Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the operating handle 30 is pivotally mounted to the circuit breaker housing by the operating handle mounting shaft 14. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the lower end of the trip first arm 32a of the trip 32 is pivotally disposed on the circuit breaker housing by the trip mounting shaft 15. Further, the two ends of the jump buckle installation shaft 15 are respectively pivotally connected with the front cover 1c and the base 1 b. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the middle of the jump ring 32 is provided with a jump ring-spring connection hole 320 connected to one end of the main pull spring 33, and the upper end of the movable contact plate 610 is provided with a movable contact plate-spring connection hole 310. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the jump buckle second arm 32b is in a wedge-shaped structure, and the lower end of the lock catch 36 is provided with a lock catch hole 363 in lock catch fit with the lower end of the jump buckle second arm 32 b.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, the second embodiment of the operating mechanism 3 of the plug-in circuit breaker of the present invention is shown.
The operating mechanism 3 of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the trip buckle reset spring 38 is also included, one end of the trip buckle reset spring 38 is connected with the breaker shell, and the other end is connected with the trip buckle 32; when the plug-in circuit breaker is in a closing state and a short-circuit fault or an overload fault occurs, the protection mechanism 4 drives the lock catch 36 and the trip catch 32 to release the lock catch cooperation, the plug-in circuit breaker trips, the trip catch reset spring 38 drives the trip catch 32 to rotate, the trip catch 32 and the lock catch 36 are in lock catch cooperation again, and meanwhile the plug-in circuit breaker enters a switching-off state. Further, the jump buckle reset spring 38 is a torsion spring, which is sleeved on a jump buckle reset spring shaft 380 located at one side of the jump buckle first arm 32a, and two ends of the jump buckle reset spring shaft 380 are respectively fixed on the breaker housing; a jump buckle reset boss 323 is arranged in the middle of the jump buckle first arm 32a, one end of a jump buckle reset spring 38 is connected with the breaker shell, and the other end is connected with the jump buckle 32.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8-9, after the latch 36 and the trip 32 are disengaged, the trip 32 rotates counterclockwise, the contact support rod 31 rotates clockwise, and after the contact support rod 31 drives the movable contact 61 to enter the disengaging position, the trip return spring 38 rotates the trip 32 clockwise through the trip return boss 323 until the lower end of the second trip arm 32b is again engaged with the latch 36.
As shown in fig. 3-9, the protection mechanism 4 of the plug-in circuit breaker of the present invention is an embodiment.
The protection mechanism 4 comprises a magnetic yoke 40 and a bimetallic strip 42, the magnetic yoke 40 is arranged on one side of the lock catch 36, the bimetallic strip 42 is arranged in the middle of the magnetic yoke 40 and is positioned between the magnetic yoke 40 and the lock catch 36, one end of the bimetallic strip 42 is fixedly arranged and electrically connected with the first outgoing line terminal 11, and the other end of the bimetallic strip is in driving fit with the lock catch 36 and electrically connected with the movable contact 61; the plug-in circuit breaker is in a closing state, when a short-circuit fault occurs, the lock catch 36 is attracted to the direction of the magnetic yoke 40 to swing, and the lock catch is disengaged from the lock catch of the trip catch 36; when the plug-in circuit breaker is in a closing state and an overload fault occurs, the bimetallic strip 42 drives the lock catch 36 to swing towards the direction of the magnetic yoke 40, and the lock catch is disengaged from the lock catch of the trip catch 32.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5-9, the magnetic yoke 40 is disposed on the left side of the latch 36, the bimetallic strip 42 is disposed in the middle of the magnetic yoke 40 and between the magnetic yoke 40 and the latch 36, the upper end of the latch 36 is fixedly disposed, the middle is rotatably disposed, and the lower end is disposed opposite to the magnetic yoke 40, in driving fit with the bimetallic strip 42, and in latching fit with the jumper 32; when the plug-in circuit breaker is in a closing state and a short-circuit fault occurs, short-circuit current flows through the bimetallic strip 42 to generate a magnetic field which is strengthened by the magnetic yoke 40, and the lower end of the lock catch 36 swings towards the direction of the magnetic yoke 40 under the attraction to release the lock catch matching with the trip catch 32; when the plug-in circuit breaker is in a closing state and an overload fault occurs, the bimetallic strip 42 is heated and bent towards the left side, the lower end of the lock catch 36 is driven to swing towards the direction of the magnetic yoke 40, and the lock catch is disengaged from the lock catch of the trip catch 32.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5-9, the middle of the latch 36 is rotatably disposed on one end of the magnetic yoke 40, one end of the latch 36 is connected to the circuit breaker housing through the latch return spring 37, and the other end is disposed opposite to the magnetic yoke 40; one end of the fixed bimetal 42 is electrically connected to the first outlet terminal 11 through the first conductive plate 2b (see fig. 3), the other end is electrically connected to the contact support rod 31 through the flexible connection 63, and the fixed contact 62 is electrically connected to the first inlet terminal 110. Further, the protection mechanism 4 further includes an adjusting screw, the adjusting screw is in limit fit with the circuit breaker housing, and one end of the adjusting screw is in threaded fit with one end of the first conductive plate 2b connected with the bimetal 42, and the position of the bimetal 42 is adjusted to adjust the tripping threshold or the parameter of the bimetal 42.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the middle of the latch 36 is rotatably disposed at the upper end of the magnetic yoke 40, the upper end of the latch 36 is connected to the circuit breaker housing through the latch return spring 37, the lower end of the latch is disposed opposite to the magnetic yoke 40, the upper end of the bimetal 42 is electrically connected to the first outgoing line terminal 11 through the first conductive plate 2b, the lower end of the bimetal is electrically connected to the contact supporting rod 31 through the flexible connection 63, and the stationary contact 62 is electrically connected to the first incoming line terminal 110.
Preferably, the first conductive plate 2b is electrically connected to the contact support rod 31 through a second flexible connection, and a circuit from the second conductive plate 2b to the contact support rod is added, so that when a short circuit fault occurs in a plug-in circuit breaker with a high ampere rated current specification, the current flowing through the bimetal is reduced, and the bimetal is prevented from heating and failing due to bearing of an excessive current.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the circuit breaker housing is provided with a first opening 11a matching with the first protrusion 90 and the second protrusion 82. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first opening 11a is disposed on the right side surface of the circuit breaker housing, and the first protrusion 90 and the second protrusion 82 respectively protrude outside the circuit breaker housing through the first opening 11 a.
