Example 1
A cup holder device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In order to solve the above technical problem, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a cup holder device is provided, which includes: an armrest 100, wherein a receiving chamber 110 is formed inside the armrest 100, and an opening 111 communicated with one end of the receiving chamber is arranged at one end of the armrest; a cup stand body 200, the cup stand body 200 including a supporting portion 210 and a clamping portion 220; the support portion 210 is slidably connected to the accommodating chamber 110 of the armrest 100, so that the support portion 210 can enter and exit the accommodating chamber 110 through the opening 111 along the length direction X of the armrest 100; the clamping portion 220 includes two fixed clamping portions 221 disposed opposite to each other and two movable clamping portions 222 disposed opposite to each other, the two fixed clamping portions 221 are fixed to the supporting portion 210, the two movable clamping portions 222 are respectively located at two sides of the fixed clamping portions 221, and two ends of each movable clamping portion 222 are respectively rotatably connected to the two fixed clamping portions 221, so that the clamping portion 220 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
As shown in fig. 1, when the clamping portion 220 is in the unfolded state, the clamping portion 220 is located outside the accommodating chamber 110 of the armrest 100, and the two movable clamping portions 222 rotate relative to the two fixed clamping portions 221 to a direction of a first plane, which is parallel to or located on a plane formed by the length direction X of the armrest and the width direction Y of the armrest, to form a clamping space for accommodating an object to be clamped; as shown in fig. 2, when the clamping portion 220 is in the folded state, each movable clamping portion 222 rotates relative to the two fixed clamping portions 221 to a direction of a second plane parallel to or on a plane formed by the length direction X of the handrail 100 and the height direction Z of the handrail, so that the clamping portion 220 can enter and exit the accommodating chamber 110 in fig. 4 through the opening 111 along the length direction X of the handrail 100; as shown in fig. 3, the folded clip part 220 is placed in the accommodating chamber 110 of fig. 4, thereby saving space.
Specifically, the sliding connection between the supporting portion 210 and the accommodating chamber 110 of the armrest 100 may be a sliding rail, a sliding chute, or the like.
It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixed clamping portion 221 and/or the supporting portion 210 may be provided with a necessary recess for accommodating the movable clamping portion 222 when the movable clamping portion 222 rotates to a position parallel to the second surface (the surface formed by the X direction and the Z direction), so as to avoid the rotation process from being blocked, so that the movable clamping portion 222 can be hidden in the cup holder body 200, and the clamping portion 220 can smoothly enter the folded state, thereby reducing the occupied space.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the movable clamping portion 222 rotates to the first surface (the surface formed in the X direction and the Y direction), and changes from the state shown in fig. 2 to the state shown in fig. 1, the movable clamping portion 222 and the top surface of the fixed clamping portion 221, which are oppositely arranged in fig. 1, are in the same plane, and the gap enclosed between the two fixed clamping portions 221 and the two movable clamping portions 222, together form an inlet of the clamping space for accommodating the object to be clamped, and the object to be clamped enters the cup holder body 200 from the gap, at this time, the supporting portion 210 bears the weight, and the clamping portion 220 has the function of limiting.
When the cup holder is not needed, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamping portion 220 is folded, and the cup holder body 200 can enter the accommodating chamber 110 of the armrest 100, so that the effect of saving the space along the armrest in the X direction is achieved, and the problem of insufficient space along the armrest in the X direction is solved; when the cup stand needs to be used, the cup stand body 200 is taken out or ejected from the armrest 100, then the clamping part 220 is unfolded to form the cup stand, the supporting part 210 of the cup stand body 200 bears the weight in the Z direction, and the clamping part 220 has the limiting function in the X direction and the Y direction. The size of the clamping space formed by the expanded clamping part 220 and the support part 210 in the Y direction is larger than that of the armrest, so that the problem of placing a water cup with a size larger than that of the armrest 100 is solved, and the problem of insufficient arrangement space in the Y direction of the armrest is solved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable clamping portion 222 has a circular arc shape, and when the clamping portion 220 is in the unfolded state, the tops of the two movable clamping portions 222 and the two fixed clamping portions 221 together form a circular ring for accommodating a clamping space of an object to be clamped.
Specifically, the movable clamp portion 222 is rotated to the first face (the face formed in the X direction and the Y direction) to shift from the state shown in fig. 2 to the state in fig. 1, the movable clamp portion 222 disposed opposite in fig. 1 is in the same plane as the top face of the fixed clamp portion 221, and the top faces of the two fixed clamp portions 221 and the faces of the two movable clamp portions 222 facing the Z direction each form a ring as a part of the ring.
