When the intelligent blackboard eraser is used, the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 is erased in the writing area 10 of the intelligent whiteboard 1, at the moment, the first sponge eraser 31 in the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 is pressed downwards under stress, the movable connecting piece 32 is pressed downwards under stress, the first sponge eraser 31 can erase ink handwriting on the whiteboard film 100, the movable connecting piece 32 is pressed downwards to trigger the second switch piece to be opened, the third control circuit is communicated to work, and the third control circuit controls the second inductance coil 33 to send out a second electromagnetic wave signal; the electromagnetic induction board 103 in the intelligent whiteboard 1 receives the second electromagnetic wave signal in an induction mode and sends the received second electromagnetic wave signal to the first control circuit, the first control circuit processes and analyzes the second electromagnetic wave signal to obtain the erasing track of the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 and modifies the stored handwriting before the erasing track, so that the handwriting on the whiteboard film 100 is consistent with the handwriting obtained by processing the first control circuit in output, the modified handwriting is sent to the intelligent terminal through the wireless communication device, and the modified handwriting can be directly checked through the intelligent terminal.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the second switch component of the intelligent board eraser 3 includes a second switch circuit disposed on a third circuit board 34, two second switch pads electrically connected to the second switch circuit, and two second conductive silicone; the movable connector 32 includes a movable plate 320 and a fixed plate 321, one end surface of the movable plate 320 is fixedly connected with the first sponge eraser 31, the other end surface of the movable plate 320 is provided with a plurality of hooks 3200, and a plurality of second springs 322 are arranged between the end surface and the fixed plate 321; a fastening hole 3210 for the hook 3200 to penetrate and fix is formed at a position on the fixing plate 321 corresponding to the hook 3200, the fixing plate 321 is fixed on the mounting hole, the other end surface of the fixing plate 321 is fixedly connected with the third circuit board 34, and a mounting hole is formed at a position on the fixing plate 321 corresponding to the second switch pad, an elastic silica gel 3211 is movably disposed in the mounting hole, the elastic silica gel 3211 includes a rim portion and a protruding portion extending outward from the rim portion, the rim portion is disposed on the end surface of the fixing plate 321 close to the third circuit board 34, the protruding portion penetrates through the mounting hole and protrudes out of the end surface of the fixing plate 321 close to the movable plate 320, the second conductive silica gel is fixed in the protruding portion of the elastic silica gel 3211 and does not protrude out of the rim portion, the second conductive silicone is used for contacting the second switch pad to open the second switch circuit when the movable plate 320 is pressed to move towards the fixed plate 321 and disconnecting the second switch circuit when the movable plate 320 is far away from the fixed plate 321. When the second conductive silica gel is fixed in the convex part of the elastic silica gel 3211, if no external force is applied to extrude the convex part of the elastic silica gel 3211, the second conductive silica gel is away from the edge part of the elastic silica gel 3211 by a certain distance; if there is external force extrusion elastic silica gel 3211's bulge, the second electrically conductive silica gel will move to elastic silica gel 3211's border portion until flush with border portion or even bulge in border portion, and when external force relieved the back, the bulge automatically drives the second electrically conductive silica gel to resume to the normal position under self elastic action.
In this application, the third circuit board 34 may include only the second switch circuit, or may include a third control circuit and a second switch circuit of the intelligent eraser 3.
In other embodiments, more or fewer second switch pads and corresponding second conductive silicone gel may be provided to make or break contact with the second switch pads.
In this embodiment, the four second springs 322 are disposed between the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321, one end of each of the four second springs 322 is sleeved in the spring sleeve 3201 on the movable plate 320, and the other end of each of the four second springs 322 contacts with the bottom surface of the fixed plate 321, so that the second springs 322 are well fixed and are not easy to fall off. In addition, a first wiping cloth 36 is fixed on the first sponge wiper 31, and the surface of the first wiping cloth 36 is relatively smooth and is not easy to scratch the whiteboard film 100.
