Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an easily tear relevant technical field who pastes, indicate an easily tear subsides structure with pattern layer that possesses anti-fake function especially.
Background
Sheet-type stickers such as easy-to-tear stickers and sticky notes have become common stickers in modern life, for example: used for sealing the suction opening of the portable cup or labeling and labeling the document object, and the like. Generally, commercially available sheet tags are integrated into a sheet tag stack set in a plurality of stacks. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a conventional sheet type label stack group. As is known, in a single use, it is only necessary to tear off a piece of sticker 11a from the stack 1a and then attach the torn-off piece of sticker 11a to an object to be pasted.
Further, in order to integrate more sheet labels into a group for the convenience of user's arbitrary selection and use, the sheet label manufacturer carries a plurality of sheet label stack sets simultaneously with a cylindrical base. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a conventional sheet type label stack set having a cylindrical base, and fig. 3 is a perspective view showing another perspective view of the conventional sheet type label stack set having a cylindrical base. As shown in fig. 2, the plurality of sheet type label stack groups 1a are provided on the side surface of the same cylindrical base 2 a. It should be noted that, due to the manufacturing process, the sides of any two adjacent sheet tag stacks 1a disposed on the cylindrical base 2a are close together. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3, when the user tears one sheet of the sticker 11a from any one sheet stack group 1a, the user often brings up the sheet of the sticker 11a on the adjacent sheet stack group 1a at the same time.
Furthermore, practical experience also indicates that, when a user tears off a piece of sticker 11a from any one of the sheet label stacks 1a, even if the sheet label 11a on the adjacent sheet label stack 1a is not taken up, a part of the adhesive layer is scraped off, so that the unused sheet label 11a will eventually fall off from the sheet label stack 1a to which it belongs, and particularly, if the sheet label 11a has a security and/or anti-counterfeiting function, the torn pattern display and the mark display are displayed by simultaneously taking up the adjacent sheet label 11a, so that the user loses its security and/or anti-counterfeiting function early.
Therefore, we have already known the main drawbacks of the prior art sheet type label stack set with cylindrical base through the above description. It can be seen from the above description that it is necessary to redesign a set of sheet type label stack set with cylindrical base, so that it has the functions of easy tearing, good sticking, non-adhesive, and security (anti-counterfeit). For the above reasons, the inventors of the present invention have made intensive studies and finally developed an easy-to-tear structure having a pattern layer according to the present invention.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the easy-to-tear structure 1 with a pattern layer of the present invention, the following description will be made in detail with reference to the drawings.
First embodiment (full rotation embodiment)
The first embodiment of the present invention is a full rotation embodiment, in which when the confidential easy-to-tear sticker is torn, the writing or pattern will appear on the substrate layer of the easy-to-tear sticker, and the adhesive layer of the easy-to-tear sticker will be transferred to the sealed object.
Please refer to fig. 4A and fig. 4B, which are first and second perspective views of an easy-to-tear structure 1 with a pattern layer according to the present invention.
The utility model discloses an easily tear and paste structure 1 with pattern layer includes: a base 10 and a plurality of easy-to-tear units EU, wherein the plurality of easy-to-tear units EU are disposed on a mounting surface of the base 10. For example, fig. 4A shows that the base 10 is a cylindrical base, and the setting surface is an annular side surface of the base 10; on the other hand, fig. 4B shows that the base 10 is a sheet-shaped base, and the installation surface is the surface of the base 10. According to the design of the present invention, each of the easy tearing and pasting units EU includes a plurality of easy tearing and pasting units 11 stacked one above the other, and any two adjacent easy tearing and pasting units EU have an interval D. With this arrangement, when a user tears one easy-to-tear patch 11 from any easy-to-tear patch unit EU, the easy-to-tear patches 11 on the adjacent easy-to-tear patch units EU are not affected. In short, any two adjacent easy-to-tear units EU have a special design of a distance D, which makes the easy-to-tear structure 1 with a pattern layer of the present invention have the advantages of easy tearing, no degumming and no early tracing.
Please refer to fig. 5, which shows a cross-sectional view of the easy-to-tear sticker of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, each of the easy tear tapes 11 in the easy tear tape unit EU includes: a base layer 111, a pattern layer 112, a color fixing layer 113, and an adhesive layer 115. On the other hand, fig. 6 shows a perspective view of a peel-off sticker and a sealed object of the present invention, and fig. 7A and 7B show schematic flow charts of peeling off the peel-off sticker from the sealed object. As shown in fig. 5 and 7B, the pattern layer 112 covers an inner surface of the base layer 111 and has a first pattern 118 and a pattern gap 116. On the other hand, the fixed-color layer 113 is formed on the pattern layer 112, and includes a first fixed-color portion 113a formed on the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 and a second fixed-color portion 113b filled in the pattern gap 116 of the pattern layer 112. For example, if the fixed color layer 113 is a red pigment layer, the first pattern 118 will display red due to the covering of red pigment (i.e., the first fixed color portion 113 a). Of course, in practical applications, the fixed color layer 113 can also be a multi-color pigment layer, which is not limited to a single-color pigment layer.
