through-hole 210, and the connection band 23 may pass through the second connection through-hole 220.
When the neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of the user, the neck pillow is easy to be pulled by the connecting band 23 and the connecting band 23 from two sides, because the neck of the user can be used for the whole neck pillow 1 to be outwards spread. At this time, for the magnetic assembly 20, the first magnetic button 21 and the second magnetic button 22 respectively receive pulling forces from the connecting band 23 and the connecting band 23, so that the first magnetic button 21 and the second magnetic button 22 have a tendency to separate in the Z-axis direction. That is, the first magnetic attracting element 212 of the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic attracting element 222 of the second magnetic catch 22 have a tendency to separate in the axial direction. However, for the first and second magnetic elements 212, 222, separating the first and second magnetic elements 212, 222 in this direction requires overcoming a large magnetic force. That is, the first magnetic member 212 and the second magnetic member 222 are securely coupled in an axial direction.
Further, the first included angle formed between the first stopper seat 213 and the first support seat 211 is set to be smaller than 90 degrees, that is, the first inner side surface 2131 of the first stopper seat 213 is set to extend obliquely upward and inward from the first top surface 2111 of the first support seat 211.
The second included angle formed between the second stopper seat 223 and the second support seat 221 is set to be smaller than 90 degrees, that is, the second inner side surface 2231 of the second stopper seat 223 is set to extend obliquely upward and inward from the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first included angle may be a right angle, and the second included angle may also be a right angle.
In other words, the first retainer 213 forms a first chamfer 214, and the second retainer 223 forms a second chamfer 224. When the first magnetic catch 21 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic catch 22, the first chamfer 214 of the first magnetic catch 21 is connected to the second supporting seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 22, and the second chamfer 224 of the second magnetic catch 22 is connected to the first supporting seat 211 of the first magnetic catch 21.
The first chamfer 214 and the second chamfer 224 can respectively play a limiting role for the second supporting seat 221 and the first supporting seat 211 to facilitate the alignment between the first magnetic attraction piece 212 of the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 of the second magnetic attraction buckle 22. The first chamfer 214 and the second chamfer 224 can also play a role in guiding, when the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 slide relatively along the XY plane to be buckled, the first chamfer 214 and the second chamfer 224 play a role in guiding in the X-axis direction, so that the first supporting seat 211 and the second supporting seat 221 can be buckled with each other along the second chamfer 224 and the first chamfer 214, respectively, to facilitate the alignment of the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222.
More specifically, the first supporting seat 211 has a first left end and a first right end, wherein the first position-limiting seat 213 is located at the first left end, and the first right end is used for connecting to the second chamfer 224 of the second position-limiting seat 223 of the second magnetic catch 22. The first right end is configured to match the second chamfer 224.
The second supporting seat 221 has a second left end and a second right end, wherein the first position-limiting seat 213 is located at the second right end, and the second left end is used for connecting to the first chamfer 214 of the first position-limiting seat 213 of the first magnetic catch 21. The second left end is configured to match the first chamfer 214.
Further, when the user needs to separate the magnetic buckle magnetic component 20 to disassemble the neck pillow 1, taking the first magnetic catch 21 as an example, one hand of the user can fix the second magnetic catch 22, for example, hold the second magnetic catch 22 at the second left end of the second supporting seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 22, then the first right end of the first supporting seat 211 of the first magnetic catch 21 is held with the other hand, then, the first right end of the first supporting seat 211 is lifted outwards in a manner that the first left end abuts against the second chamfer 224 of the second stopping seat of the second magnetic catch 22, rotating the first right end of the first magnetic catch 21 with the second chamfer 224 of the second magnetic catch 22 as a fulcrum, thereby facilitating the user to separate the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 with less effort.
It should be noted that the first connecting through hole 210 and the second connecting through hole 220 may be formed in the length direction of the first limiting seat 213 and the second limiting seat 223, i.e. the Y-axis direction, respectively, so as to provide a force point for a user to hold the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22.
