The convenience of maintenance of a hand-held cleaner is directly related to user experience, especially the convenience of cleaning a dirt cup, which is particularly important due to the need for frequent operations.
There is a dust catcher in the market at present, and it promotes the dust cup bottom through the actuator that can reciprocate and opens, and the moving direction of actuator is close unanimous with the axis direction of handle, and this kind of mode needs great power of gripping to grip the dust catcher to prevent that the dust catcher from rocking, it is harder, the operation is not convenient.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Accordingly, there is a need for a cleaning device and a vacuum cleaner that are easy to operate.
The technical scheme is as follows:
a cleaning appliance comprising: an appliance body including a handle; the dust cup is connected with the appliance body and comprises a dust cup body with an opening at one end and a cover body arranged at the opening, and the cover body is matched with the opening in an opening and closing manner; a locking assembly for locking the cover to cover the opening; the unlocking key is arranged on the appliance body and used for unlocking the locking assembly when bearing unlocking force so as to enable the cover body to open the opening; wherein the unlocking force is a first force applied to the handle by the unlocking key, and a second force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and being along the height direction of the cleaning appliance, and a component force along the axis of the handle applied to the handle by the first force is smaller than a component force along the axis of the handle applied to the handle when the second force acts on the handle.
First, when the opening of the dust cup body needs to be opened for dust dumping, an operator can hold the handle with one hand and press the unlocking key with the other hand, so that the cover body opens the opening on the dust cup body. Since the arm is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the handle when the operator holds the handle, when the cleaning implement receives an acting force in the axial direction of the handle, the acting force may cause the cleaning implement to rotate, thereby causing shaking, and therefore, the operator needs to increase the holding force to the handle to prevent the cleaning implement from rotating. In the cleaning device of the present application, the force applied to the handle by the unlocking force via the unlocking key is the first force, and the force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and extending in the height direction of the cleaning device is the second force. The first force exerts a component along the axis of the handle on the handle that is less than a component along the axis of the handle exerted on the handle when the second force acts on the handle. In this way, the first force has a smaller component along the axial direction of the handle than the second force, which acts on the arm of the operator, so that the component of the operator along the axial direction of the handle is smaller than the component of the operator along the axial direction of the handle, which is less labor-saving and more convenient to operate.
The technical solution is further explained below:
in one embodiment, the unlocking key is movably disposed on the device body, and the unlocking key moves when receiving the unlocking force along a preset direction to unlock the locking assembly, wherein the preset direction is disposed at an included angle with an axial direction of the handle.
In one embodiment, among angles formed by the preset direction and the axial direction of the handle, the smaller angle is greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than 90 degrees; or the included angle formed by the preset direction and the axial direction of the handle is 90 degrees.
In one embodiment, the handle and the dust cup are arranged opposite to each other at a certain interval, the unlocking key is arranged between the handle and the dust cup, and the unlocking key and the handle are arranged opposite to each other at a certain interval.
In one embodiment, the appliance body is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is arranged opposite to the handle at a certain interval, the unlocking key is at least partially movably arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating way, and the unlocking key moves along the axial direction of the mounting hole when receiving the unlocking force along the preset direction.
In one embodiment, the mounting hole and the handle are arranged at an interval, and the axis of the mounting hole and the axis of the handle form an included angle.
In one embodiment, of the included angles formed by the axes of the mounting holes and the axis of the handle, the smaller included angle is greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than 90 degrees; or the included angle formed by the axis of the mounting hole and the axis of the handle is 90 degrees.
In one embodiment, the unlocking key comprises a pressing piece movably arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating mode and a connecting piece connected with the pressing piece, the connecting piece is movably connected with the appliance body, the locking assembly comprises a first locking piece arranged on the cover body and a second locking piece arranged on the appliance body, the first locking piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the second locking piece, and the pressing piece is used for being pressed to move and driving the connecting piece to move, so that the connecting piece controls the first locking piece to be separated from the second locking piece.
In one embodiment, the connecting member is rotatably connected to the device body, the connecting member includes an ejecting portion, the ejecting portion and the pressing member are located on the same side of a rotation center of the connecting member, and the pressing member is configured to be pressed to move along a predetermined direction and drive the connecting member to rotate until the ejecting portion ejects the first locking member, so that the first locking member is separated from the second locking member.
In one embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a reset part, and the connecting part further comprises a reset part, wherein two ends of the reset part are respectively connected with the reset part and the device body, so that the pressing part has a tendency of moving in a direction opposite to the preset direction.
In one embodiment, the unlocking key comprises a pressing part movably arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating way and a connecting part connected with the pressing part, the connecting part is movably connected with the appliance body, the locking assembly comprises a first locking part arranged on the cover body and a second locking part arranged on the dust cup body, the first locking part is detachably and fixedly connected with the second locking part, and the pressing part is used for being pressed to move and driving the connecting part to move, so that the connecting part controls the first locking part to be separated from the second locking part.