Furthermore, the adhesive layer 115 is disposed on the fixing color layer 113. It is particularly emphasized that, in the first embodiment of the easy-to-tear structure 1 with the pattern layer of the present invention, the adhesion of the pattern layer 112 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113 is smaller than the adhesion of the substrate layer 111 to the pattern layer 112, the adhesion of the pattern layer 112 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113 is also smaller than the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113, and the adhesion of the substrate layer 111 to the second fixing color portion 113b of the fixing color layer 113 is greater than the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the second fixing color portion 113b of the fixing color layer 113.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the base layer 111 has at least one extending section 111E, such that the length of the base layer 111 is greater than the lengths of the pattern layer 112, the fixed color layer 113, and the adhesive layer 115. Thus, after a sheet of the tear strip 11 has been applied to the surface of a sealed article 2, as shown in fig. 7A, the user may optionally apply force to one end of the base layer 111 by holding the extension 111E and pulling it upwardly, thus completing the tear-off procedure for the tear strip 11. However, as shown in fig. 7B, after the peeling process of the easy peel strip 11 is completed, it is found that the adhesive layer 115 is entirely left on the surface of the sealed object 2, and the first fixing color portion 113a covering the first pattern 118 is also entirely adhered to the adhesive layer 115. The main reason for this is that the first embodiment of the present invention is designed to make the adhesion of the pattern layer 112 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113 smaller than the adhesion of the base layer 111 to the pattern layer 112, make the adhesion of the pattern layer 112 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113 smaller than the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113, and make the adhesion of the base layer 111 to the second fixing color portion 113b of the fixing color layer 113 larger than the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the second fixing color portion 113b of the fixing color layer 113. After the peeling process of the easy-to-tear sticker 11 is completed, the pattern layer 112 and the second fixed-color portion 113B filled in the pattern gap are detached from the surface of the sealed object 2 together with the base layer 111 as shown in fig. 7A and 7B.
Continuing again with FIG. 8, a top view of the base layer is shown. As is known from the foregoing description, after the peeling process of the easy-to-tear sticker 11 is completed, the pattern layer 112 and the second fixed color portion 113b filled in the pattern gap 116 are also detached from the surface of the sealed object 2 together with the base layer 111. It should be noted that the base layer 111 is a plastic sheet, and the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 is present on the inner surface of the base layer 111; thus, when viewing the top view of the base layer 111, it appears as shown in FIG. 8.
With continuing reference to FIG. 7B, and with further reference to FIG. 9, a top view of the adhesive layer is shown. As is known from the foregoing description, after the peeling process of the easy-to-peel sticker 11 is completed, the first fixed-color portion 113a originally covering the pattern layer 112 is completely adhered to the adhesive layer 115, and the top view of the adhesive layer 115 can be seen as shown in fig. 9. It is easy to deduce that, although fig. 8 and 9 show the pattern for showing the anti-counterfeit function as the "Void" text, this is only an exemplary embodiment and is not intended to limit the actual aspect of the pattern. In possible applications, the pattern (the first pattern 118) may be a word, letter, number, symbol, graphic, or a combination of any two or more of the foregoing.
Second embodiment (half-turn embodiment)
The second embodiment of the present invention is a half-turn embodiment, in which when the confidential easy-tear sticker is torn, writing or patterns may appear on the base layer of the easy-tear sticker, and half of the adhesive layer of the easy-tear sticker may be transferred to the sealed object and half of the adhesive layer may not be transferred to the sealed object.
Please continue to fig. 4A and fig. 4B, which are perspective views of the easy-to-tear sticker structure with a pattern layer according to the present invention. The utility model discloses an easily tear second embodiment of pasting structure 1 with pattern layer includes a base 10 and a plurality of easily tear a unit EU equally, wherein, each should easily tear a unit EU and easily tear a 11 including the plural number of mutual storehouse each other, and any two adjacent should easily tear a unit EU and have an interval D.
Further, fig. 10 shows a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of the easy-tear strip of the present invention, and fig. 11 shows a cross-sectional view of the easy-tear strip after use. In particular, the second embodiment of the easy-tear strip 11 is based on the structure of the first embodiment and is suitably modified. It should be understood that the term "after use" means that the tear strip 11 is attached to the surface of a sealed object 2 (see fig. 6) and then torn away from the surface of the sealed object 2. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the surface of the easy-tear tape 11 after being peeled off and then being applied back to the sealed object 2.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the second embodiment of the easy-tear sticker 11 includes: a base layer 111, a pattern layer 112, a color fixing layer 113, and an adhesive layer 115; the pattern layer 112 covers an inner surface of the base layer 111, and has a first pattern 118 and a pattern gap 116. The fixed color layer 113 is disposed on the pattern layer 112 and includes a first fixed color portion 113a disposed on the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 and a second fixed color portion 113b filled in the pattern gap 116 of the pattern layer 112.
