With reference to fig. 16-18, the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, except that, in order to simplify the oil path, the cavity is formed in the middle of the main oil tank 100, so that not only can the oil in the main oil tank 100 be heated, but also the heat generated by the heat exchange element of the fuel preheating system 9 can be transferred to the oil tank 1 to heat the oil filter 4, and also the oil in the auxiliary oil tank 101 can be heated, thereby shortening the cold start time of the engine 10.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.

Claims (11)

1. A diesel vehicle oil tank with a built-in fuel filter is characterized by comprising an oil supply system, a fuel preheating system (9) and a fuel filter (4),
the fuel supply system comprises a fuel tank (1), wherein a fuel supply pipe (11) and a fuel return pipe (12) are arranged on the fuel tank (1), the fuel supply pipe (11) and the fuel return pipe (12) are used for being connected with the fuel tank of the engine to form a loop, and a cavity for accommodating the fuel filter (4) is formed in the fuel tank (1);
the fuel filter (4) is connected to an oil supply pipe (11) of the oil tank (1), and the fuel filter (4) is arranged in a cavity of the oil tank (1);
the fuel preheating system (9) is arranged in the fuel tank (1), the fuel preheating system (9) comprises a heat exchange element, and the heat generated by the heat exchange element is used for heating the oil liquid in the fuel tank (1) and the fuel filter (4).

The diesel vehicle oil tank with the built-in fuel filter of claim 1, wherein the heat exchange element is a water circulation heater, the water circulation heater is arranged in the oil tank (1), the water circulation heater is provided with a tube pass channel (900) and a shell pass channel (903), the tube pass channel (900) is provided with a water inlet (901) and a water return port (902), the shell pass channel (903) is provided with an oil pumping port (904) and an oil outlet (905), the water inlet (901) and the water return port (902) are used for being connected with an engine water tank to form a loop, the oil pumping port (904) is connected with the oil tank (1), and the oil outlet (905) is connected with the oil supply pipe (11).
3. The diesel vehicle fuel tank with the built-in fuel filter is characterized in that the fuel preheating system (9) adopts an electric heating mode, and the built-in electric heater is used for heating the oil in the fuel tank (1) and the fuel filter (4).

The diesel vehicle oil tank with the built-in fuel filter as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the number of the oil tanks (1) of the oil supply system is two, and the two oil tanks are respectively a main oil tank (100) and an auxiliary oil tank (101), the main oil tank (100) is provided with a main oil supply pipe (1100) which is connected with the auxiliary oil supply pipe (1101) on the auxiliary oil tank (101) through an oil supply switching valve (2), the main oil tank (100) is further provided with a main oil return pipe (1200) which is connected with the auxiliary oil return pipe (1201) on the auxiliary oil tank (101) through an oil return switching valve (3), the main oil tank (100) is provided with a cavity for accommodating the fuel filter (4), and the fuel filter (4) is installed in the cavity of the main oil tank (100).

The diesel vehicle fuel tank with the built-in fuel filter as claimed in claim 4, wherein the auxiliary fuel tank (101) is installed by separately processing the auxiliary fuel tank (101) and hanging the auxiliary fuel tank (101) outside the main fuel tank (100) or inserting a partition (103) into the original main fuel tank (100) to divide the auxiliary fuel tank (101).
6. The diesel vehicle fuel tank with a built-in fuel filter of claim 4, wherein the main fuel tank (100) is provided with two inner support plates (102), and the inner support plates (102) are provided with holes (104) for communicating the main fuel tank (100).
7. The diesel vehicle fuel tank with the built-in fuel filter of claim 4, wherein the fuel supply switching valve (2) and the oil return switching valve (3) are two-position three-way valves.
8. A diesel vehicle fuel tank with built-in fuel filter according to claim 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 or 7, characterized in that the fuel filter (4) comprises an oil-water separator (400) and/or a filter (401).
9. A diesel vehicle fuel tank with a built-in fuel filter according to claim 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 or 7, characterized in that the fuel preheating system (9) is provided in the fuel tank (1) on the side close to the fuel filter (4).
10. The diesel vehicle fuel tank with the built-in fuel filter as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 or 7, wherein a heater is arranged in the fuel filter (4) to realize auxiliary heating.
11. A diesel vehicle fuel tank with a built-in fuel filter according to claim 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 or 7, characterized in that the electric oil pump (5) is installed on the oil supply pipe (11) of the fuel tank (1).
