The battery is used for supplying power to the functional module, thereby realizing the remote control function of the remote controller. In other embodiments, the structures of the functional module and the battery may refer to the existing structure of the corresponding electronic device 100, and are not limited herein.
The battery fixing device 200 is used for accommodating a battery and is connected to the functional module to protect the battery and prevent the battery from being damaged by external force due to exposure. Meanwhile, the battery fixing device 200 may keep the connection between the battery and the functional module stable, so that the battery may stably supply power to the functional module to ensure the working process of the electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in the present embodiment, the battery fixing device 200 includes a battery mounting main body 210 and a battery cover 230, the battery mounting main body 210 includes a housing 211 and a locking assembly 213, and the housing 211 is connected to the battery cover 230 through the locking assembly 213, so that the battery fixing device 200 forms a complete whole. The battery fixing device 200 is used to accommodate, mount and fix the battery, and connect the battery and the functional module.
Specifically, the housing 211 has a mounting end surface 2111 and a side surface 2113 connected to the mounting end surface 2111, the mounting end surface 2111 being used to position the latch assembly 213. The housing 211 has a receiving cavity (not shown) for receiving a battery, the receiving cavity penetrates the mounting end face 2111 to form a receiving hole 203, and the battery can enter the receiving cavity through the receiving hole 203 and be received in the housing 211.
The locking assembly 213 includes a limiting mounting member 2131, a pushing member 2133 and an elastic member 2135, the limiting mounting member 2131 is connected to the mounting end face 2111, the pushing member 2133 and the elastic member 2135 are mounted on the limiting mounting member 2131, the pushing member 2133 is connected to the elastic member 2135, and the elastic member 2135 deforms to retract or extend from the side face 2113. The pushing piece 2133 is connected with the battery cover 230 when extending out of the opposite side surface 2113. The pushing element 2133 is separated from the battery cover 230 when retracting relative to the side surface 2113, so that the battery cover 230 is detached from the housing 211, thereby facilitating the replacement of the battery in the accommodating cavity or the placement of the battery in the accommodating cavity.
Further, the limiting installation part 2131 comprises a first limiting plate 2101 and a second limiting plate 2103 which are arranged at intervals, and the first limiting plate 2101 and the second limiting plate 2103 are connected to the installation end face 2111. The first limiting plate 2101 and the second limiting plate 2103 are parallel to the side surface 2113, the abutting piece 2133 penetrates through the first limiting plate 2101, and the partial abutting piece 2133 and the elastic piece 2135 can be accommodated between the first limiting plate 2101 and the second limiting plate 2103.
The first limiting plate 2101 includes a first side wall 2201 and a second side wall 2203, an opening 2205 is formed between the first side wall 2201 and the second side wall 2203, one end of the pushing element 2133 penetrates through the opening 2205, and the pushing element is relatively close to or away from the first limiting plate 2101 under the deformation action of the elastic element 2135. The first side wall 2201 and the second side wall 2203 are parallel to the side surface 2113, and when the pushing component 2133 is relatively close to or far from the first limiting plate 2101, the pushing component 2133 also retracts or extends relative to the side surface 2113.
The second limit plate 2103 is used for abutting against one end of the elastic element 2135. For example, two ends of the elastic element 2135 abut against the abutting element 2133 and the second limit plate 2103, so that the elastic element 2135 deforms and provides driving force for the abutting element 2133. In some embodiments, the second retainer 2103 is also provided with a through hole 2207, one end of the pushing element 2133 is inserted into the opening 2205 through the first retainer 2101, and the other end is inserted into the second retainer 2103 through the through hole 2207. One end of the abutting piece 2133 penetrates through the first limiting plate 2101, the other end of the abutting piece 2133 penetrates through the second limiting plate 2103, the moving stroke direction of the abutting piece 2133 relative to the first limiting plate 2101 or relative to the second limiting plate 2103 can be limited, and the abutting piece 2133 can be prevented from deviating in the vertical direction of the moving direction.
In this embodiment, the pushing member 2133 includes a rod 2301 and a rod 2303, the rod 2301 is connected with the rod 2303, and the rod 2303 is used for being connected with the battery cover 230 to realize the connection between the battery mounting body 210 and the battery cover 230. The rod 2301 penetrates through the opening 2205, and the rod 2301 is located between the first limit plate 2101 and the second limit plate 2103. The rod 2301 and the rod 2303 are for describing the division of the pushing member 2133, and the structure of the pushing member 2133 is not particularly limited. As shown in fig. 4, the shaft 2301 and the head 2303 are of an integrally formed structure, and a dotted line is illustrated as a boundary between the shaft 2301 and the head 2303.
In some embodiments, the rod 2301 passes through the through hole 2207 of the second retainer 2103, and when the rod 2303 is relatively close to or far from the first retainer 2101, the rod 2301 moves between the first retainer 2101 and the second retainer 2103 in a vertical direction of the side 2113.