In the second embodiment, the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the base layer 111 is greater than the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112, and the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixed color layer 113 is greater than the adhesion of the first fixed color portion 113a of the fixed color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112. With this arrangement, after a sheet of the easy-tear tape 11 is applied to the surface of a sealed object 2, a user may apply force to one end of the base layer 111 and pull it upward, and optionally, may hold the extension 111E of the base layer 111 and further apply force to the base layer 111 to pull it upward, thereby completing the tearing process of the easy-tear tape 11. However, in the process of peeling off the easy-to-tear tape 11, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 115 to the sealed object 2 acts on the fixing color layer 113, so that the fixing color layer 113 simultaneously exerts a force of peeling off the pattern layer 112 and the base layer 111; at this time, since the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the base layer 111 is greater than the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112, the first fixed color portion 113a of the fixed color layer 113 and the pattern layer 112 are pulled apart to form a gap 114, and the first fixed color portion 113b of the fixed color layer 113 and the base layer 111 are still in a close-contact state.
Continuing again with fig. 12, a top view of the substrate layer of the peel ply is shown. Viewed from the surface of the substrate layer 111 and as shown in fig. 11, the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 is revealed by the gap 114, so when viewing the top view of the substrate layer 11, it is shown by the gap 114 as: and "Void" or characters with an opened seal effect. In this case, even if the torn-off peel strip 11 is attached back onto the sealed object 2 (as shown in fig. 11), it is difficult to conceal the fact that the peel strip 11 has been torn off.
Third embodiment (non-rotating embodiment)
The third embodiment of the present invention is an embodiment of the present invention, which is an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the non-rotation means that when the confidential easy-tear sticker is torn, the writing or the pattern will appear on the base layer of the easy-tear sticker, and the adhesive layer of the easy-tear sticker will not be transferred to the sealed object.
Please continue to fig. 4A and fig. 4B, which are perspective views of the easy-to-tear sticker structure with a pattern layer according to the present invention. The utility model discloses an easily tear third embodiment of pasting structure 1 with pattern layer includes a base 10 and a plurality of easily tear a unit EU equally, wherein, each should easily tear a unit EU and easily tear a 11 including the plural number of mutual storehouse each other, and any two adjacent should easily tear a unit EU and have an interval D.
Fig. 13 shows a cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 14A and 14B show schematic flow diagrams for tearing the peel patch away from a sealed object. According to the design of the present invention, the third embodiment of the easy-to-tear sticker 11 is based on the structure of the first embodiment and is adjusted appropriately.
As shown in fig. 13, 14A and 14B, a third embodiment of easy-tear tape 11 includes: a base layer 111, a pattern layer 112, a color fixing layer 113, and an adhesive layer 115; the pattern layer 112 covers an inner surface of the base layer 111, and has a first pattern 118 and a pattern gap 116. The fixed color layer 113 is disposed on the pattern layer 112 and includes a first fixed color portion 113a disposed on the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 and a second fixed color portion 113b filled in the pattern gap 116 of the pattern layer 112. Specifically, in the third embodiment, the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixed color layer 113 is greater than the adhesion of the first fixed color portion 113a of the fixed color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112, the adhesion of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixed color layer 113 is less than the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the base layer 111, and the adhesion of the fixed color layer 113 to the base layer 111 is greater than the adhesion of the first fixed color portion 113a of the fixed color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112.
As shown in fig. 14A, after a sheet of the easy-tear tape 11 is applied to the surface of a sealed object 2, the user applies force to one end of the base layer 111 and pulls it upward, and optionally holds the extension 111E of the base layer 111 to pull the base layer 111 upward, thereby completing the tearing process of the easy-tear tape 11. In the tearing process, since the adhesion force of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixing color layer 113 is greater than the adhesion force of the fixing color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112 and the adhesion force of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixing color layer 113 is less than the adhesion force of the fixing color layer 113 to the base layer 111, after the easy-to-tear tape 11 is torn, an un-combinable gap 114 is formed between the first fixing color portion 113a of the fixing color layer 113 and the pattern layer 112. It should be noted that, since the adhesion force of the adhesive layer 115 to the fixing color layer 113 is smaller than the adhesion force of the fixing color layer 113 to the base layer 111 and the adhesion force of the fixing color layer 113 to the base layer 111 is larger than the adhesion force of the fixing color layer 113 to the pattern layer 112, the adhesive layer 115 will not remain on the sealed object 2 after the easy-to-tear sticker 11 is torn.
Continuing again with FIG. 15, a top view of the substrate layer of the peel-off strip is shown. After the tear tape 11 is removed, no adhesive layer 115 remains on the sealed object 2, so that the sealed object 2 does not need to be cleaned again. Also, as shown in fig. 15, tear strip 11 may be applied back over sealed enclosure 2 again for taping, but still maintaining the torn open indication. As shown in fig. 14B, the first pattern 118 of the pattern layer 112 is revealed by the gap 114, so that when viewing the top view of the substrate layer 111 shown in fig. 15, for example: and "Void" or characters with an opened seal effect.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
