Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the stopper 4, and with reference to fig. 5 and continuing reference to fig. 3 and 4, the stopper 4 will be described in detail in conjunction with various embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the first embodiment, the stopper portion 4 includes a stopper (also referred to as a first stopper herein) 41 provided on the housing 1 and an elastic member (also referred to as a first elastic member herein) 42 connected to the atomizer portion 2, the first stopper 41 is provided on the housing 1, for example, the first stopper 41 has a plate shape, the first stopper 41 is caught on the front housing 105 and is accommodated in the accommodating chamber 11, and the first stopper 41 is provided with first catching grooves 411 facing the atomizer portion 2 at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The first elastic member 42 may be mounted on the base 23 of the atomizer portion 2, and specifically, the atomizer portion 2 further includes a first fixing member 24 located at a lower portion of the base 23, the first fixing member 24 may be clamped on the base 23, the first elastic member 42 is fixed on the first fixing member 24 of the atomizer portion 2, and the first elastic member 42 slides along a length direction of the first stopper 41 and may be clamped by the first clamping groove 411. Here, by providing the first engaging groove 411 at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first stopper 41, the atomizer portion 2 can be stably stopped at least at the position where the mouthpiece 21 is retracted and at the position where the mouthpiece 21 is extended (i.e., at a predetermined position), thereby facilitating both the storage of the mouthpiece 21 (when the mouthpiece 21 is retracted) and the smoking of the user (when the mouthpiece 21 is extended).
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the first engaging groove 411 may include a plurality of positions distributed along the length of the first stopper 41 in order to allow the mouthpiece 21 to stay at a plurality of positions. For example, the first stopper 41 may be provided with an extension band 45 extending in a wavy line shape in the longitudinal direction of the first stopper 41, and the valley portions 451 of the extension band 45 may be used as first engaging grooves. The first elastic member 42 abuts against the extension band 45 and slides on the extension band 45 as the pushing head 31 pushes the atomizer portion 2, and when the first elastic member 42 slides to the valley portion 451, the first elastic member 42 is attached to the valley portion 451, whereby the first elastic member 42 is restricted by the peak portions 452 located at two positions of the valley portion 451, and the atomizer portion 2 can be stopped at a specific position. When the pushing head 31 is pushed to slide the atomizer portion 2, the first elastic member 42 is pressed by the peak portion 452 of the extension band 45 to contract and slide on the extension band 45.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 5, the third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the stopper (also referred to as a second stopper) 43 and the elastic member (also referred to as a second elastic member) 44 of the stopper portion 4 are conductive members, and for example, the materials of the second stopper 42 and the second elastic member 44 may be copper materials. Specifically, the second stoppers 43 are fixed to the housing 1 as with the first stoppers 41, and are connected to terminals of the control board 8 (not shown, and may be electrically connected by any known means such as conductive connection), and the second stoppers 43 are provided with second locking grooves 431 at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction, respectively, so as to face the atomizer portion 2. The second elastic member 44 is electrically connected (not shown, and may be electrically connected by any known means such as an electrically conductive connection) to one end of the power connection end of the atomizer portion 2 (for example, the upper interface end provided on the base 23), the second elastic member 44 is always abutted against the second stopper 43, and the other terminal end of the control board 8 and the other end of the atomizer portion 2 (for example, the upper interface end provided on the base 23) may be connected by a known electrically conductive wire, so as to electrically connect the control board 8 and the atomizer portion 2. The second elastic member 44 slides on the second stopper 43 and can be caught by the second catching groove 431 as the pushing head 31 pushes the atomizer portion 2. Thus, not only the mouthpiece 21 can be stopped at a predetermined position, but also the stopper 4 is directly used as a conductive member for connecting the battery 9 and the atomizer portion 2, so that a partially following conductive wire can be omitted.