In one embodiment, the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the appliance body, the connecting piece comprises an ejecting part, the ejecting part and the pressing piece are respectively positioned at two sides of a rotation center of the connecting piece, and the pressing piece is used for being pressed to move and driving the connecting piece to rotate until the ejecting part ejects the first locking piece so as to separate the first locking piece from the second locking piece.
In one embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a reset part, and the connecting part further comprises a reset part, wherein two ends of the reset part are respectively connected with the reset part and the device body, so that the pressing part has a tendency of moving in a direction opposite to the preset direction.
The technical scheme also provides a dust collector which comprises the cleaning appliance.
In the vacuum cleaner of the present application, the force applied to the handle by the unlocking force through the unlocking key is a first force, and the force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and extending in the height direction of the cleaning implement is a second force. The component force along the axis of the handle, which is applied to the handle by the first force, is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle, which is applied to the handle by the second force, so that the component force along the axis of the handle, which is acted on the arm of the operator by the first force, is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle, which is acted on the arm of the operator by the second force, therefore, the component force along the axis of the handle, which is overcome by the operator, is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle, which is more labor.

In the present invention, the terms "first" and "second" do not denote any particular quantity or order, but are merely used to distinguish names.
As shown in fig. 1, one embodiment relates to a cleaning appliance including: appliance body 100, dirt cup 200, locking assembly and unlocking key 300.
Specifically, the appliance body 100 includes a handle 110; the dust cup 200 is connected with the appliance body 100, the dust cup 200 comprises a dust cup body 210 with an opening 211 at one end and a cover body 220 arranged at the opening 211, and the cover body 220 is matched with the opening 211 in an opening and closing manner; the locking assembly is used for locking the cover body 220 so that the cover body 220 covers the opening 211; the unlocking key 300 is disposed on the appliance body 100, and the unlocking key 300 is used for unlocking the locking assembly when receiving an unlocking force, so that the cover 220 opens the opening 211.
More specifically, the appliance body 100 further includes a first connecting portion 120 and a second connecting portion 130, the first connecting portion 120 and the second connecting portion 130 are respectively connected to two ends of the handle 110, and the first connecting portion 120 is connected to the dust cup 200.
Further, the force applied to the handle 110 by the unlocking key 300 is a first force (a force in the direction of a shown in fig. 1), the force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and along the height direction of the cleaning appliance is a second force (i.e., a force in the direction of c shown in fig. 1, i.e., the force of the actuator mentioned in the background art acting against the handle 110), and the component force along the axis (b axis in fig. 1) of the handle 110 applied to the handle 110 by the first force is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle 110 applied to the handle 110 when the second force acts on the handle 110.
The component along the axis of the handle 110, which is applied to the handle 110 by the first force, is smaller than the component along the axis of the handle 110, which is applied to the handle 110 when the second force acts on the handle 110, including the case where the component along the axis of the handle 110, which is applied to the handle 110 by the first force, is 0.
First, when the opening 211 of the dust cup body 210 needs to be opened for dust dumping, an operator can hold the handle 110 with one hand and press the unlocking key 300 with the other hand, so that the cover 220 opens the opening 211 of the dust cup body 210. Since the operator holds the handle 110 with his/her arm perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the handle 110, when the cleaning implement is subjected to a force in the axial direction of the handle 110, the force may cause the cleaning implement to rotate, thereby causing shaking, and therefore, the operator needs to increase the holding force of the handle 110 to prevent the cleaning implement from rotating. In the cleaning implement of the present application, the force applied to the handle 110 by the unlocking force via the unlocking key 300 is the first force, and the force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and along the height direction of the cleaning implement is the second force, and the component force along the axis of the handle 110 applied to the handle 110 by the first force is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle 110 applied to the handle 110 when the second force acts on the handle 110. In this way, the first force has a smaller component along the axial direction of the handle 110 than the second force acts on the arm of the operator, so that the component of the operator along the axial direction of the handle 110 against the first force is smaller than the component of the operator along the axial direction of the handle 110 against the second force, which is more labor-saving and more convenient to operate.
Further, the unlocking key 300 is movably disposed on the appliance body 100, and the unlocking key 300 moves when receiving an unlocking force along a predetermined direction (a direction shown in fig. 1) to unlock the locking assembly, wherein the predetermined direction is disposed at an angle to the axial direction of the handle 110.
Further, of the angles formed by the preset direction and the axial direction of the handle 110 (the direction in which the b-axis is shown in fig. 1), the smaller angle (i.e., α in fig. 1) is greater than or equal to 65 ° and less than 90 °; or the predetermined direction forms an angle of 90 ° with the axial direction of the handle 110.
