Description

Replaceable plug structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a replaceable plug structure, and more particularly to an improved replaceable plug structure.
Background
Most of the plug adapters in the market are as in patent No. M477081, and include an insulating base and a terminal set disposed in the insulating base, and the insulating base is provided with a terminal slot for inserting the plug opposite to the other side of the terminal set. However, since the adaptor plugs are mostly designed in a horizontal manner (the direction of the terminal slot is the same as the direction of the plug, the adaptor plugs are still plugged into the power socket when the plug is unplugged, which is not very convenient in use.
In order to improve the above-mentioned problems, there has been devised a vertically-inserted type of plug structure in which the direction in which the plug is inserted into the plug is different from the direction in which the plug is extracted from the socket, so that the plug does not come off the plug when the plug is extracted from the socket. However, there is still a drawback to be improved in the designs, that is, when the original plug is pulled out, the plug is not in the same straight line in the pulling-out force application direction (especially in the adapter-like device), and when the plug is pulled out, a lateral component force is easily generated to cause the adaptor plug to slide from the original plug, resulting in a risk of disconnection between the original plug and the adaptor plug.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the present invention is to provide a replaceable plug structure, which includes an electronic device and a replaceable plug mounted on a plug unit of the electronic device.
The electronic device comprises a device body, a containing groove arranged on the device body and a plug unit pivoted on the device body.
The plug unit can be pivotally accommodated in the inner side of the accommodating groove or extend out of the accommodating groove, the plug unit points to the opening on one side of the accommodating groove when being accommodated, and a locking groove is arranged on any wall surface in the accommodating groove.
The replaceable plug comprises a plug body, a plug pin arranged on one side of the plug body and an adapter plug unit arranged on the other side of the plug body.
The plug pin is provided with an electric contact electrically connected to the adapting plug unit, a locking unit is arranged on the plug body corresponding to the locking groove, the plug pin is inserted into the inner side of the accommodating groove from the opening position so that the electric contact is contacted with the plug unit on the inner side of the accommodating groove to form electric connection, and the locking unit penetrates into the locking groove to limit the plug body to be separated from the opening direction.
Therefore, the replaceable plug structure of the technical scheme can effectively prevent the replaceable plug from separating from the accommodating groove, and the stability and the safety of an actual product are improved.
