A flow control mechanism characterized by: the flow control mechanism comprises a valve core seat, a rotor valve core and an eccentric shaft, wherein the rotor valve core is slidably arranged on the valve core seat, a groove is formed in the rotor valve core and used for communicating a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a guide groove is further formed in the rotor valve core, the eccentric shaft is rotatably inserted into the valve core seat in a penetrating mode, one end of the eccentric shaft is movably contained in the guide groove, and the eccentric shaft can be rotated to push the rotor valve core to slide, so that the communication area of the groove and the fluid outlet is changed.