The rod 2301 further includes a limiting portion 2305, and the elastic member 2135 deforms to drive the rod 2301 to drive the limiting portion 2305 to movably locate between the first limiting plate 2101 and the second limiting plate 2103, so as to limit the stroke of the rod 2303. Further, the width of the opening 2205 (i.e., the distance from the first sidewall 2201 to the second sidewall 2203) is smaller than the diameter of the position-limiting portion 2305 and larger than the diameter of the rod 2301. Therefore, the position-limiting portion 2305 cannot pass through the opening 2205, and when the rod head 2303 is far away from the first position-limiting plate 2101, the position-limiting portion 2305 abuts against the first position-limiting plate 2101 in the position of the extreme displacement of the rod head 2303, so that the pushing member 2133 can be prevented from coming out through the opening 2205, and the locking effect of the locking assembly 213 can be prevented from being affected.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the through-hole 2207 is smaller than the diameter of the retainer 2305 and larger than the diameter of the rod 2301. Therefore, the stopper 2305 cannot pass through the opening 2205, and when the rod head 2303 approaches the first stopper plate 2101, the displacement of the rod head 2303 is limited in a state where the stopper 2305 abuts against the second stopper plate 2103, so that the abutting piece 2133 is prevented from coming out through the through hole 2207, which may affect the locking effect of the locking assembly 213.
The elastic element 2135 is disposed between the first limiting plate 2101 and the second limiting plate 2103, and is connected between the pushing element 2133 and the second limiting plate 2103, so that the elastic element 2135 can provide a driving force to the pushing element 2133 when deformed, the driving force being relative to the first limiting plate 2101. In this embodiment, the rod 2301 is inserted through the first limiting plate 2101, and the rod head 2303 and the elastic member 2135 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the first limiting plate 2101. The elastic element 2135 may be a spring, a spring sheet, or the like having an elastic deformation function, and the elastic element 2135 may be sleeved on the rod 2301 and abut against the limiting portion 2305 and the second limiting plate 2103. When the head 2303 is pressed in the axial direction, the head 2303 relatively approaches the first stopper plate 2101, the distance between the stopper portion 2305 and the second stopper plate 2103 decreases, and the elastic member 2135 is compressed. When the pressure of the head 2301 in the axial direction disappears, the elastic member 2135 is restored and drives the head 2301 relatively away from the first stopper plate 2101. Therefore, when the distance between the stopper portion 2305 and the second stopper plate 2103 is changed, a driving force relatively closer to or farther from the first stopper plate 2101 can be provided to the head 2303 by the deformation of the elastic member 2135.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the battery cover 230 includes a locking portion 231, the locking portion 231 protrudes from the inner side surface of the battery cover 230, and the pushing member 2133 is abutted against the locking portion 231 and located between the locking portion 231 and the battery cover 230 so as to connect the battery cover 230 to the battery mounting body 210. In the present embodiment, the battery cover 230 is attached to the mounting end surface 2111 side of the housing 211, and covers the accommodation hole 203.
In some embodiments, the locking part 231 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of locking parts 231 is provided at intervals on the inner side surface of the battery cover 230. Accordingly, the number of the locking assemblies 213 is plural, and the plurality of locking assemblies 213 and the plurality of the locking parts 231 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, so that each of the abutting pieces 2133 can abut against each of the locking parts 231, respectively, thereby making the connection between the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting body 210 more stable. For example, the number of the locking parts 231 is two, and the two locking parts 231 are oppositely disposed on the inner side surface of the battery cover 230. The two locking assemblies 213 are also provided, and the two locking assemblies 213 are provided along the attachment end surface 2111 so as to be able to abut against the two locking portions 231, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the process of connecting the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting body 210, the abutting between the abutting piece 2133 and the locking portion 231 is divided into three states, the first abutting state is that the abutting piece 2133 moves along the moving direction under the action of external force, and one side of the abutting piece 2133 abuts against the locking portion 231 (as shown in fig. 4). The second abutting state is that the abutting piece 2311 moves along the moving direction to abut against the locking part 231 along the axial direction (as shown in fig. 5), and the third abutting state is that when the external force applied to the abutting piece 2133 is withdrawn, one side of the abutting piece 2133 abuts against the locking part 231 (as shown in fig. 6). In the first abutting state, the abutting piece 2133 is not subjected to the abutting force along the axial direction, and when the external force applied to the abutting piece 2133 is removed, the abutting piece 2133 is separated from the locking part 231. In the second abutting state, the abutting piece 2133 is subjected to an abutting force along the axial direction, and the elastic piece 2135 is subjected to a force to deform. In the third abutting state, the abutting piece 2133 is not subjected to the abutting force along the axial direction, but when the external force applied to the abutting piece 2133 is withdrawn, the abutting piece 2133 still abuts against the locking part 231 under the action of gravity.