When the intelligent eraser 3 does not erase handwriting, under the elastic action of the second spring 322 between the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321, the movable plate 320 is far away from the fixed plate 321, at this time, the elastic silica gel 3211 in the fixed plate 321 is not extruded, the second conductive silica gel is not in contact with the second switch pad, and at this time, the second switch circuit is in a disconnected state; when erasing, the first sponge eraser 31 is pressed to move inward, the movable plate 320 is pressed to move inward, at this time, the second spring 322 between the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 is compressed, the movable plate 320 is close to the fixed plate 321, the protruding portion of the elastic silica gel 3211 on the fixed plate 321 is pressed, the second conductive silica gel moves to the second switch pad and contacts with the second switch pad along with the pressing of the elastic silica gel 3211, the second switch circuit is turned on, and the third control circuit is turned on to control the second inductor 33 to send out the second electromagnetic wave signal.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the whole structure of the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 is larger than the mounting opening, the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 are disposed in the mounting opening, and a pressing block protruding and used for pressing the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 is disposed in the eraser housing at a position corresponding to the fixed plate 321, so that the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 can be fixed in the mounting opening without using fasteners such as screws. Of course, in other embodiments, the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 may be fixed in the mounting opening by other methods.
In other embodiments, the movable connector 32 in the intelligent board wiper 3 includes a movable plate 320 and a fixed plate 321, a plurality of hooks 3200 and a second bump are disposed on an end surface of the movable plate 320 close to the fixed plate 321, a plurality of second springs 322 are disposed on an end surface of the movable plate 320 close to the fixed plate 321, a fastening hole 3210 for the hooks 3200 to penetrate and fix is disposed at a position on the fixed plate 321 corresponding to the hooks 3200, a through hole for the second bump to penetrate is disposed at a position on the fixed plate 321 corresponding to the second bump, the other end surface of the movable plate 320 is fixedly connected to the first sponge wiper 31, and the fixed plate 321 is fixed to the mounting hole; the second switch is a second micro switch, the second micro switch is fixed on the fixed plate 321 through a mounting plate, and a reed of the second micro switch contacts with the second bump, so that when the movable plate 320 moves towards the fixed plate 321, the second bump touches and presses the reed to open the second micro switch, and when the movable plate 320 moves away from the fixed plate 321, the second bump releases the reed to turn off the second micro switch.
When the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 is not used for erasing handwriting, under the elastic action of the second spring 322 between the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321, the second bump is only contacted with the reed of the second microswitch but does not have the action of force, and the reed cannot be pressed down to switch on the second microswitch; when erasing, the first sponge eraser 31 is pressed to move inward, the movable plate 320 is pressed to move inward, at this time, the second spring 322 between the movable plate 320 and the fixed plate 321 is compressed, the second bump on the movable plate 320 is compressed to the reed contacted therewith, the second microswitch is contacted and conducted, the third control circuit is switched on to operate to control the second inductance coil 33 to send out the second electromagnetic wave signal.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the intelligent eraser 3 is a cuboid, and is convenient to hold. The eraser shell of the intelligent eraser 3 comprises a bottom shell 300 and an upper cover 301 covering the bottom shell 300, the bottom shell 300 is surrounded by a bottom surface, a side inclined plane and a side surface, and the mounting opening is arranged on the side inclined plane.
In order to erase the handwriting on the whiteboard film 100 without modifying the electronic version of the handwriting processed by the intelligent whiteboard 1, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a second sponge eraser 37 is further disposed on the bottom surface of the intelligent board eraser 3, and the second sponge eraser 37 has the same function as the ordinary board eraser, and can only be used for erasing the handwriting on the whiteboard film 100, but cannot simultaneously modify the electronic version of the handwriting processed by the intelligent whiteboard 1. In addition, a second wiper 39 is fixed on the second sponge wiper 37, and the surface of the second wiper 39 is relatively smooth and is not easy to scratch the whiteboard film 100.
In order to conveniently place the intelligent eraser 3, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, an eraser seat 1101 is further formed at the upper surface of the housing 110 of the intelligent whiteboard 1, a first magnet is disposed on the eraser seat 1101, and a second magnet 38 attracted to the first magnet is disposed in the intelligent eraser 3, so that the intelligent eraser 3 can be placed in the eraser seat 1101 and can be fixed by attraction between the magnets, and is not easily lost. In this embodiment, the second magnet 38 is disposed in the second sponge wipe 37.
Because the situation that the electric quantity is insufficient can appear after the intelligent eraser 3 is used for a long time to influence the use, for conveniently charging the intelligent eraser 3, the third power supply battery 35 of the intelligent eraser 3 is realized by adopting a second wireless charging battery, and meanwhile, a second wireless charger is also arranged at the position corresponding to the eraser seat 1101 in the shell 110 of the intelligent whiteboard 1. So, when the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 is placed in the blackboard eraser seat 1101, the second wireless charger at the intelligent whiteboard 1 can charge the second wireless charging battery in the intelligent blackboard eraser 3, and the normal use of the intelligent blackboard eraser 3 is ensured.