Example four
With continued reference to fig. 5, the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, except that the stopper and the elastic member of the stopper portion 4 are conductive members. As described above, for the sake of distinction, the conductive stopper is also collectively referred to as the second stopper 43, and the conductive elastic member is also collectively referred to as the second elastic member 44. Specifically, the second stopper 43 is fixed to the housing 1 as with the first stopper 41 and is electrically connected to one end of the control plate 8, and an extension band 45 extending in a wavy line shape in the longitudinal direction of the second stopper 43 is provided in the middle of the first stopper 41, and each of the wave trough parts 451 of the extension band 45 serves as a second engaging groove. The second elastic member 44 is connected to one end of the terminal of the atomizer portion 2 (for example, the upper interface end provided on the base 23), the second elastic member 44 is always abutted to the extension strip 45 of the second stopper 43, and the other end of the terminal of the control board 8 and the other end of the terminal of the atomizer portion 2 may be connected by a known electrically conductive wire to make electrical connection between the control board 8 and the atomizer portion 2. Thus, not only the mouthpiece 21 can be stopped at a plurality of predetermined positions, but also the stopper 4 is directly used as a conductive member for communicating the control plate 8 and the atomizer part 2, so that a partially following conductive wire (i.e., a conductive wire that operates in accordance with the sliding of the atomizer part) can be omitted.
EXAMPLE five
With reference to fig. 5, the fifth embodiment is substantially the same as the fourth embodiment, except that the stopper 4 includes two positions, one end (not shown) of the wiring of the nebulizer portion 2 is electrically connected to one end (not shown) of the wiring of the control board 8 through one position of the stopper 4, and the other end (not shown) of the wiring of the nebulizer portion 2 is electrically connected to the other end (not shown) of the wiring of the control board 8 through the other position of the stopper 4. Here, the terminals of the atomizer portion 2 and the control board 8 are referred to as terminals to which both are electrically connected, respectively. Specifically, the second stoppers 43 of the two stoppers 4 are fixed to the housing 1, and the two second stoppers 43 may be located on the same side of the atomizer portion 2, or located on opposite sides of the atomizer portion 2 in the radial direction, for example, one of the second stoppers 43 may be fixed to the front housing 105, and the other second stopper 43 may be fixed to the rear housing 106, or both of the second stoppers 43 and the front housing 105 may be fixed to the rear housing 106. Preferably, in order to make the sliding of the atomizer portion 2 more smooth and smooth, two second stoppers 43 are respectively located on the diametrically opposite sides of the atomizer portion 2. In contrast, the second elastic members 44 of the two stoppers 4 are respectively attached to the base 23 of the atomizer portion 2, one of the second elastic members 44 abuts against one of the second stoppers 43, and the other second elastic member 44 abuts against the other second stopper 43. In this way, in addition to the fourth embodiment, since the stopper 4 capable of conducting electricity is added at one position, the mouthpiece 21 can be more stably stopped at a plurality of predetermined positions, and an unnecessary follow-up conducting wire can be directly omitted.

Referring to fig. 3, the sixth embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, except that two electrode tabs 46a and 46b are further mounted on the first stopper 41, the electrode tabs 46a and 46b are respectively located on both sides of the width direction of the extension tape 45, the extension direction of the extension tape 45 is the same as that of the extension tape, one of the electrode tabs 46a is communicated with the power receiving end of the battery 9, and the other electrode tab 46b is communicated with the power receiving end of the battery 9. Correspondingly, two electrode pins 47a and 47b (electrical connection ports) are mounted on the base 23 of the atomizer unit 2, one of the electrode pins 47a abuts against one of the electrode pads 46a, and the other electrode pin 47b abuts against the other electrode pad 46 a. This can directly omit an extra follow-up conductive wire.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the internal structure of another embodiment of the electronic cigarette, and referring to fig. 2 to 5 and fig. 6, the elastic members (the first elastic member 42 and the second elastic member 44) will be described in detail below in conjunction with the above-described embodiment and other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in an alternative embodiment, the first elastic member 42 (or the second elastic member 44) may be a latch member (a latch member), specifically, the first fixing member 24 has a plate shape and may be clamped between two first sliding members (guide pillars) 52, the first fixing member 24 is substantially parallel to the first stopper 41, and the first elastic member 42 (or the second elastic member 44) as the latch member is vertically mounted on the first fixing member 24, whereby the latch member also substantially vertically abuts on the extension band 45 of the first stopper 41 (or the second stopper 43) and elastically expands and contracts to slide along the peak portion 452 and the valley portion 451 of the extension band 45 along with the sliding of the nebulizer portion 2. When the telescopic end of the latch member is fitted to the valley portion 451, the atomizer portion 2 can be stably stopped, and the mouthpiece 21 can be surely retained at a predetermined position.
