1. A floor type air conditioner indoor unit is characterized by comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, a fan and a control device, wherein the shell is provided with an air outlet with a forward opening and a mounting opening with an upward opening, and is provided with an air duct communicated with the air outlet and the mounting opening;
the top air-out frame is mounted at the mounting opening, the lower end and the front end of the top air-out frame are arranged in an open manner, and airflow in the air duct can be blown to the lower end opening of the top air-out frame and blown out from the front end opening of the top air-out frame; and
and the air outlet grille is detachably arranged at the air outlet of the shell.
2. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the outlet grille is connected with the casing by one or more of a magnetic member, a suction cup, a snap member, and a connector.
3. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein a locking groove is provided on one of the outlet grill and the casing, and a locking buckle adapted to the locking groove is provided on the other.
4. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the buckles are distributed on the opposite side peripheries of the outlet grille.
5. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 4, wherein a positioning member is further provided on the outlet grille, a positioning groove is provided on the casing at a position corresponding to the positioning member, and the positioning member is adapted to be mounted in the positioning groove.
6. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 5, wherein the number of the positioning members is plural, and the plurality of the positioning members are arranged at intervals at the lower edge of the outlet grille.
7. The indoor unit of a floor type air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an air duct casing installed in the casing, wherein an extension opening is provided on a top surface of the air duct casing at a position corresponding to the installation opening, the air outlet is located below the extension opening, the air duct is formed inside the air duct casing, the top air outlet frame is installed at the extension opening of the air duct casing, and an air outlet is provided on the air duct casing at a position corresponding to the air outlet.

The floor type air-conditioning indoor unit as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a fan assembly mounted to the air duct, the fan assembly being configured to drive an air flow towards the air inlet and out of the air outlet, and/or being configured to drive an air flow towards the lower port and out of the front port.

The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fan assembly includes an axial fan and a centrifugal fan, the centrifugal fan is disposed below the air duct and drives the air flow from bottom to top, the axial fan is disposed above the centrifugal fan and corresponds to the air inlet to drive the air flow to be blown out from the air inlet.
10. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit as claimed in claim 7, wherein the top air outlet frame is installed to the installation opening to be movable up and down; and/or the top air outlet frame is provided with a first position extending out of the mounting port and a second position accommodating in the air duct shell.
11. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and a floor type indoor unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the outdoor unit is connected to the floor type indoor unit through a refrigerant pipe.