It should be noted that when the operator holds the handle 110, the arm can change its angle adaptively (the angle between the arm and the palm can be changed freely in the range of 25 °), because the smaller angle α is greater than or equal to 65 ° and less than 90 ° in the angle formed by the preset direction and the axial direction of the handle 110; or the included angle alpha formed by the preset direction and the axial direction of the handle 110 is 90 degrees; therefore, the length direction of the arm and the preset direction are basically parallel, so that the reaction force of the handle 110 to the arm and the arm are basically parallel (because only a small force or no force in the direction perpendicular to the arm exists, when an operator holds the handle 110, the unlocking key 300 basically does not cause the appliance body 100 to have a tendency to rotate when receiving the unlocking force), and the operator applies a force in the opposite direction of the reaction force to the handle 110, so that the operator can overcome the movement of the appliance body 100.
In one embodiment, the dirt cup 200 is spaced apart from the handle 110, the lock key 300 is disposed between the handle 110 and the dirt cup 200, and the handle 110 is spaced apart from the lock key 300. Thus, when the opening 211 of the dust cup body 210 needs to be opened for dust dumping, the operator only needs to hold the handle 110 with one hand and press the unlocking key 300 in front of the handle 110 with the other hand, so that the operation is convenient.
Specifically, the appliance body 100 is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is disposed opposite to the handle 110 at a distance, the unlocking key 300 is at least partially movably disposed through the mounting hole, and the unlocking key 300 moves along an axial direction of the mounting hole when receiving an unlocking force in a predetermined direction. The mounting hole is used for installing the unlocking key 300, and the unlocking key 300 is used for being pressed to move along the axial direction of the mounting hole, and the structure is simple and easy to install.
Further, the mounting hole is spaced apart from the handle 110, and an axis of the mounting hole (an axis a shown in fig. 1) is disposed at an angle to an axis of the handle 110 (an axis b shown in fig. 1).
Further, of the angles formed by the axes of the mounting holes and the axis of the handle 110, the smaller angle α is greater than or equal to 65 ° and less than 90 °; or the axis of the mounting hole forms an angle alpha of 90 deg. with the axis of the handle 110.
It should be noted that when the operator holds the handle 110, the arm can change its angle adaptively (the angle between the arm and the palm can be changed freely in the range of 25 ° in general), and the smaller angle α is greater than or equal to 65 ° and smaller than 90 ° in the angle formed by the axis of the mounting hole and the axis of the handle 110; or the included angle alpha formed by the axis of the mounting hole and the axis of the handle 110 is 90 degrees; therefore, the length direction of the arm and the axial direction of the mounting hole are basically parallel, so that the reaction force of the handle 110 to the arm and the arm are basically parallel (because only little or no force in the direction perpendicular to the arm exists, when an operator holds the handle 110, the unlocking key 300 basically does not cause the appliance body 100 to have a tendency to rotate when receiving the unlocking force), and the operator applies a force in the opposite direction of the reaction force to the handle 110 to overcome the movement of the appliance body 100.
It should be noted that how the locking assembly locks the cover 220 to cover the opening 211 on the dust cup body 210, and how the unlocking key 300 unlocks the locking assembly, the following two embodiments are provided for describing the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, many variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and these embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.

The connecting member 320 abuts against one side of the first locking member 410 close to the second locking member 420, the pressing member 310 drives the connecting member 320 to rotate when moving along a preset direction when receiving unlocking force, so as to drive the pushing portion 321 on the connecting member 320 to rotate, and the pushing portion 321 pushes the first locking member 410 when rotating, so that the first locking member 410 is separated from the second locking member 420, thereby unlocking the locking assembly.
In another embodiment, the connecting member 320 can be slidably connected to the device body 100, and the pressing member 310, when moving in a predetermined direction when receiving an unlocking force, drives the connecting member 320 to move in the predetermined direction, so that the pushing portion 321 pushes the first locking member 410, and the first locking member 410 is separated from the second locking member 420.
Further, the cleaning device further comprises a reset part 340, the connecting part 320 further comprises a reset part 322, the reset part 322 and the pushing part 321 are respectively located at two sides of the rotation center of the connecting part 320, and two ends of the reset part 340 are respectively connected with the reset part 322 and the device body 100, so that the pressing part 310 tends to move in a direction opposite to the preset direction. Thus, after the pressing piece 310 is pressed, the pressing piece 310 moves along the preset direction, and after the locking assembly is unlocked, the resetting piece 340 drives the connecting piece 320 to rotate, so that the pressing piece 310 moves along the direction opposite to the preset direction, and resetting is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, it should be noted that, when the opening 211 of the dust cup body 210 needs to be opened for dust dumping, an operator can hold the handle 110 with one hand and press the unlocking key 300 with the other hand, so that the cover 220 opens the opening 211 of the dust cup body 210. In the vacuum cleaner of the present application, the force applied to the handle 110 by the unlocking force via the unlocking key 300 is the first force, and the force having the same magnitude as the unlocking force and extending in the height direction of the cleaning implement is the second force, and the component force along the axis of the handle 110, which is applied to the handle 110 by the first force, is smaller than the component force along the axis of the handle 110, which is applied to the handle 110 when the second force acts on the handle 110.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