Referring to fig. 6, in another alternative embodiment, the first resilient member 42 (or the second resilient member 44) may be selected from a spring sheet member, such as a sheet metal member having a thickness of about 0.2mm, the spring sheet having a mounting end 42a and a cantilevered end 42b, the mounting end 42a being clamped between the base 23 and the second fixing member 25, and the second fixing member 23 being directly fastened to the base 23 by screws. The cantilever end 42b abuts against the extension band 45 of the first stopper 41 (or the second stopper 43), and elastically swings as the push head 31 pushes the atomizer portion 2 to slide along the peak portion 452 and the valley portion 451 of the extension band 45, and when the cantilever end 42b and the valley portion 451 are brought into abutment, the atomizer portion 2 is stably stopped, whereby the mouthpiece 21 can be surely held at a predetermined position. It should be noted that, when the elastic pieces include two pieces (for example, the second elastic piece 44 in the fifth embodiment), in order to prevent the two pieces from being conducted, an insulating piece may be disposed between the two pieces.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in addition, in order to prevent the atomizer portion 2 from retracting at the preset position, it is preferable that the electronic cigarette of the present embodiment further includes a retraction prevention portion 6, the retraction prevention portion 6 is accommodated in the accommodation chamber 11, the retraction prevention portion 6 includes a ratchet 61 and a claw 62, the ratchet 61 is disposed on the housing 1, the claw 62 is connected to the push head 31, and the claw 62 is disengaged from the ratchet 61 when the push head 31 is pressed. Specifically, when the atomizer portion 2 is stopped at a certain predetermined position by the stopper portion 4, the atomizer portion 2 is simultaneously caught by the ratchet bar 61 of the retraction preventing portion 6 corresponding to the same stopper portion 4 by the catch 62. The ratchet bar 61 may be integrally formed directly on the housing 1, for example, directly on the front housing 105 and/or the rear housing 106 and accommodated in the accommodating chamber 11, while the pawl 62 may be integrally formed on the base 23 or the second fixing member 25 (or the first fixing member 24) of the atomizer portion 2, extend toward the ratchet bar 61 and may be caught on the ratchet bar 61. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the atomizer portion 2 from retracting to retract the mouthpiece 21, and the material of the base 23 or the second fixing member 25 (or the first fixing member 24) is selected from an elastic material, such as polyurethane, soft plastic, etc., and since the pusher head 31 is connected to the claw 62 through the base 23 or the second fixing member 25 made of the elastic material, when the pusher head 31 is pressed, the claw 62 contracts along with the base 23 or the second fixing member 25, thereby disengaging the claw 62 and the ratchet 61.
Referring back to fig. 2, in addition, in order to prevent dust, other impurities, and the like from entering the accommodating chamber 11 through the first outlet 101, it is preferable that the electronic cigarette of the present embodiment further has a cover plate 7 at an upper end portion of the housing 1, and the cover plate 7 is arranged to rotatably cover the first outlet 101 or rotatably move away from the first outlet 101. Specifically, the cover plate 7 is disposed on the upper surface of the upper housing 103, the rotation shaft 71 is disposed on the cover plate 7, and in correspondence to this, a rotation hole (not shown) is disposed on the upper housing 103, and the cover plate 7 is inserted into the rotation hole through the rotation shaft 71, thereby being fixed to the upper housing 103. Further, in order to make the cover plate 7 closely contact with the upper case 103, the spring 72 may be fitted around the rotary shaft 71, one end of the spring abuts against the lower surface of the upper case 103, and the other end abuts against a screw head 73 attached to an end of the rotary shaft 71.
The various features described in the foregoing detailed description may be combined in any manner and, for the sake of unnecessary repetition, the invention is not limited in its scope to the particular combinations illustrated.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and are not limited thereto, and any modification or equivalent replacement that does not depart from the scope of the present invention should be construed as being included in the technical solutions of the present invention.
