s7: the packer needs to be taken out after the production of the oil well is finished or for other reasons, and the following steps are completed:
s7.1: and lifting the pipe column, enabling the central pipe 1 to run upwards, shearing the unsealing shear pin, retracting the slips and the rubber sleeve simultaneously, and unsealing the packer.