Of course, in some other embodiments, the third power supply battery 35 in the intelligent board eraser 3 may also be implemented by a common rechargeable battery or a replaceable button battery, and at this time, the user needs to charge the intelligent board eraser 3 or replace the battery in time, and the third power supply battery 35 is usually fixed in the board eraser shell through a battery fixing seat 350.
In another embodiment, similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, as shown in fig. 5 to fig. 7, the intelligent whiteboard 5 includes a writing area 40 and a processing area 41, wherein, the writing area 40 includes a whiteboard body and a signal acquiring device disposed on the whiteboard body, and the signal acquiring device acquires the sensing signal at the whiteboard body; a processing area 41, the processing area 41 is disposed at one side of the writing area 40, the processing area 41 includes a housing, and a first control circuit, a wireless communication device and a first power supply battery 412 disposed in the housing, the first control circuit is electrically connected to the signal acquisition device, the wireless communication device and the first power supply battery 412, respectively, and the first control circuit is configured to obtain the writing trace at the whiteboard body according to the sensing signal acquired by the signal acquisition device and send the writing trace to the intelligent terminal through the wireless communication device. The first control circuit is usually disposed on a first circuit board 411, and the working process of the intelligent whiteboard 5 can refer to the above contents, which is not described herein again.
However, in this embodiment, the acquisition of the handwriting at the whiteboard body is realized between the intelligent whiteboard 4 and the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 or the intelligent eraser 6 by using the sensing principle of the optical camera technology, and at this time, the sensing signal is an infrared signal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the whiteboard body of the intelligent whiteboard 4 includes a whiteboard film 400, a bottom plate 401 and a fixing frame 402, wherein the whiteboard film 400 and the bottom plate 401 are connected and fixed by a glue fixing film 404, the signal acquiring device includes two optical cameras 403, the two optical cameras 403 are respectively fixed on the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the fixing frame 402, optical axes of the two optical cameras 403 are intersected, and the optical cameras 403 are used for shooting and acquiring infrared signals on the whiteboard film 400.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 used in conjunction with the intelligent whiteboard 4 comprises a pen case, the pen case comprises a pen head 500 and a pen holder movably connected to the pen head 500, the pen head 500 is made of transparent material, a pen nib 51 is arranged in the pen head 500, an elastic connector 52, an ink-absorbing cotton core 53, a first switch, a first infrared transmitting tube 55, a second power supply battery 56 and a second control circuit are arranged in the pen holder, an upper end of the pen nib 51 is connected to a lower end of the ink-absorbing cotton core 53 through the elastic connector 52, the first switch, the first infrared transmitting tube 55 and the second power supply battery 56 are respectively electrically connected to the second control circuit, the first switch contacts the elastic connector 52 and the first switch is turned on when the elastic connector 52 is pressed to operate the second control circuit, the first infrared transmitting tube 55 is arranged at a position close to the pen head 500 and controlled by the second control circuit to send out a first infrared signal The numbers are used for shooting and obtaining by the two optical cameras 403. The pen nozzle 51 is usually a felt pen nozzle 51, and the second control circuit is disposed on a second circuit board.
When the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is used, writing is carried out in the writing area 40 of the intelligent whiteboard 4, the ink absorption cotton core 53 continuously provides ink for the pen nozzle 51, the pen nozzle 51 can write ink characters on the whiteboard film 400, meanwhile, the pen nozzle 51 moves towards the pen point 500 under the stress during writing, the elastic connecting piece 52 is compressed under the stress, the first switch piece is triggered to be opened at the moment, the second control circuit is communicated for working, and the second control circuit controls the first infrared transmitting tube 55 to send out a first infrared signal; two optical cameras 403 on the intelligent whiteboard 4 shoot and acquire the first infrared signal and send the first infrared signal to the first control circuit, the first control circuit acquires writing handwriting according to the processing and analysis of the first infrared signal and sends the writing handwriting to the intelligent terminal through the wireless communication device, so that the intelligent terminal can directly check the writing handwriting written by the user through the intelligent whiteboard pen 5.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a clamping plate is disposed in the pen holder of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 at a position corresponding to the elastic connecting piece, and the clamping plate can be penetrated by the blotting cotton core 53; the elastic connecting piece 52 comprises a connecting piece and a first spring 520, the connecting piece comprises a connecting plate 521, the connecting plate 521 is provided with a second bump 522 arranged on the upper end face of the connecting part and a first cylindrical sleeve 523 arranged on the upper end face of the connecting part and capable of being sleeved with an ink absorption cotton core 53, the lower end face of the connecting plate 521 is provided with a second cylindrical sleeve 524 used for being sleeved with the fixed pen nib 51, the second bump 522 is arranged at the side of the first cylindrical sleeve 523, the first cylindrical sleeve 523 is communicated with the second cylindrical sleeve 524, one end of the first spring 520 is sleeved in the first cylindrical sleeve 523, and the other end of the first spring 520 is clamped on a clamping plate in the pen holder; the first switch element includes a first conductive silica gel 540 and a switch circuit board, the first conductive silica gel 540 is fixed on the second bump 522, the switch circuit board is provided with a first switch circuit and a first switch pad 541 electrically connected with the first switch circuit, the switch circuit board is fixed above the first conductive silica gel 540 so that the first conductive silica gel 540 contacts the first switch pad 541 when moving upwards along with the compression of the elastic connecting element 52 to conduct the first switch circuit.
