thirdly, the welding mechanism presses the front section material belt 81 and the rear section material belt 82 and spot welds the front section material belt 81 and the rear section material belt 82 at the lap joint point 83, and the front section material belt 81 and the rear section material belt 82 are connected in a welding mode.
