The utility model provides an indoor unit of air conditioner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner includes a casing 200, an air duct assembly 300 and a louver assembly 400.
The cabinet 200 is formed with an intake port 210 and an exhaust port 220.
The air duct assembly 300 is provided in the cabinet 200. The air duct assembly 300 includes a wind wheel (not shown) and a protection net 310. The wind wheel is located on an airflow path from the wind inlet 210 to the wind outlet 220, and is used to introduce airflow into the cabinet 200 from the wind inlet 210 and discharge airflow from the wind outlet 220. The protection net 310 is disposed on the airflow path and between the wind wheel and the air outlet 220. Therefore, the protection net 310 can be used to prevent hands from touching the wind wheel through the air outlet 220 to cause injury, and also can prevent external sundries from flying into the wind wheel through the air outlet 220 to cause damage to the wind wheel.
The louver 400 is located between the protection net 310 and the air outlet 220. The louver blade 400 includes a plurality of louvers 410, and the plurality of louvers 410 are arranged at intervals along the first direction 20 a. One side of each louver 410 adjacent to the protection net 310 is rotatably coupled to one side of the protection net 310 adjacent to the louver 410 so that the louver 410 can swing in the first direction 20a with respect to the protection net 310. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the air conditioning indoor unit 20, and fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the air conditioning indoor unit 20 shown in fig. 5 after the louver 410 swings downward.
The louvers 410 swing in the first direction 20a to adjust the air outlet direction of the air outlet 220 in the first direction 20 a. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first direction 20a is a vertical direction (height direction), and when the plurality of louvers 410 swing back and forth along a positive direction (upward direction) and a negative direction (downward direction) of the first direction 20a, the air outlet 220 can uniformly output air in the first direction 20 a.
In the conventional air conditioning indoor unit 10, as shown in fig. 1, the protection net 13 and the louver 14b are mounted on the mounting plate 12, and the size of the louver is defined by the size of the relief hole 12a on the mounting plate 12. In order to meet the above-mentioned assembly and assembly gaps, the louver 14b is smaller in size, and cannot sweep air greatly, that is, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 220 in the first direction 20a cannot be adjusted greatly, so that the room temperature in the first direction 20a cannot be made uniform (fast same) quickly when the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner is used for cooling and heating. In particular, when the air-conditioning indoor unit 10 is heating and the first direction 20a is the up-down direction (height direction), the head and foot temperatures of the user are likely to be uneven, and the comfort is poor.
In the air conditioning indoor unit 20, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the side of the louver 410 close to the protective net 310 is rotatably connected to the side of the protective net 310 close to the louver 410, that is, the louver 410 is connected to the protective net 310, so that the louver 410 with a larger area can be selected. And the louver 410 is provided on the protection net 310, so that a mounting plate in the conventional air conditioning indoor unit 10 can be omitted, and thus more assembly space can be provided, and on the premise of satisfying the assembly gap, the length of the louver 410 on the airflow path can be further increased, thereby further increasing the area of the louver 410. The area and the length of the louver 410 are increased, so that the air can be swept greatly, that is, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 220 in the first direction 20a can be adjusted greatly, and the air sweeping effect of the louver 410 is improved. When the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner performs cooling and heating, the room temperature in the first direction 20a can be made uniform and fast, and the comfort is good.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the protection net 310 includes a mounting plate 312 and a net body 314. The first engaging groove 412 is provided to facilitate the assembly of the louver 410 on the mounting plate 312. In other embodiments, the rotating shaft 3122 may be disposed on the louver 410, and the first engaging groove 412 may be disposed on the mounting plate 312.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting plate 312 is recessed to form a mounting groove, and the rotating shaft 3122 is disposed in the mounting groove. The first engaging groove 412 is protruded on the louver 410.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, there are a plurality of rotating shafts 3122 on each mounting plate 312, a plurality of first locking slots 412 on each louver 410, and each first locking slot 412 is locked to one rotating shaft 3122. In this manner, the louvers 410 are securely fastened to the mounting plate 312.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first engaging groove 412 is a circular ring with a notch, and the inner wall of the first engaging groove 412 includes a circular arc section 4122 and two inclined sections 4124. The circular arc segment 4122 is engaged with the rotation shaft 3122. The two inclined surfaces 4124 are respectively connected to two ends of the circular arc 4122, and the distance between the two inclined surface 4124 is gradually increased from the inside to the outside. Thus, assembly of the louvers 410 to the mounting plate 312 is greatly facilitated.
In this embodiment, the net body 314 includes a plurality of strip-shaped members 3142, the plurality of strip-shaped members 3142 are arranged at intervals along the second direction 20b, and each strip-shaped member 3142 is connected to the plurality of mounting plates 312.
In this embodiment, the second direction 20b intersects the first direction 20a, so that the protection net 310 has holes (not shown) for allowing air to pass through, which are formed by enclosing the mounting plate 312 and the strips 3142, and when the air flows through the holes of the protection net 310 to the air outlet 220, the holes can disperse the air, so that the air flowing out of the air outlet 220 is softer, and a user feels a weak wind or even no wind, thereby providing better comfort. And the protection net 310 simultaneously comprises the mounting plate 312 and the net body 314, so that the protection net 310 has stronger supporting strength and is more beneficial to assembling the shutter 410. In other embodiments, the protection net 310 may include only one of the mounting plate 312 and the net body 314.
In the present embodiment, the second direction 20b is perpendicular (orthogonal) to the first direction 20 a. In this way, the protection net 310 is more advantageously formed.
In the present embodiment, the interval between two adjacent mounting plates 312 is larger than the interval between two adjacent strips 3142. As such, when the weight of the mounting plate 312 is greater than the weight of the strip 3142 (and/or the volume of the mounting plate 312 is greater than the volume of the strip 3142), the overall mass of the protection net 310 can be made lower (the overall volume is smaller) while the control holes have smaller sizes.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting plate 312 and the net body 314 are provided separately. A second clamping groove 3124 is formed on one side of the mounting plate 312 away from the louver 410, and the net body 314 is clamped in the second clamping groove 3124. The provision of the second card slot 3124 greatly facilitates the assembly of the net body 314 on the mounting plate 312, thereby forming the protection net 400. The mounting plate 312 is connected to a first side wall 322 and a second side wall 324 at two ends thereof. In this way, when the protection net 310 is assembled on the air duct 320, the mounting plate 312 may be fixed on the air duct 320, and then the net body 314 is assembled on the mounting plate 312, which is convenient for the protection net 310 to be assembled in the air duct 320 and for the protection net 310 to be formed.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the material of the mounting plate 312, the material of the first sidewall 322, and the material of the second sidewall 324 are the same. The material of the mounting plate 312 is different from the material of the mesh body 314. In this way, the mounting plate 312, the first sidewall 322 and the second sidewall 3324 may be integrally formed, so as to facilitate the assembly of the protection net 310 in the air duct 320 and the formation of the protection net 310. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the material of the mounting plate 312, the material of the first sidewall 322, and the material of the second sidewall 324 are all plastic, and the material of the mesh 314 is metal iron.
In this embodiment, the louver guiding assembly 400 further includes a first link 420 and a first driving member (not shown). The first link 420 is connected to a side of the plurality of louvers 410 away from the protection net 310. The first driving member is connected to the first link 420, and the first driving member drives the louver 410 to rotate through the first link 420. The first link 420 connects a plurality of louvers 410 at the same time, and the first link 420 is located at a side of the louvers 410 away from the protection net 310, which not only facilitates the cooperation with large-area louvers 410, but also avoids interference with other elements.
