The first glue driving means 2131 is preferably a pneumatic cylinder.
It should be noted that the carrier tape 6200 moves linearly near the glue spreading mechanism, where the moving direction of the carrier tape 6200 is front, and vice versa. As shown in fig. 11, the carrier tape 6200 moves from left to right, back to left, and front to right near the glue dispensing mechanism.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13-16, the glue pulling mechanism includes an angle-shaped moving plate 2141 capable of moving back and forth, the second moving roller 2147 is rotatably disposed on the angle-shaped moving plate 2141, the carrier tape 6200 sequentially passes through the angle-shaped portion of the angle-shaped moving plate 2141 and the second moving roller 2147, and the wrap angle of the carrier tape 6200 passing through the angle-shaped portion of the angle-shaped moving plate 2141 is an acute angle.
The angle-shaped moving plate 2141 is fixedly connected to the glue pulling sliding plate 2143, the glue pulling sliding plate 2143 is slidably connected to the glue pulling large plate 2110 through a glue pulling sliding block 2145, a glue pulling driving device 2142 is fixedly arranged on the glue pulling large plate 2110, the glue pulling driving device 2142 is in driving connection with the glue pulling sliding plate 2143, the glue pulling sliding plate 2143 can slide back and forth on the glue pulling large plate 2110, and then the angle-shaped moving plate 2141 can slide back and forth. When the first adhesive clamping mechanism clamps the carrier tape 6200, the adhesive sucking mechanism 2200 sucks the foam adhesive tape 6300, the angle-shaped moving plate 2141 retreats to drive the second moving roller 2147 to retreat, and the carrier tape 6200 and the foam adhesive tape 6300 move relatively around the carrier tape 6200 passing through the second moving roller 2147, so that the foam adhesive tape 6300 is peeled off from the carrier tape 6200, and the adhesive peeling is completed.

The retraction of the angled moving plate 2141 causes some slack in the carrier tape between the first glue clamp and the carrier tape take-up spool 2123, which prevents the carrier tape 6200 from being pulled apart. When the angle moving plate 2141 advances to the initial position, the carrier tape 6200 is again tightened.

Specifically, the carrier tape take-up reel 2123 pulls the carrier tape 6200 to move in the horizontal direction, and the protective film take-up reel 2122 pulls the protective film 6100 to move in a direction making an obtuse angle with the moving direction of the carrier tape 6200, which makes an angle between the protective film 6100 and the carrier tape 6200 at the protective film separation roller 2152 large, which facilitates peeling of the protective film 6100.
In order to ensure consistency of unwinding of the adhesive tape material 6000, winding of the protective film 6100, and winding of the carrier tape 6200, and prevent material breakage or material jamming, the protective film winding roll 2122 and the carrier tape winding roll 2123 are synchronously driven by the same driving mechanism, preferably, a motor drives a synchronous belt to drive the protective film winding roll 2122 and the carrier tape winding roll 2123 to synchronously rotate.
Preferably, the horizontal section of the lowest point of the protective film separating roller 2152 is slightly higher than the upper surface of the first clip fixing plate 2132, so that the carrier tape 6200 before and after peeling can stably move onto the first clip fixing plate 2132.