In the present embodiment, both the cross section of the head 2303 and the cross section of the locking portion 231 are substantially trapezoidal. In the second abutting state, the shorter base of the trapezoidal cross section of the head 2303 abuts against the shorter base of the trapezoidal cross section of the locking portion 231, and the head 2303 receives an abutting force in the axial direction. In the first abutting state and the third abutting state, the waist of the trapezoidal cross section of the head 2303 abuts against the waist of the trapezoidal cross section of the locking portion 231. It should be noted that, by the engagement of the inclined surfaces of the head 2303 and the engaging portion 231, the process from the first abutting state to the second abutting state of the head 2303 and the engaging portion 231 can be guided, and the engagement of the head 2303 and the engaging portion 231 can be facilitated. At the same time, the process from the second abutting state to the third abutting state of the rod head 2330 and the locking portion 231 can be guided, so that the rod head 2303 is returned by the elastic member 2135 and abuts against the locking portion 231.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the first abutting state, the battery cover 230 is separated from the battery mounting main body 210, the elastic member 2135 is in an unstressed state, the rod end 2303 is relatively away from the first limiting plate 2101, and the opposite side surface 2113 of the rod end 2303 extends. In the process of fitting the battery cover 230 to the battery mounting body 210 in the axial direction of the accommodation hole 203, the rod head 2303 is first brought close to the engaging portion 231 from the inner surface of the battery cover 230, and then abuts against the engaging portion 231. Since the locking portion 231 protrudes from the inner side surface of the battery cover 230, as shown in fig. 5, when the rod head 2303 approaches the locking portion 231 from the inner side surface of the battery cover 230 until receiving an urging force along the axial direction of the urging member 2133, the rod head 2303 relatively approaches the first limiting plate 2101, the rod head 2303 retracts relative to the side surface 2113, and the elastic member 2135 is in a force-deformed state due to the abutment of the locking portion 231. At this time, the abutting piece 2133 and the locking part 231 are in the second abutting state. Then, as shown in fig. 6, the battery cover 230 continues to move along the axial direction of the accommodating hole 203 and the battery mounting main body 210, the pushing force of the rod head 2303 along the axial direction of the pushing piece 2133 disappears, the elastic piece 2135 is reset after being out of the stressed deformation state, the rod head 2303 is relatively far away from the first limiting plate 2101, the opposite side surface 2113 of the rod head 2303 extends out, so that the pushing piece 2133 and the clamping part 231 are in a third pushing state, and the pushing piece 2133 is connected with the clamping part 231, so that the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting main body 210 are mounted.
Further, in the process of detaching the battery cover 230 from the battery mounting body 210, by applying an external force to the battery cover 230 in the axial direction of the accommodating hole 203 away from the battery mounting body 210, the abutting piece 2133 and the locking part 231 are changed from the third abutting state to the second abutting state, and then from the second abutting state to the first abutting state. When the elastic member 2135 is reset after being disengaged from the stressed deformation state, the abutting member 2133 in the first abutting state can be disengaged from the stopping portion 231, so that the battery mounting body 210 can be disengaged from the battery cover 230, and the battery cover 230 can be detached.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the battery mounting main body 210 further includes a first positioning portion 215, the first positioning portion 215 is disposed on the mounting end surface 2111, the battery cover 230 further includes a second positioning portion 233 cooperatively connected with the first positioning portion 215, and the second positioning portion 233 is disposed on an inner surface of the battery cover 230 facing the mounting end surface 2111. By the connection of the first and second positioning parts 215 and 233, the connection relationship of the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting main body 210 can be more stable.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first positioning portion 215 surrounds the receiving hole 203 and protrudes from the mounting end surface 2111, and the second positioning portion 233 includes a receiving slot 2331 for receiving the first positioning portion 215. The first positioning portion 215 is received in the receiving groove 2331, thereby reinforcing the positioning connection of the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting body 210. Further, the receiving slot 2331 is disposed corresponding to the first positioning portion 215, so that the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting body 210 can be connected with each other while being prevented from being blocked. In one embodiment, the second positioning portion 233 includes a connecting partition 2333, the connecting partition 2333 is connected to an inner surface of the battery cover 230 facing the installation end face 2111, and the connecting partition 2333 encloses a receiving slot 2331.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the second positioning part 233 includes a protrusion 2335, the protrusion 2335 is disposed on the inner surface of the battery cover 230 facing the installation end surface 2111, and the first positioning part 215 is provided with a positioning slot 2151 engaged with the protrusion 2335. The positioning groove 2151 surrounds the receiving hole 203 and protrudes with respect to the mounting end surface 2111. The protrusion 2335 protrudes into the locator groove 2151 to be engaged with the locator groove 2151, thereby reinforcing the connection of the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting body 210.
The utility model provides a battery fixing device 200 and electronic equipment 100 sets up locking subassembly 213 at the mounting end face 2111 of the casing 211 of battery installation main part 210, and the butt that pushes away piece 2133 of locking subassembly 213 stretches out via the side 2113 of the relative casing 211 of elastic component 2135 deformation sets up in the clamping part 231 of battery cover 230, realizes the connection of battery cover 230 and battery installation main part 210. The push piece 2133 is separated from the clamping part 231 when being deformed by the elastic piece 2135 and retracted relative to the side surface 2113 of the shell 211, so that the battery cover 230 is separated from the battery mounting main body 210, and the assembly and disassembly of the battery cover 230 and the battery mounting main body 210 can be conveniently realized.
