referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a portable cup capable of storing a straw according to the present invention is shown, and the preferred embodiment thereof comprises an inner cup body 10, an upper cover 20 for being combined with the upper rim of the inner cup body 10, a straw 30 for sucking beverage, and an outer cup body 40 for protecting and facilitating the holding, wherein:

the inner cup 10 can be a single-wall cup, or a double-wall cup with heat preservation function as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the double-wall cup mainly has an inner wall 11, an outer wall 12 and a vacuum cavity 13 between the inner wall 11 and the outer wall 12, and the inner cup 10 is preferably a transparent cup made of polymer resin as a main material; in particular, the inner cup 10 of the present application is recessed on one side with a vertically extending first straw groove 14. the first straw groove 14 is preferably a groove having a semicircular groove bottom surface, so that the first straw groove 14 can be used for storing the straw 30.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the upper lid 20 is a lid for sealing the upper rim of the inner cup 10, and has a bottom surface protruding with a combination portion 21 inserted into or screwed into the inner cup 10 with a tight fit, and a side recessed with a second suction pipe groove 22 extending vertically, the second suction pipe groove 22 preferably also having a recess with a semicircular bottom surface, so that when the upper lid 20 is combined with the upper rim of the inner cup 10, the first suction pipe groove 14 is aligned with the second suction pipe groove 22 for storing the suction pipe 30; the upper lid 20 preferably has a drinking hole 23, and the drinking hole 23 is formed from the upper end surface of the upper lid 20 to a through hole at the lower end surface, so that a user can drink the beverage with his mouth facing upward (without using the straw 30), or the straw 30 is inserted into the drinking hole 23 and reaches the inner cup 10 to drink the beverage through the straw 30. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the outer cup 40 is a sleeve matching the inner cup 10, and is preferably made of soft rubber or silicone; thus, the inner cup 10 is placed into the outer cup 40 from the upper end, so that the outer cup 40 covers the periphery of the inner cup 10 and the lateral opening of the first straw groove 14, and only the upper cover 20 is exposed out of the upper end of the outer cup 40; because the outer cup body 40 is made of soft rubber or silica gel, the anti-skid effect can be obtained when the user holds the cup.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, an integrally formed and flexible band 41 may be formed on one side of the upper end of the outer cup 40, and a hole plug 42 corresponding to the drinking hole 23 protrudes from the band 41, so that the band 41 can be turned over to the upper cover 20, and the hole plug 42 can be separately plugged into the drinking hole 23, otherwise, the hole plug 42 can be pulled up by the user for drinking.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a circle of caulking groove 25 is integrally formed on the side surface of the upper lid 20, and a ring 43 matching with the caulking groove 25 is formed at the upper end of the outer cup 40, so that when the combining portion 21 of the upper lid 20 is tightly inserted into the upper rim of the inner cup 10, the ring 43 of the outer cup 40 is embedded in the caulking groove 25 of the upper lid 20, thereby preventing the upper lid 20 from falling off and separating. In addition, a hollow portion 44 is preferably formed on the sidewall of the outer cup 40, so that when the inner cup 10 is placed in the outer cup 40, the side surface of the inner cup 10 can be exposed from the hollow portion 44, thereby allowing a user to observe the state of the beverage or the remaining capacity.

Claims (9)

1. A portable cup capable of storing a suction pipe comprises an inner cup body, an upper cover and the suction pipe, wherein the upper cover is used for being combined on a cup opening at the upper end of the inner cup body; and the suction pipe is detachably embedded in the first suction pipe groove and the second suction pipe groove for taking out.

2. The portable cup with a straw stored therein as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an outer cup body matching the inner cup body, wherein the outer cup body is made of soft rubber or silica gel; the inner cup body is arranged in the outer cup body from the upper end, and the outer cup body covers the periphery of the inner cup body and the lateral opening of the first straw groove; and the upper cover is exposed out of the upper end of the outer cup body.

The portable cup with a straw storage function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper lid has a drinking hole extending through the inner cup body; and one side of the outer cup body is provided with a belt body, a hole plug corresponding to the drinking hole is protruded on the belt body, the belt body can be turned over to the upper cover, and the hole plug can be separately plugged into the drinking hole.

4. The portable cup with a straw storage function as claimed in claim 2, wherein a ring of caulking groove is concavely formed on the side surface of the upper cover; and the upper end of the outer cup body is provided with a ring which is embedded in the embedding groove of the upper cover.

5. The portable cup with a straw stored therein as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer cup has a hollow portion on a side wall thereof, and the inner cup is exposed from the hollow portion to a side surface thereof.

6. The cup of claim 3, wherein the upper lid has a recess at the upper end thereof, and the drinking hole is formed in the recess.

7. The cup of claim 1, wherein the first and second straw slots are grooves having a semicircular bottom surface.

8. The portable cup with a straw storage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner cup body is a single-wall cup or a double-wall cup with a heat preservation function.

9. The portable cup with a straw stored therein of claim 8, wherein the inner cup body is a transparent cup body.
