Background
In the nitrogen making, oxygen making and biogas purifying device, a gas filter is special equipment for filtering gas source gas, and has the function of filtering out impurities such as water, oil, dust and the like in the gas source gas so as to improve the cleanliness of the passing gas; the gas filtration system is an important prerequisite guarantee component for preparing various gases, if gas of a gas source cannot meet design requirements after passing through the filtration system, the gas containing moisture and impurities enters a subsequent host machine and then pollutes the core components of the subsequent host machine, and therefore, the gas filter is important for the whole purification device. The gas filter of the prior art realizes filtering the gas source gas by arranging the multistage filter, the existing multistage filter is in the form of a closed cylindrical tubular structure, in the cylindrical filter cartridge, a cylindrical filter element is arranged along the central axis of the vertical direction of the cylinder up and down, the top end of the cylindrical filter element is provided with an inlet of the gas source compressed gas, the bottom end of the cylindrical filter element is provided with a circular plate-shaped lower sealing cover, the gas source compressed gas enters the filter element from the inlet of the filter element, the filtered gas enters the closed cylinder body after being filtered out from the cylindrical outer side wall of the filter element, and then the gas outlet arranged on the cylinder wall is led out of the gas filter. The compressed air of the air source is generated after the air is compressed by the compressor, high temperature and high pressure are generated in the air compression, so that the compressed air contains higher moisture, when the gas is filtered by the filter element, the gas is condensed into water drops on the outer side wall of the filter element, the water drops are attached to the outer side wall of the filter element, after the filter element works for a period of time, the attached water drops can be deposited downwards to cause the condensation filter layer at the outer side of the filter element to be gradually soaked by water from bottom to top, so that the condensation filter layer loses the filtering function, the soaked filter element can also obstruct the smooth passing of the gas, the pressure of the gas flow at the gas outlet of the filter is reduced, the pressure of the gas input to a subsequent gas making host is directly reduced, and the gas making performance of the whole machine is not up to standard, therefore, after working for a period of time, the machine must be stopped to replace the filter element, which not only increases the production and maintenance cost, but also reduces the production efficiency of the gas production equipment. In addition, in the gas filter of the traditional purification device, compressed air directly enters the filter element, a 90-degree corner is arranged on the air flow channel, the compressed air can turn sharply when passing through the corner, turbulence is easy to generate, no air guide mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the compressed air flow channel in the filter element, the compressed air can generate turbulence easily, and therefore the pressure loss of the filtration link is large, and the production efficiency of the whole purification is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a gas filter capable of reducing pressure loss and prolonging the service life of a filter element, and solves the technical problems that the existing gas filter is easy to generate airflow turbulence phenomenon in the filter element, so that the pressure loss of the filtering link is large and the filter element is frequently replaced.
The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical scheme:
the general concept of the invention is: measures such as diversion, airflow distribution and the like are adopted on a filtering air passage in the filter element, so that the phenomenon of turbulent flow of compressed air entering the filter element is avoided to the greatest extent; the bottom of the filter element is provided with the accumulated water guide disc, so that the phenomenon that the bottom end of the filter element is soaked by accumulated water is avoided.
A gas filter capable of reducing pressure loss and prolonging service life of a filter element comprises a sealed cylindrical filter cylinder body, a compressed gas input pipe and a filtered gas output pipe are respectively arranged on the cylinder body of the closed filter cylinder, a filter element is arranged in the cylinder body of the closed filter cylinder, a 90-degree arc-shaped bent pipe is connected on an air inlet at the upper end of the filter element, the other end of the 90-degree arc-shaped bent pipe is connected with the big end of a bell mouth, the small end of the bell mouth is communicated with a compressed gas input pipe, a lower sealing cover tray is arranged at the lower end of the filter element, a conical central bulge is arranged at the center of the lower sealing cover tray and is embedded into a central hole at the lower end of the filter element, an annular drainage through hole is formed in the disc of the lower sealing cover tray outside the conical central bulge, and a water storage disc is arranged below the annular drainage through hole; an air flow distribution arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged in the 90-degree arc-shaped bent pipe.

The invention has the advantages of airflow distribution according with the characteristics of fluid, small pressure loss, improvement of the overall operation performance and the gas making quality level of the equipment and reduction of the operation cost.

An annular drainage through hole 10 is formed in the disc of the lower sealing cover tray 4 on the outer side of the conical central bulge (9), and a water storage disc 11 is arranged below the annular drainage through hole 10, so that water drops deposited downwards on the outer side wall of the filter element are drained away in time, and the lower part of the filter element cannot be soaked by water.