When the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 does not write, the first conductive silica gel 540 on the second bump 522 is not in contact with the first switch pad 541, and the first switch circuit is not conducted; when writing, the pen nib 51 is pressed to move into the pen point 500, at this time, the connecting member moves inward, the first spring 520 is compressed by force, meanwhile, the first conductive silica gel 540 on the second bump 522 contacts the first switch pad 541, the first switch circuit is turned on, and the second control circuit is turned on to control the first infrared transmitting tube 55 to send out the first infrared signal.
In other embodiments, the elastic connecting element 52 and the first switch element in the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 can also be implemented by using the technical solution shown in fig. 3. Specifically, a clamping plate is arranged in the pen holder of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 at a position corresponding to the elastic connecting piece, and the clamping plate can be penetrated by an ink absorption cotton core 53; the elastic connecting piece 52 comprises a connecting piece and a first spring 520, the connecting piece comprises a connecting plate 521, the connecting plate 521 is provided with a second bump 522 arranged on the upper end face of the connecting part and a first cylindrical sleeve 523 arranged on the upper end face of the connecting part and capable of being sleeved with an ink absorption cotton core 53, the lower end face of the connecting plate 521 is provided with a second cylindrical sleeve 524 used for being sleeved with the fixed pen nib 51, the second bump 522 is arranged at the side of the first cylindrical sleeve 523, the first cylindrical sleeve 523 is communicated with the second cylindrical sleeve 524, one end of the first spring 520 is sleeved in the first cylindrical sleeve 523, and the other end of the first spring 520 is clamped on a clamping plate in the pen holder; the first switch is a first micro switch, the first micro switch is fixed above the second protrusion 522, and a reed of the first micro switch contacts the second protrusion 522 to trigger the first micro switch to be in contact conduction when the second protrusion 522 moves upward along with the compression of the elastic connecting member 52, and the working processes of the elastic connecting member 52 and the first switch are referred to the above, and are not described herein again.
Similarly to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is also provided with components or structures such as a pinhole, a silicone sleeve 57, a mounting seat 59, a laser emitter 580, and a laser switch 581.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a pinhole communicated with the upper end surface of the ink-absorbing cotton core 53 is formed on the upper end surface of the pen holder of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5, so that the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 can be used for a long time by adding ink to the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 through the pinhole. In this embodiment, the barrel generally comprises a cap 502 and a barrel 501, and the needle hole is disposed on the cap 502.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a silicone sleeve 57 with a through hole in the middle is further disposed between the pinhole of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 and the blotting cotton core 53. When ink is injected, the inserted needle can pass through the through hole in the silica gel sleeve 57 and is in contact with the ink absorption cotton core 53 for ink injection, and after the water injection is completed, the through hole in the silica gel sleeve 57 is almost closed, so that the ink can be effectively prevented from being volatilized or overflowing when the ink is inverted.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the second power supply battery 56 in the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is fixed at the upper end of the blotting cotton core 23 through a mounting seat 59, the mounting seat 59 comprises a base 590 contacting with the upper end face of the blotting cotton core 23, and the base 590 is provided with a battery clamping seat 591 for fixing the battery and a hollow column 592 for communicating the pinhole with the upper end face of the blotting cotton core 53.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a laser emitter 580 and a laser switch 581 are further disposed in the pen casing of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5, a position on the pen casing corresponding to the laser emitter 580 is provided with an irradiation port, the laser switch 581 is disposed on the pen holder, the laser emitter 580 is fixed on a laser mounting seat 593 on the mounting seat 59, and the laser emitter 580 and the laser switch 581 are respectively electrically connected to the first control circuit to emit laser.
