In the related art, when the air switch is connected with equipment, the wire which is stripped and exposed out of the wire needs to be inserted into a wiring hole of the air switch, and the wire needs to be crimped by a metal pressing sheet in the air switch. However, the metal pressing sheet is difficult to be in full contact with a plurality of strands of wires of the electric wire, the crimping of the plurality of strands of wires is poor, and the contact area between the wires and the metal pressing sheet is small, so that the temperature of the wires is too high during overload or short-circuit fault, and the potential safety hazard of burning the air switch is generated.

The structure of the terminal 1 for an air switch is shown in fig. 2, and includes a terminal barrel 11, a terminal plug 12, and an expansion tube 13.
One end of the wire barrel 11 is provided with a wire insertion opening, which may be cylindrical and sized to match the wire 3, and the wire 3 with the wire exposed by peeling can be inserted into the wire insertion opening. The other end of the wire insertion opening is connected to a terminal plug 12. The terminal plug 12 includes a first connection portion 121 and a second connection portion 123, one end of the first connection portion 121 being connected to the other end of the terminal barrel 11; the diameter of the first connection portion 121 may be smaller than the diameter of the wire barrel 11, so as to facilitate welding or fusing of the first connection portion 121 and the wire barrel 11.
The central axis of the first connecting portion 121 coincides with the central axis of the wire connecting cylinder 11, the second connecting portion 123 is disposed on one side of the other end of the first connecting portion 121, and the second connecting portion 123 is parallel to the first connecting portion 121. As shown in fig. 2, the second connection part 123 is matched with the wire inlet hole 21 of the air switch, and the second connection part 123 can be inserted into the wire inlet hole 21 of the air switch. The second connecting portion 123 is located at an end away from the first connecting portion 121, that is, an end of the second connecting portion 123 contacting the metal pressing piece 22 of the air switch, and an upper end surface of the second connecting portion is a horizontal end surface, so that the second connecting portion can make good contact with the metal pressing piece 22 which is also a horizontal end surface.
One end of the second connecting part 123 close to the first connecting part 121, the first connecting part 121 and the exterior of the wire connecting cylinder 11 are wrapped with the expansion pipe 13. The expansion pipe 13 is made of plastic materials and can play an insulating role, the expansion pipe 13 outside the wiring barrel 11 extends to the lower portion of the opening end of the wiring barrel 11, namely the expansion pipe 11 is extended out, when the electric wire is inserted into the wiring barrel 11, the characteristic that the expansion pipe 13 shrinks due to heat can be utilized, one end, close to the electric wire, of the expansion pipe 13 is hot-pressed on the electric wire, the tightness between the wiring barrel 11 and the electric wire is guaranteed, and the electric wire is prevented from being separated from the wiring barrel 11.
A third connecting portion 122 may be further disposed between the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 123, one end of the third connecting portion 122 is perpendicular to the first connecting portion 121, the other end of the third connecting portion 122 is perpendicular to the second connecting portion 123, and the third connecting portion 122 may increase a distance between a central axis of the first connecting portion 121 and a central axis of the second connecting portion 123. The outside of the third connecting portion 122 is also sleeved with an expansion pipe 13 to ensure the insulation effect.
In practical implementation, the first connecting portion 121, the second connecting portion 123 and the third connecting portion 122 may be formed integrally, and the expansion pipe 13 may also be formed integrally, so that the stability is better than that of the assembled structure.
The installation schematic diagram of the connection terminal 1 for the air switch provided by the embodiment of the application when in use is shown in fig. 3, one end of the a-type terminal and one end of the B-type terminal can be inserted into the wires with the wires exposed, and the other end of the a-type terminal and the other end of the B-type terminal are respectively installed and inserted into the two wiring holes 21 of the air switch; moreover, the conducting wires can be well contacted with the wiring plug 12, and the wiring plug 12 can be well contacted with the metal pressing sheet 22, so that the potential safety hazard that the air switch is burnt out due to too high temperature caused by overload or short circuit fault due to too small contact area and poor crimping caused by only a few conducting wires contacted with the metal blade is avoided; in addition, because the wire does not need to be directly inserted into the wiring hole 21, the screw does not need to be completely screwed out from the air switch to take out the metal pressing sheet 22, and a sufficient insertion space is provided for the fluffy wire.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the terminal for the air switch provided in the present application is in contact with the wire of the electric wire through the wire barrel, and is in contact with the metal pressing piece of the air switch through the wire plug, so that the wire of the electric wire can be electrically connected to the metal pressing piece of the air switch.
