Abstract

一种LED灯串用的灯头,包括有灯罩、LED发光模组、插头和插座;所述灯罩的开口端预烧结有封装层;所述LED发光模组设于其所述灯罩内,其正极引脚与负极引脚自所述封装层穿出。本实用新型通过将LED发光模组预先封装在所述灯罩内,安装时仅需将LED发光模组与插头组装即可完成灯罩、LED发光模组以及插头三者的组装,减少了生产时的装配步骤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED灯串用的灯头。
背景技术
现有的LED灯串用的灯头,通常是将LED发光模组与灯罩分别安装至插头上,再将插头插入插座中使得LED发光模组与插座实现电性连接,最后将多个插座顺次串联形成灯串。
在组装时,插头、LED发光模组与灯罩的装配共需要两步:其一是将LED发光模组装入插头中;其二是将灯罩卡入插头中;LED发光模组与灯罩之间无直接连接。
为了提供生产效率,需要一种新型结构的LED灯串用的灯头以减少装配时的步骤。
实用新型内容
针对于现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供了一种LED灯串用的灯头。
本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
一种LED灯串用的灯头,包括有灯罩、LED发光模组、插头和插座;所述灯罩的开口端预烧结有封装层;所述LED发光模组设于其所述灯罩内,其正极引脚与负极引脚自所述封装层穿出;所述插头的上部设有凹槽,所述插头中部两侧的外壁分别设有高低错位的上凸台和下凸台;所述上凸台与所述下凸台内分别设有与所述凹槽连通的第一通孔和第二通孔;所述正极引脚依次穿过所述凹槽与所述第一通孔后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述上凸台的外壁;所述负极引脚依次穿过所述凹槽与所述第二通孔后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述下凸台的外壁;所述插头插接于所述插座,所述插座的内壁设有分别与所述上凸台、所述下凸台配合的第一限位凸筋和第二限位凸筋;所述第一限位凸筋的上部设有与所述正极引脚配合的第一导电片;所述第二限位凸筋的上部设有与所述负极引脚配合的第二导电片;所述第一导电片与所述第二导电片均连接有导线,两根所述导线自所述插座的底部穿出。
优选的,所述插座的外壁设有卡槽;所插头的外壁设有与所述卡槽配合的卡扣。
优选的,所述插头的内壁设有一周圈的凸缘;所述灯罩外壁设有与所述凸缘配合的环形槽。
优选的,所述插头内设有将所述正极引脚与所述负极引脚隔开的隔板。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型具有如下的有益效果:
1、由供应商将LED发光模组预先封装在灯罩中,装配时仅需将LED发光模组与插头装配即可,减少了生产时的步骤,以提高生产效率。
2、由于LED发光模组的正、负极引脚固定在封装层中,使得LED发光模组的引脚在运输或发生碰撞的过程中不易相互碰触导致短路。
3、由于LED发光模组体积越来越小,即不易于夹持又易于损坏,将其预先封装至灯罩内,不仅易于装配,而且具有保护效果更好的优点。
4、通过上下错位的上凸台与下凸台,在插头与插座装配的过程中起到防呆的效果。

实施例
针对于现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供了一种LED灯串用的灯头。
本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
一种LED灯串用的灯头,包括有灯罩1、LED发光模组2、插头3和插座4。
所述灯罩1的开口端预烧结有封装层5;所述LED发光模组2设于其所述灯罩1内,其正极引脚6与负极引脚7自所述封装层5穿出。需要说明的是,预装有LED发光模组2的所述灯罩1可以向供应商定制。
所述插头3的上部设有凹槽8,在本实施例中,所述灯罩1的开口端伸入所述凹槽8内,所述插头3中部两侧的外壁分别设有高低错位的上凸台9和下凸台10;所述上凸台9与所述下凸台10内分别设有与所述凹槽8连通的第一通孔11和第二通孔12;所述正极引脚6依次穿过所述凹槽8与所述第一通孔11后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述上凸台9的外壁;所述负极引脚7依次穿过所述凹槽8与所述第二通孔12后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述下凸台10的外壁;所述插头3插接于所述插座4,所述插座4的内壁设有分别与所述上凸台9、所述下凸台10配合的第一限位凸筋13和第二限位凸筋21;所述第一限位凸筋13的上部设有与所述正极引脚6配合的第一导电片14;所述第二限位凸筋21的上部设有与所述负极引脚7配合的第二导电片22;所述第一导电片14与所述第二导电片22均连接有导线15,两根所述导线15自所述插座的底部穿出。
进一步的,所述插座4的外壁设有卡槽16;所插头3的外壁设有与所述卡槽16配合的卡扣17;具体地说:所述卡扣17的中部下壁设有一缺口,所述卡扣17沿该缺口折弯后与所述卡槽16卡紧;使得所述插头3与所述插座4的配合更加牢固。
进一步的,所述插头3的凹槽8的内侧壁上设有一周圈的凸缘18;所述灯罩1外壁设有与所述凸缘18配合的环形槽19;使得所述灯罩1的固定更加牢固。
进一步的,所述插头3内设有将所述正极引脚6与所述负极引脚7隔开的隔板20,防止所述LED发光模组2的正、负极引脚相互碰触而造成短路。
本实用新型在装配时,夹持住所述灯罩1,将所述LED发光模组2的正极引脚6与负极引脚7分别穿过所述第一通孔11或所述第二通孔12后折弯即可完成所述灯罩1、所述LED发光模组2与所述插头3的装配,达到减少工业化生产时装配步骤的目的,极大得提高了生产效率,更适用于工业化生产。同时由于所述上凸台9、所述下凸台10、第一限位凸筋13和第二限位凸筋21的配合,起到了更好的防呆效果,防止了长时间工作后,操作员将所述LED发光模组2的正、负极引脚接反,提高了生产的良品率。
综上,本实用新型通过上述的结构设计,解决现有技术中存在的不足之处,具有结构设计合理、使用效果好等特点。

1.一种LED灯串用的灯头,包括有灯罩、LED发光模组、插头和插座,其特征在于:
所述灯罩的开口端预烧结有封装层;所述LED发光模组设于其所述灯罩内,其正极引脚与负极引脚自所述封装层穿出;
所述插头的上部设有凹槽,所述插头中部两侧的外壁分别设有高低错位的上凸台和下凸台;所述上凸台与所述下凸台内分别设有与所述凹槽连通的第一通孔和第二通孔;所述正极引脚依次穿过所述凹槽与所述第一通孔后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述上凸台的外壁;所述负极引脚依次穿过所述凹槽与所述第二通孔后,其自由端折弯并贴附于所述下凸台的外壁;
所述插头插接于所述插座,所述插座的内壁设有分别与所述上凸台、所述下凸台配合的第一限位凸筋和第二限位凸筋;所述第一限位凸筋的上部设有与所述正极引脚配合的第一导电片;所述第二限位凸筋的上部设有与所述负极引脚配合的第二导电片;所述第一导电片与所述第二导电片均连接有导线,两根所述导线自所述插座的底部穿出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串用的灯头,其特征在于:所述插座的外壁设有卡槽;所插头的外壁设有与所述卡槽配合的卡扣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串用的灯头,其特征在于:所述插头的内壁设有一周圈的凸缘;所述灯罩外壁设有与所述凸缘配合的环形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串用的灯头,其特征在于:所述插头内设有将所述正极引脚与所述负极引脚隔开的隔板。
