A neurological sensory examination apparatus comprising at least a housing (1), a tactile needle (2) and a puncture needle (3), characterized in that one end of the housing (1) is provided with the tactile needle (2) and one end of the housing (1) remote from the tactile needle (2) is provided with the puncture needle (3), wherein:
a sealing sleeve (4) is arranged at one end of the shell (1) close to the puncture needle (3), the sealing sleeve (4) forms a sealed sterile space according to the mode of wrapping the puncture needle (3), the sealing sleeve (4) at least comprises a sealing sleeve side surface (41) and a sealing sleeve top end surface (42),
under the condition that the sealing sleeve top end surface (42) is abutted against the body surface of a patient, the puncture needle (3) can move from the sterile space to the body surface of the patient in a mode of penetrating through the sealing sleeve top end surface (42),
under the condition that the examination of a patient is completed and the top end surface (42) of the sealing sleeve is separated from the body surface of the patient, the puncture needle (3) can move to the sterile space from the body surface of the patient, and the top end surface (42) of the sealing sleeve and the side surface (41) of the sealing sleeve can form a sealed sterile space again in an elastic recovery mode.
2. The sensation inspector of claim 1, wherein the sealing glove (4) further comprises a rigid sealing glove side wall (43), the sealing glove side wall (43) being connected in an adhesive compound manner to the sealing glove side surface (41), wherein:
the gland side wall (43) can form a support against the gland side surface (41) in the event that the gland tip surface (42) abuts against the body surface of a patient.
3. The sensory examiner according to claim 2, wherein a knob (11) is provided on the housing (1), a connecting rod (12) is provided on the knob (11), and the connecting rod (12) is connected to the puncture needle (3) in such a manner as to penetrate through the housing (1), wherein:

under the condition that the knob (11) rotates anticlockwise, the puncture needle (3) moves towards the second end of the shell (1) in a meshing transmission mode with the connecting rod (12).
4. The sensory testing machine according to claim 3, wherein a partition (13) is provided in the housing (1), the housing (1) being divided into a first chamber (14) and a second chamber (15) by the partition (13),
the puncture needle (3) and the connecting rod (12) are arranged in the first chamber (14).
5. The sensory testing machine according to claim 4, wherein, with one end of the puncture needle (3) abutting against the partition (13), the other end of the puncture needle (3) is located in the closed sterile space, wherein:
under the condition that the knob (11) rotates clockwise, the puncture needle (3) moves towards the first end in a manner of meshing transmission with the connecting rod (12),
under the condition that the top end face (42) of the sealing sleeve abuts against the body surface of a patient and the puncture needle (3) continuously moves towards the first end, the puncture needle (3) can be moved to the body surface of the patient from the sterile space in a mode of penetrating through the top end face (42) of the sealing sleeve.

The sensory tester according to claim 5, wherein the tactile needle (2) and a pressure sensor (16) are fixedly arranged in the second chamber (15), one end of the pressure sensor (16) is fixedly arranged on the partition (13), and one end of the pressure sensor (16) far away from the partition (13) is fixedly arranged with the tactile needle (2).
7. The sensory tester according to claim 6, wherein a liquid crystal display (17) is further provided on the housing (1), a data processing unit (18) is provided in the liquid crystal display (17), and the data processing unit (18) is electrically connected to the pressure sensor (16).

The sensory testing machine according to claim 9, wherein the housing (1) can be fixed in the storage case (6) in such a way as to engage with the retaining clip (61) in the event that the patient test is completed and the sealing sleeve tip end face (42) re-forms a sealed sterile space with the sealing sleeve side face (41) in an elastically restoring manner.