Further, the first inner side surface 2131 of the first limiting seat 213 of the first magnetic catch 21 is configured as a certain arc surface. The second inner side surface 2231 of the second position-limiting seat 223 of the second magnetic catch 22 is configured as a certain arc surface.
The first supporting seat 211 has a first outer side surface 2114, wherein the first outer side surface 2114 is adapted to at least partially fit against the second inner side surface 2231 of the second limiting seat 223. The second supporting seat 221 has a second outer side surface 2214, wherein the second outer side surface 2214 is adapted to at least partially fit the first inner side surface 2131 of the first limiting seat 213.
The first outer side surface 2114 of the first supporting seat 211 is configured as an inwardly concave arc surface, and the second inner side surface 2231 of the second limiting seat 223 is configured as an outwardly convex arc surface. The second outer side surface 2214 of the second support seat 221 is configured as an inward concave arc surface, and the first inner side surface 2131 of the first limiting seat 213 is configured as an outward convex arc surface. In this way, the relative rotation between the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 is facilitated.
Further, the first top surface 2121 of the first magnetic element 212 protrudes from the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211, and the second top surface 2221 of the second magnetic element 222 is recessed from the second top surface 2211 of the second supporting seat 221.
Further, in this example, the first magnetic member 212 is exposed on one side to enable magnetic attraction to the second magnetic member 222 on that side, and the second magnetic member 222 is exposed on one side to enable magnetic attraction to the first magnetic member 212 on that side.
The first support seat 211 has a first bottom surface, wherein the first top surface 2111 and the first bottom surface are oppositely disposed, and the second support seat 221 has a second bottom surface, wherein the second top surface 2211 and the second bottom surface are oppositely disposed.
At least a portion of the first magnetic element 212 is covered by the first supporting seat 211, so that the first magnetic element 212 cannot be observed on the first bottom surface side. At least a portion of the second magnetic element 222 is covered by the second support seat 221 such that the second magnetic element 222 is not visible from the second bottom side.
Based on the materials of the first supporting seat 211 and the second supporting seat 221, a blocking effect is exerted on the magnetic force between the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222, so that the magnetic force of the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 on the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface side is weaker, in this example, the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 are combined with each other on the first top surface 2111 and the second top surface 2211 side.
In this example, the first magnetic element 212 is a cylindrical structure, and the second magnetic element 222 is a cylindrical structure. That is, the cross-section of the first magnetic member 212 is circular and the cross-section of the second magnetic member 222 is circular. In other examples of the present invention, the cross section of the first magnetic attraction member 212 may be rectangular, triangular, polygonal or other shapes, and the cross section of the second magnetic attraction member 222 may be rectangular, triangular, polygonal or other shapes. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are not intended to limit the shape of the first magnetic member 212 and the second magnetic member 222.
Optionally, the first magnetic element 212 and the second magnetic element 222 are identical. Optionally, the first magnetic fastener 21 is fastened to the second magnetic fastener 22, and the first supporting seat 211 and the first limiting seat 213 of the first magnetic fastener 21 are centrosymmetric to the second supporting seat 221 and the second limiting seat 223 of the second magnetic fastener 22.
Further, the restraining unit 20 comprises a limiting component 25, wherein the limiting component 25 comprises at least one groove 251 and at least one protrusion 252, wherein one protrusion 252 is matched with one groove 251, and the groove 251 and the protrusion 252 can be mutually embedded. The groove 251 is formed in the first supporting seat 211 and is recessed inward from the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211. The protrusion 252 is formed on the second support seat 221 and protrudes outward from the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221. Of course, it is understood that the positions of the groove 251 and the protrusion 252 may be interchanged, and the first supporting seat 211 may be provided with the groove 251 and the protrusion 252 at the same time, and the second supporting seat 221 may be provided with the groove 251 and the protrusion 252 at the same time.
The embodiment is specifically described by taking the case that the groove 251 is disposed on the first magnetic catch 21 and the protrusion 252 is disposed on the second magnetic catch 22, but it is understood by those skilled in the art that the positions of the groove 251 and the protrusion 252 can be interchanged.