When the cup is used, the round cup conforms to the shapes of most cups on the market, can stably clamp the round cup, and has strong adaptability.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the top surface of the fixed clamping portion 221 extends to form a limiting structure 223 at the edge near the position of the movable clamping portion 222. Also, the stopper structure 223 blocks the included angle between the movable clamping portion 222 and the fixed clamping portion 221 from exceeding 90 °.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the position limiting structure 223 is an inclined surface or a recess formed on the top surface of the fixed clamping portion 221 and parallel to or on the first surface (the surface formed in the X direction and the Y direction), and the position limiting structure 223 (i.e., the inclined surface or the recess) in the present embodiment is defined as the first position limiting structure 2231 for convenience of description herein. That is, the first position-limiting structure 2231 forms a stop in the plane of the top surface of the fixed clamping portion 221, and when the movable clamping portion 222 rotates to be parallel to the first surface, the position-limiting structure 223 stops the movable clamping portion 222 from continuing to rotate, that is, the position-limiting structure 223 stops the included angle between the movable clamping portion 222 and the fixed clamping portion 221 from exceeding 90 °.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, both ends of the movable clamping portion 222 form a limiting structure 223 respectively; and, the spacing structure 223 blocks the included angle between the movable clamping portion 222 and the fixed clamping portion 221 from exceeding 90 °
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the stopper 223 is a protrusion formed on the end surface of both ends of the movable clamping portion 222, and the stopper 223 (i.e., the protrusion on the end surface) in the present embodiment is defined as a second stopper 2232 for convenience of description. When the movable clamping portion 222 rotates to be parallel to or located on the first surface (the surface formed in the X direction and the Y direction), any one of the two end surfaces of the movable clamping portion 222 is limited by the rotation connection position in the Z direction in fig. 6, the upper side is the upper side above the rotation connection position, and the lower side is the lower side below the rotation connection position, where the upper side is a protruding structure protruding in the Y direction, that is, the second limiting structure 2232. When the movable clamping portion 222 rotates, since the second position-limiting structure 2232 of the end surface protrudes from the lower side, when the movable clamping portion 222 rotates to the first surface, the second position-limiting structure 2232 abuts against the side surface of the fixed clamping portion 221, so as to prevent the movable clamping portion 222 from rotating further, that is, the position-limiting structure 223 blocks the included angle between the movable clamping portion 222 and the fixed clamping portion 221 from exceeding 90 °.
For example, when the movable clamping portion 222 on the left side of fig. 1 is rotated clockwise in fig. 1 to be parallel to the first surface (i.e., the state in fig. 1), the second position-limiting structure 2232 in fig. 6 abuts against the side surface of the fixed clamping portion 221, thereby preventing the movable clamping portion 222 from further rotating; when the movable holding portion 222 is rotated counterclockwise in fig. 1, the movable holding portion 222 can be rotated up to the second face (the face formed in the X direction and the Z direction).
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the movable clamping portion 222 is pivotally connected to the fixed clamping portion 221 via a rotating shaft 224 or hinged via a hinge.
Specifically, after the movable clamping portion 222 of fig. 6 and the fixed clamping portion 221 of fig. 5 are assembled together, a partial enlarged view of the joint of the two is shown in fig. 7, and the joint is pivoted by the rotating shaft 224, i.e., two end surfaces of the movable clamping portion 222 are respectively pivoted to the fixed clamping portion 221 by the rotating shaft 224.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a torsion spring 225 is provided at a connection position of the fixed clamping portion 221 and the movable clamping portion 222, and the torsion spring 225 is used to open the movable clamping portion 222 under tension so as to switch the clamping portion 220 from the folded state to the unfolded state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the torsion spring 225 applies a pushing force to the movable clamping portion 222 to rotate and open the movable clamping portion, and after the clamping portion 220 is taken out from the armrest 100, the torsion spring 225 can push the movable clamping portion 222 to be unfolded, thereby eliminating the operation of manually unfolding the clamping portion by a user.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the cup holder device further includes a sliding rail 226 disposed in the accommodating chamber 110, and the supporting portion 210 is slidably connected to the armrest 100 through the sliding rail 226 and enters and exits the accommodating chamber 110.
Specifically, fig. 8 is a front view along the length direction X of the armrest 100, and as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the slide rail 226 is fixed in the accommodating chamber 110, the support portion 210 slides on the slide rail 226, and the slide rail 226 is disposed along the length direction X of the armrest 100.
Furthermore, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cup holder device further comprises an ejecting mechanism and a positioning member; wherein, the pop-up mechanism is arranged inside the handrail 100, and provides elasticity for the supporting part 210, and drives the supporting part 210 to pop out the accommodating chamber 110; the positioning member is provided on the slide rail 226 for positioning the support portion 210 on the slide rail 226.
Specifically, the ejection mechanism is a component part that is fixed to the accommodation chamber 110 and is ejected by a spring, which is commonly used by those skilled in the art, such as a spring inserted with a guide bar. The positioning element may be a locking rod or a bolt, and when the positioning element is a bolt, the sliding rail 226 is provided with a pin hole matched with the positioning element to position the supporting portion 210.
