Technical Field

The present invention relates to a lid with a stirring rod and a bottle with the lid, and more particularly to a lid with a stirring rod and a bottle with the lid, which can be placed on various cups or bottles.

The cups or bottles sold in the market at present are mostly in a standard and fixed shape, and a simple accommodating space has the function of storing drinks. First, the cap body 10 has an open end 11 and a closed end 12 opposite to the open end 11, a first accommodating space 13 is formed inside the cap body 10, a bottom of the first accommodating space 13 is located at the open end 11, a top of the first accommodating space 13 is close to the closed end 12, and a peripheral surface 14 is formed on a peripheral surface between the top and the bottom of the first accommodating space 13. The handle fixing space 20 is used for accommodating a handle 31 of the stirring rod 30, the top of the handle fixing space 20 is fixed to the closed end 12 of the lid body 10, and the bottom thereof faces the open end 11 of the lid body 10.

The bottle body 40 has a second receiving space 41 and a bottle mouth 42 with an open top end, and the first receiving space 13 of the cap body 10 is communicated with the second receiving space 41 of the bottle body 40 through the bottle mouth 42. In addition, a fastener or a screw thread is disposed at the bottom of the cap body 10, so that the bottom of the cap body 10 is detachably connected to the top of the bottle body 40. As shown in fig. 3, the length of the stirring rod 30 is greater than the distance between the inner bottom of the bottle body 40 and the bottom of the handle fixing space 20 and less than the distance between the inner bottom of the bottle body 40 and the top of the handle fixing space 20. Second, the diameter of the shoe 33 is smaller than the diameter of the body 40.

a handle fixing space having a top portion adjacent to the closed end of the cap body and a bottom portion facing the open end of the cap body; and the stirring rod comprises a handle, a connecting rod and a bottom support, the connecting rod is connected with the handle and the bottom support, and the handle is placed in the handle fixing space so that the connecting rod faces towards the bottom support.

2. The cover with the stirring rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle has a width smaller than an inner diameter of the through passage, so that a space is formed between the handle and the handle fixing space.

3. The cover with stirring rod of claim 1, wherein the handle, the connecting rod and the bottom support of the stirring rod are integrally formed.

4. The cover with stirring rod of claim 1, wherein the handle, the connecting rod and the bottom support of the stirring rod are formed by separate reconnection.

The cover with the stirring rod as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the cap body can be combined with a bottleneck of a bottle body, a second accommodating space is arranged inside the bottle body, the bottleneck is positioned at the top end of the bottle body, and after the bottleneck is combined with the cap body, the first accommodating space is communicated with the second accommodating space of the bottle body.

The lid with stirring rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein the length of the stirring rod is greater than the distance between the inner bottom of the bottle body and the bottom of the handle fixing space and less than the distance between the inner bottom of the bottle body and the top of the handle fixing space.

7. The lid with stirring rod of claim 5, wherein the diameter of the bottom support is smaller than the diameter of the bottle body.

8. The lid with stirring rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bottom of the lid body has a fastener to detachably connect the bottom of the lid to the top of the body.