The groove 251 is disposed at a predetermined position of the first supporting seat 211 of the first magnetic catch 21, and the protrusion 252 is disposed at a predetermined position of the second supporting seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 22. When the first magnetic catch 21 is fastened to the second magnetic catch 22, the groove 251 is fastened to the protrusion 252 to prevent the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 from moving relatively in the XY direction, or to limit the relative movement of the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 along the first magnetic top surface 2121 and the second magnetic top surface 2221.
Specifically, the groove 251 is formed by inwardly recessing the first top surface 2111 of the first supporting seat 211 of the first magnetic catch 21. That is, the groove 251 is lower than the first top surface 2111. The protrusion 252 extends outward from the second top surface 2211 of the second support seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 22. That is, the protrusion 252 is convexly formed on the second support seat 221. The groove 251 and the protrusion 252 can be engaged with each other.
It is noted that the dimensions of the recess 251 and the projection 252 need not be perfectly matched. The size of the protrusion 252 may be smaller than the size of the groove 251, for example, in this embodiment, the size of the protrusion 252 is not more than one-half of the size of the groove 251.
The groove 251 may be implemented as an arc-shaped groove, and the protrusion 252 may be implemented as an arc-shaped protrusion. Through the matching of the arc-shaped groove 251 and the arc-shaped protrusion 252, the mutual limit of the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 can be realized.
In this example, the number of the grooves 251 is two, the number of the protrusions 252 is two, the grooves 251 are located around the first magnetic attracting element 212, and the protrusions 252 are located around the second magnetic attracting element 222. Preferably, the groove 251 is symmetrically disposed around the first magnetic member 212, and the protrusion 252 is symmetrically disposed around the second magnetic member 222, so as to prevent the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 from being separated in all directions of the XY plane.
Further, the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 may be integrally formed. The groove 251 of the position limiting component can be integrally formed with the first magnetic catch 21, the protrusion 252 of the position limiting component can be integrally formed with the second magnetic catch 22, and then the first magnetic attraction piece 212 and the second magnetic attraction piece 222 are respectively clamped to the first accommodating position 215 and the second accommodating position 225.
The first supporting seat 211 of the first magnetic buckle 21 can be integrally formed with the first magnetic element 212, and the groove 251 can be formed in the first supporting seat 211 after the first supporting seat 211 is formed. The groove 251 may also be formed simultaneously during the process of forming the first supporting seat 211. The second support seat 221 of the second magnetic catch 21 can be integrally formed with the second magnetic member 222, and the protrusion 252 can be formed on the second support seat 221 after the second support seat 221 is formed. The protrusion 252 may be formed simultaneously during the process of forming the second support seat 221. The protrusion 252 may also be directly disposed on the second support seat 221, for example, by adhering or welding.
It is worth mentioning that in the use of the neck pillow 1, the magnetic attraction buckle magnetic attraction component 20 can be operated by a single hand, and a user can operate and install the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 in the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, or separate the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 for book searching by a single hand.
Specifically, when the user needs to separate the first magnetic catch 21 from the second magnetic catch 22, the fingers of one hand can be pressed against the second limiting seat 223 of the second magnetic catch 22, then the other fingers of the one hand can be pressed against the first limiting seat 213 of the first magnetic catch 21, and then the fingers move in opposite directions to rotate the first limiting seat 213 of the first magnetic catch 21, so that the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22 are separated in the axial direction.
When a user needs to install the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 in the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, the user only needs to hold the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 or one of the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 and then shortens the distance between the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22, and when the distance between the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 is shortened to a certain range, the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 can be automatically attached and aligned.
It should be noted that, in the use process of the magnetic attraction assembly 20, the first magnetic attraction buckle 21 and the second magnetic attraction buckle 22 can be relatively fixed. Specifically, the limiting component can limit the rotation of the first magnetic catch 21 and the second magnetic catch 22, so that the first magnetic catch 21 can be held in a fixed position after being fastened to the second magnetic catch 22.
