The motor 4 is arranged to be adapted to bring the lifting rod 3 into a lifting or lowering movement.
The first slide rail 5 and the second slide rail 6 are arranged in parallel, the first base 11 corresponding to the first slide rail 5 is fixed on the inner wall of the front side plate 1, and the second base 12 corresponding to the second slide rail 6 is also fixed on the inner wall of the front side plate 1. The first slide rail 5 is slidably disposed on the first base 11, and the second slide rail 6 is slidably disposed on the second base 12, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The lifting rod 3 is arranged between the first slide rail 5 and the second slide rail 6. The first slide rail 5 is connected to the lifting rod 3 via a first spacer 7, and the second slide rail 6 is connected to the lifting rod 3 via a second spacer 8. The first spacer 7 and the second spacer 8 are arranged in parallel. The first spacing block 7 is arranged between the first slide rail 5 and the lifting rod 3, one side surface of the first spacing block 7 is attached and fixed to the first slide rail 5, and the other side surface of the first spacing block 7 is attached and fixed to the lifting rod 3. The second spacer 8 is disposed between the second slide rail 6 and the lifting rod 3, one side surface of the second spacer 8 is fixed to the second slide rail 6, and the other side surface of the second spacer 8 is fixed to the lifting rod 3. When the lifting rod 3 moves up or down, the first slide rail 5, the second slide rail 6, the first spacing block 7 and the second spacing block 8 all move together with the lifting rod 3.
The worm of the driving device is meshed with the worm wheel, and the worm wheel are assembled together to form the worm gear mechanism. The screw rod of the driving device is meshed with the nut, and the screw rod and the nut are assembled together to form a screw rod nut transmission mechanism. The worm wheel is fixed with the screw rod, the nut is fixed with the push-pull rod 9, and the push-pull rod 9 is connected with the lifting rod 3 through a screw. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the oil separation cover 2 is provided with a mounting hole for insertion of a screwdriver for operation, to mount screws for connecting the push-pull rod 9 and the lift rod 3 together, or to remove screws for releasing the connection between the push-pull rod 9 and the lift rod 3 for withdrawing the push-pull rod 9 from the oil separation cover 2. Further, a blocking cover (not shown in the drawings) for blocking the mounting hole of the oil separation cover 2 is provided to prevent the oil smoke from flowing into the oil separation cover 2 through the mounting hole.
The motor 4 is arranged to drive the worm to rotate, the worm rotates to drive the worm wheel to rotate, the screw rod rotates along with the worm wheel, the screw rod rotates to drive the nut to move linearly along the extending direction of the screw rod, and the push-pull rod 9 moves linearly along with the nut. When the nut moves linearly downwards, the lifting smoke guide plate 10 is correspondingly driven to move downwards. When the nut moves linearly upwards, the lifting smoke guide plate 10 is correspondingly driven to move upwards.
The smoke collecting cover 13 is disposed below the housing body 14, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the smoke collecting cover 13 is fixedly connected with the housing body 14, and the whole range hood is in an inverted T shape. The top of the hood 13 is provided with an airflow outlet adapted to deliver an airflow to the housing body portion 14. The lifting rod 3 of the driving device passes through the airflow outlet of the fume collecting hood 13 and is connected to the liftable fume guiding plate 10, as shown in fig. 6.
When the liftable smoke guide plate 10 is in the second position, if the fan 15 is operated, the airflow flows into the smoke collecting cavity of the smoke collecting cover 13, then flows through the liftable smoke guide plate 10 and the smoke collecting cavity of the smoke collecting cover 13 to form an airflow channel at intervals, then flows through the air inlet opening of the housing body 14 to flow into the housing body 14, then flows into the fan 15, and then is discharged from the air outlet of the housing body 14.
The liftable smoke guide plate 10 is detachably connected to the lifting rod 3 of the driving device. The liftable smoke guide plate 10 is hung on the range hood only by the lifting rod 3 of the driving device, as shown in fig. 6. When the smoke guide plate 10 is detached from the lifter 3, the front side plate 1 can be further detached from the housing body 14 to inspect the driving device attached to the inner wall of the front side plate 1.
The foregoing is merely one embodiment of the present application and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. For example, the oil-blocking cover may further shield the motor of the drive device. For another example, when the liftable smoke guide plate is located at the first position, a certain gap may be formed between the liftable smoke guide plate and the smoke collecting concave cavity of the smoke collecting cover so that the air flow can flow through the gap. For another example, the first spacer block and the second spacer block may not be provided, one side surface of the lifting rod directly abuts against and is fixed to the first slide rail, and the other side surface of the lifting rod directly abuts against and is fixed to the second slide rail. When the lifting rod ascends or descends to move, the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail move together along with the lifting rod.
