Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a steel die hot-pressing device of a steel sandwich plate, which has the advantages of high steel die hot-pressing treatment efficiency and low labor intensity of operators, and solves the problems that the hot-pressing device can only carry out hot-pressing treatment on a single steel die once when in operation although the hot-pressing treatment on the steel die can be realized in the actual use process, and when the steel die is hot-pressed, the operators need to take and change the steel die, so that the hot-pressing treatment is carried out again.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the steel die hot-pressing device of the steel sandwich plate comprises a bottom plate, wherein a bottom platform is fixedly arranged at the top of the bottom plate, vertical rods are fixedly arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom platform, two vertical rods are fixedly sleeved with a top plate between the outer surfaces of the top ends of the two vertical rods, a first pneumatic cylinder is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top end of the top plate, the bottom end of the first pneumatic cylinder penetrates through the top plate and extends to the lower part of the top plate, a lifting plate is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, inner openings which are positioned on two sides of the first pneumatic cylinder are formed in the bottom platform, driving motors are fixedly arranged in the inner openings, the number of the driving motors is two, a rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved on the other end of each of output shafts of the two driving motors, the top ends of the two rotating shafts are positioned above the bottom platform, and a first rotating disc and a second, the bottom of first carousel and second carousel all with the top swing joint of base frame, the draw-in groove has all been seted up to the inside of first carousel and second carousel, the bayonet socket that is located between the draw-in groove has all been seted up to the inside of first carousel and second carousel.

then an operator starts the first pneumatic cylinder 5, the operation of the first pneumatic cylinder 5 enables the lifting plate 6 to drive the hot pressing block 29 to move downwards, finally the hot pressing block 29 performs hot pressing treatment on the steel die in the clamping groove 12, then the second pneumatic cylinder 15 drives the movable plate 16 and the clamping shaft 17 to move downwards, and further the movable plate and the clamping shaft are separated from the bayonet 13 in the first rotating disc 10, and the operation of the driving motor 8 enables the rotating shaft 9 to drive the first rotating disc 10 to rotate ninety degrees, so that the steel die right below the hot pressing block 29 is replaced;
afterwards, the clamping shaft 17 is clamped into the bayonet 13 in the first rotary disc 10 again, hot pressing is continued, hot pressing is completed on all steel dies in the clamping groove 12, the hot pressing block 29 can be moved to the clamping groove 12 in the second rotary disc 11 at the moment, hot pressing is further performed on the steel dies in the clamping groove 12, and finally an operator can take materials and change materials for the steel dies, and hot pressing is continued.
