As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a battery charging device comprises a receiving body 1, in this embodiment, the receiving body 1 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped, as shown in fig. 1, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the shape of the receiving body 1 can be selected according to actual needs.
The storage main body 1 is provided with battery compartments 11, in this embodiment, the battery compartments 11 are groove structures disposed on the upper surface (taking the direction of fig. 1 as a reference) of the storage main body 1, the number of the battery compartments 11 is 4, and the battery compartments 11 are sequentially disposed side by side, of course, in other embodiments, the number of the battery compartments 11 may be set according to actual needs, such as 2, 3, etc., and the battery compartments 11 are provided with charging electrodes 12.
The battery storage box further comprises a control circuit board (not shown in the figure), a display unit 7, a battery fixing piece 4 and a locking piece 5, wherein the control circuit board is arranged in the shell of the storage main body 1, and the display unit 7 and the charging electrodes 12 are respectively connected with the control circuit board.
In this embodiment, the display unit 7 may be an LED display screen, an LCD display screen, or the like, and is disposed on the upper surface of the storage main body 1 and beside the 4 battery compartments 11. Of course, in other embodiments, one display unit 7 may display real-time information of the charging of the batteries 2 of a plurality of battery compartments 11.
The battery holder 4 is movably arranged on the receiving main body 1, the battery holder 4 can move between a first position (shown in fig. 1) and a second position (shown in fig. 6), when the battery holder 4 is located at the first position, the battery holder holds the battery 2 in the battery compartment 11 for charging, and at the moment, the electrode of the battery 2 is well electrically connected with the charging electrode 12; when the battery holder 4 is located at the second position, it is separated from the battery 2, the battery 2 can be taken out of the battery chamber 11, and the locking member 5 is used for locking the battery holder 4 at the first position and can be unlocked by pressing. Both can fix battery 2 after battery 2 assembles to target in place, prevent that battery 2 is not hard up or drops, improve the reliability of charging, make battery 2's fixed convenient with dismantle again, need not to use any instrument, but the quick replacement of manual realization battery.
In this embodiment, the battery fixing element 4 is provided with a slot 42, the locking member 5 is provided with a hook 52, and when the battery fixing element 4 is located at the first position and the locking member 5 is in a free state, the hook 52 is clamped in the slot 42 to lock the battery fixing element 4 at the first position; when the locking piece 5 is pressed, the clamping hook 52 is separated from the clamping groove 42 to unlock, the operation is convenient, any tool is not needed for assistance, the rapid disassembly and assembly are realized, and the structure is simple, reasonable and compact. Of course, in other embodiments, the battery fixing member 4 may be provided with a hook, the locking member 5 may be provided with a slot, or other fixing structures may be adopted.
In this embodiment, the storage main body 1 is provided with the slide rail 3, the battery fixing member 4 is provided with the slide groove 41, and the battery fixing member 4 is movably disposed on the storage main body 1 through the sliding fit between the slide groove 41 and the slide rail 3, so as to improve the smoothness of sliding. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the battery holder 4 may be moved on the storage body 1 by using another conventional moving mechanism.
In this embodiment, the top 31 of the sliding track 3 is provided with a mounting slot 311, and the locking member 5 is mounted in the mounting slot 311, so that the structure is more compact and beautiful, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the locking member 5 may be mounted in other suitable positions.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the hook 52 is disposed on the top surface of the locking member 5, and the slot 42 is disposed on the inner top surface of the sliding groove 41 opposite to the top 31 of the sliding rail 3, which is easy to implement. In this embodiment, the slot 42 penetrates the outer surface of the top of the sliding slot 41, which is easy to process and is convenient for observing whether the hook 52 is clamped in the slot 42.

The locking piece 5 is an integral structural piece, so that the number of parts is less, the structure is simpler and more compact, and the assembly is simple.
Of course, in other embodiments, the locking member 5 may also be implemented by other conventional retractable structures, such as a retractable structure formed by a return spring.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the surface of the hook 52 facing the second position is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 521, and the inner top surface of the sliding slot 41 is provided with a second guiding inclined surface 411 matched with the first guiding inclined surface 521, so that the battery fixing member 4 can pass over the hook 52 more smoothly.
In this embodiment, the battery 2 is a square structure, the end 21 of the battery 2 with the electrode is defined as a front end, the other end 22 is a rear end, the first position and the second position are arranged in front and back and located at the rear side of the battery 2, the battery fixing member 4 is provided with a fixing portion 43, when the battery fixing member 4 is located at the first position, the fixing portion 43 abuts against the top surface and two side surfaces of a vertex angle of the rear end 22 of the battery 2 to fix the battery 2 in the battery compartment 11 for charging, correspondingly, the fixing portion 43 comprises a top 431 and two side walls 432 and 433 which respectively abut against the top surface and two side surfaces of a vertex angle of the rear end 22 of the battery 2, and by adopting the fixing structure, the fixing effect is better, but not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the lower surface of the front end of the top 431 is provided with a third guiding inclined surface 4311 for guiding the top 431 to move to the top surface of a top corner of the rear end 22 of the battery 2.
Preferably, each battery compartment 1 is provided with two fixing portions 43, and the two fixing portions 43 are respectively used for abutting against the top surface and two side surfaces of two top corners of the rear end 22 of the battery 2 to fix the battery 2 in the battery compartment 11 for charging, so that the fixing effect is improved.
Preferably, each battery fixing member 4 is provided with two fixing portions 43 respectively abutting against the top surface and two side surfaces of the vertex angle of the rear end 22 of the adjacent battery 2, and the two fixing portions 43 are respectively arranged outside the two sides of the front end of the sliding groove 41, that is, the adjacent batteries 2 share the battery fixing member 4 and the locking member 5, so that the number of the battery fixing members 4 and the locking member 5 is reduced, the structure is more compact, and the cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, the battery storage device further includes a fan 6, and the fan 6 is connected to the control circuit board and used for dissipating heat of the battery 2 of the battery compartment 11, the control circuit board and other heat generating devices, specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the fans 3 is 3, but is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the number of the fans 6 may be selected according to actual needs, and 3 fans 6 are disposed in front of the display unit 7, so that the structure is more compact, but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the fans 6 may also be disposed in other places of the storage main body 1.
The use process comprises the following steps:
when charging, the battery charging device is connected with a power supply to start, the fan 6 operates to dissipate heat, the battery 2 is placed in the battery bin 11, meanwhile, the battery 2 is pushed forwards, so that the electrode of the battery 2 is fully connected with the charging electrode 12, then the battery fixing piece 4 is pushed forwards until the hook 52 of the locking piece 5 is clamped into the clamping groove 42, and then the battery 2 is fixed, at the moment, the battery is assembled in place (if not assembled in place, the hook 52 cannot be clamped into the clamping groove 42, so that whether the battery 2 is assembled in place or not can be indicated, the battery 2 is convenient to assemble by related operators, the possibility of assembling the battery 2 in place is improved), then charging is carried out, the display unit 7 displays the charging state information of the battery 2 in real time, and a user can check; after the battery 2 is charged, the first end 501 of the locking member 5 is pressed down, so that the hook 52 is separated from the slot 42 and then the battery fixing member 4 is pushed backward to the second position, so that the fixing portion 43 is separated from the battery 2, and the battery 2 can be taken out.