In addition, in order to prevent ink from leaking, a sealing rubber ring 503 is usually provided at the junction of the pen barrel and the pen head 500, as shown in fig. 6.
Similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, at least one concave pen holder is formed at the upper surface of the housing of the intelligent whiteboard 4. Therefore, the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 can be directly placed in the pen holder when not in use, and loss is avoided. In this embodiment, when the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is placed in the pen holder, the pen mouth 51 of the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is sleeved in the pen holder, and the pen mouth 51 is not directly exposed in the air, so that the ink in the ink absorption cotton core 53 can be prevented from volatilizing through the pen mouth 21.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, in order to more conveniently and intelligently add ink to the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 placed in the pen holder, a water filling port is formed at a position corresponding to the upper end of the pen holder on the housing of the intelligent whiteboard 4, a water filling system is arranged in the housing, the water filling system comprises an ink bottle 414, a peristaltic pump 415 and a water filling device 416, a bottle opening of the ink bottle 414 is connected with a water inlet of the peristaltic pump 415, the peristaltic pump 415 is electrically connected with the first control circuit and controlled by the first control circuit to control water discharge, the water filling device 416 comprises a fixed housing 4160, a needle 4161 movably arranged in the fixed housing 4160, a stepping motor arranged in the fixed housing 4160 and used for controlling the needle 4161 to extend out of the fixed housing 4160 back and forth, a gear fixed at an output end of the stepping motor and a rack engaged with the gear, one end of the needle 4161 is communicated with a water outlet of the pump 415 through a conduit, and the needle 4161 is fixed at one end of the, the other end of the needle 4161 is correspondingly disposed at the position of the water filling port, and the stepping motor is electrically connected to the first control circuit and controlled by the first control circuit to operate, and drives the rack to move through the gear to extend the needle 4161 fixed on the rack out of the water filling port or retract the needle from the water filling port into the fixing housing 4160. The working process of injecting ink into the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 can refer to the above contents, and is not described herein again.
Whether intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is placed in this pen stand for convenient detection, the pen stand position department of intelligent whiteboard 4 still is provided with a trigger switch, and the position department that intelligent whiteboard pen 5 corresponds this trigger switch is provided with a trigger, and when intelligent whiteboard pen 5 was placed in the pen stand, trigger and trigger switch contact, trigger switch gave back trigger signal to first control circuit, and first control circuit judges to learn intelligent whiteboard pen 5 and places in the pen stand at present according to this trigger signal. In practical products, as shown in fig. 6, the trigger switch on the intelligent whiteboard 4 is a metal inductive switch, and the trigger on the intelligent whiteboard pen 5 is a metal ferrule 504 disposed on the pen casing.
In addition, the condition that the electric quantity is not enough can appear after the long-time use of intelligence whiteboard pen 5 and influence the use, for conveniently charging for intelligent whiteboard 4, the second power supply battery 56 of intelligence whiteboard pen 5 adopts a first wireless rechargeable battery to realize, simultaneously, the position department that corresponds the pen stand on the casing of intelligence whiteboard 4 still is provided with a first wireless charger. So, when intelligent whiteboard pen 5 placed in the pen stand, the first wireless charger of intelligent whiteboard 4 department can charge for the first wireless rechargeable battery in intelligent whiteboard pen 5, makes intelligent whiteboard pen 5 keep the electric quantity sufficient, facilitates the use. Of course, in other embodiments, the second power supply battery 26 in the intelligent whiteboard pen 2 may also be implemented by a common rechargeable battery or a replaceable button battery.
As shown in fig. 7, the intelligent whiteboard 4 is further provided with a matched intelligent eraser 6 which, in this embodiment, the intelligent blackboard eraser 6 comprises a blackboard eraser shell, a first sponge eraser 61, a movable connecting piece 62, a second infrared emission tube 64, a second switch piece, a third power supply battery 65 and a third control circuit, wherein the blackboard eraser shell is provided with a mounting opening, one end of the first sponge eraser 61 is arranged outside the blackboard eraser shell, the other end of the first sponge eraser 61 is fixed in the mounting opening through the movable connecting piece 62, the second infrared transmitting tube 64, the second switch, and the third power supply battery 65 are electrically connected to the third control circuit, respectively, the second switch contacts with the movable connector 62, and the second switch is pressed by the movable connector 62 to turn on the switch to operate the third control circuit, and the second infrared transmitting tube 64 is disposed at the front end of the eraser housing and controlled by the third control circuit to emit a second infrared signal for the second optical camera 403 to capture.
