wherein the wearing positioning earphone (21) comprises a wearing positioning body (211) which can be configured to be solid, and a wearing positioning earplug (210) connected with the wearing positioning body (211);
the air conduction earphone (23) comprises an air conduction earphone body (216) embedded with an air conduction loudspeaker and an air conduction earphone earplug (215) connected with the air conduction earphone body (216), wherein the air conduction earphone earplug (215) is provided with an air conduction earphone sound outlet hole (217), and the air conduction earphone body (216) is provided with at least one vent hole (218).

The adjustable length hearing device according to claim 9, wherein the earpiece (20) is configured as the wear locator earpiece (21), and wherein the hearing device comprises a bone conduction speaker assembly (110) having a second bone conduction speaker (111) configured on the hearing device body (10) on a side thereof adjacent to the wear locator earpiece (21) and protruding beyond a surface of the housing (108).

The adjustable length hearing assistance device of claim 9 further comprising a microphone configured to be positioned in at least one of the following configurations: a side surface of the housing (108) facing away from the earpiece (20), a side surface of the housing (108) facing in the opposite direction to the wearer's head, an outer surface of the earpiece body (202) when the hearing device is worn;
wherein, at least one microphone sound pick-up hole is arranged at the microphone configuration position; when the microphone is arranged on the outer surface of the earphone body (202), the microphone is connected with a built-in main board of a hearing aid device through a wire (105) penetrating through the bending part and the flexible telescopic pipe (106).

The adjustable length hearing device of claim 9, further comprising one or more keys configured to set parameters of the hearing device and/or to interoperate with the hearing device, the keys configurable in at least one position in a configuration comprising: a side surface of the housing (108) facing away from the earpiece (20), a side surface of the housing (108) facing in the opposite direction to the wearer's head, an outer surface of the earpiece body (202) when the hearing device is worn;
when the key is arranged on the outer surface of the earphone main body (202), the key is connected with a built-in main board of the hearing aid device through a wire (105) penetrating through the bending part and the flexible telescopic pipe (106).

The adjustable length hearing device of claim 9, further comprising one or more sensors configured to acquire a wearing state of a wearer, the sensors configured in at least one position in a structure comprising: a side surface of the housing (108) facing a skull of a wearer, a side surface of the housing (108) facing a pinna of the wearer, a surface of the earplug (201) and/or a surface of the earpiece body (202) when the hearing device is worn; wherein, at the position of the sensor configuration, at least one hole for transmitting the sensor signal and/or a cover plate capable of penetrating the sensor signal are arranged; when the sensor is arranged on the surface of the earplug (201) and/or the surface of the earphone body (202), the sensor is connected with a built-in main board of the hearing aid through a wire (105) penetrating the bending part and the flexible telescopic pipe (106).
14. The adjustable length hearing assistance device of claim 13 wherein said sensor comprises at least one of a proximity sensor, an infrared sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor.
15. The adjustable length hearing assistance device according to claim 9, further comprising one or more metal posts (126) embedded in the housing (108) for external devices to communicate with the hearing assistance device and for charge management.

The adjustable length hearing device of claim 9, further comprising one or more magnetic steels (127) affixed within the hearing device cavity (132) and/or embedded in the housing (108), the magnetic steels (127) configured to position and attach the hearing device when an external device communicates with the hearing device and/or manages charging.
17. The adjustable length hearing assistance device of claim 9 further comprising one or more communication modules including a Bluetooth module, a GSM module, a CDMA module, a UMTS module, an EV-DO module, a WiMAX module, an L TE module, an NFC module, and a non-standard protocol wireless radio frequency communication module.
