Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pacifier according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pacifier main body. The nipple body may include a baffle 10, a hollow cylindrical nipple 20 disposed at one side of the baffle 10, and a rotatable pull ring 30 disposed at the opposite side of the baffle 10. The nipple head 20 is used for sucking the infant in the mouth; the baffle 10 is generally configured to be larger than the mouth of the infant and to be able to withstand the outside of the infant's mouth; the pull ring 30 may be used for access to the nipple body, may also function as a handle, and may assist in pulling the nipple tip 20 out of the infant's mouth.
The baffle 10 is a flat plate structure, and has a certain radian design corresponding to the mouth, and the whole baffle is a flat arc-shaped plate. The shield 10 has two opposing surfaces, one facing the nipple 20 and the other facing the pull ring 30. Baffle 10 carries out arc chamfer setting towards the surperficial periphery (limit position) of nipple head 20, reduces this surface and supports area and the pressure of pressing on infant's face, improves the limit position and causes the discomfort to infant's facial oppression, avoids the big red seal of limit position extrusion, avoids infant's long-time use pacify the nipple and causes the mouth to warp.
The baffle 10 may be provided with at least one airing hole 11 penetrating through opposite surfaces thereof. In this embodiment, the opposite ends of the baffle 10 corresponding to the left and right faces are respectively provided with air holes 11, and the air holes 11 extend along the width direction of the baffle 10 to form strip-shaped through holes. The arrangement of the air holes 11 ensures that the infant breathes smoothly when using the nipple, and avoids the danger of suffocation.
If desired, the surface of the baffle 10 facing the nipple 20 may also be provided with at least one ventilation groove 12. The air-permeable recesses 12 may be one or more around the periphery of the nipple 20. Compared with the ventilation holes 11, the ventilation grooves 12 are formed on the surface of the baffle plate 10 in a concave manner and do not penetrate through the opposite surface of the baffle plate 10. The arrangement of the ventilation groove 12 reduces the contact area between the surface of the baffle 10 and the face of the infant, and plays a role in ventilation.
In this embodiment, the ventilation groove 12 is located between the ventilation hole 11 and the nipple head 20, i.e. located on the inner side of the ventilation hole 11 facing the nipple head 20. The ventilation grooves 12 are also communicated with the ventilation holes 11, so that the face of an infant can exchange air with the outside air through the ventilation grooves 12 and the ventilation holes 11 when the infant sucks the infant, and the running saliva can be drained along the ventilation grooves 12 and the ventilation holes 11 when the infant sucks the infant, thereby avoiding the symptoms of red rash and the like of the skin caused by the long-time contact of the running saliva and the skin of the face.
The baffle 10 is generally polygonal in shape with arcuate transitions between the sides. At least one side edge of the baffle 10 can be wavy, so that the massage touch feeling is added to the fingers and the palm of the infant, and the soothing fun is increased.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the nipple tip 20 is made of elastic and flexible materials such as silica gel or latex, and has a hollow cylindrical structure for sucking and biting by infants, and can be restored after deformation.
The nipple 20 includes a nipple portion 21, a securing portion 23, and a collapsible, expandable portion 22 connected between the nipple portion 21 and the securing portion 23. The fixing portion 23 is connected to the baffle plate 10 in a fitting manner, so as to be integrally connected to the baffle plate 10. The flared portion 22 is somewhat elastically stretchable so that the axial length of the nipple 20 is variable. As shown in fig. 5, wherein (1) is a schematic structural diagram of the nipple 20 in an initial state; when the sucking portion 21 receives sucking force, the extending portion 22 extends to elongate the nipple 20, as shown in fig. 5 (2); after the sucking force is removed, the expansion portion 22 is retracted and restored, and the nipple 20 is restored in length, as shown in fig. 5 (2) to (1).
Specifically, when the infant sucks on the suction portion 21 while the infant uses the pacifier, the extension portion 22 is extended to elongate the nipple 20, and the nipple 20 is sucked into the mouth. When the infant does not suck (for example, after sleeping), the restoring force of the stretching part 22 enables the infant to retract, so that the nipple head 20 retracts to the length of the initial state, and the nipple head 20 is driven to be separated from the mouth of the infant, so that the infant does not need to always sleep with the nipple, and the bad habit that the infant sleeps with the nipple for a long time is improved. The automatic detachment of the nipple also prevents the infant from being awakened when the nipple is pulled out by hands.
The stretching portion 22 can stretch and turn to enable the stretching portion 22 to stretch and turn to enable the sucking portion 21 to be contained in the mouth for sucking by a certain sucking force, and the stretching portion 22 can also be used for training and improving the sucking capability of infants (especially for premature infants, the sucking capability is poor compared with that of full-term infants), training strength, improving lung vigor and enabling the infants to be healthier and stronger.
In addition, the extension portion 22 is extended and contracted to be bent in multiple directions, so that the barrier 10 and the sucking portion 21 can swing relatively (swing in multiple directions) by the bending of the extension portion 22, and the nipple tip 20 can move in multiple directions, i.e., forward, backward, leftward and rightward, when the baby uses the nipple tip. The unfolding part 22 is provided with a plurality of wave-shaped folding positions, is soft and elastic, and effectively soothes discomfort of the infants during teething; the movement is easier during sucking, and the fun of pacifying is added; reduce the chances of whistle teeth of infants and protect the healthy development of gum.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the stretching portion 22 may comprise at least two adjoining annular folding positions 220, each folding position 220 comprising a vertical surface 221 and an inclined surface 222 with top ends meeting. In two adjacent folding positions 220, the bottom end of the inclined surface 222 of the front folding position 220 is connected with the bottom end of the vertical surface 221 of the rear folding position 220. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the extension portion 22 is extended, the vertical surface 221 is not inclined from the vertical state, and the inclination of the inclined surface 222 is increased. When the stretching portion 22 is maximally stretched, both the vertical surface 221 and the inclined surface 222 can be in the horizontal state.
The sucking portion 21 is a tip of the nipple tip 20, and is sucked by an infant contained in the mouth as a whole when used. The sucking part 21 comprises a convex arc surface 211 and a concave arc surface 212 which are oppositely connected, the arc surface 211 corresponds to the upper palate and the arc surface 212 corresponds to the tongue in use, and the sucking is more comfortable. The arc surface 211 and one end of the arc surface 212 are combined to form the front tip of the sucking part 21, which has the function of cleaning milk dirt on the tongue. In addition, the provision of ridges 213, such as wave-like ridges, on the arcuate surface 212 enhances the milk-dirt cleaning action on the cleaning tongue of the suction portion 21. The combination of the extension part 22 makes the nipple 20 movable, and the nipple 20 can move towards the oral cavity when the infant sucks each time, so that the tongue and various positions on the tongue can be cleaned deeply. When the infant releases the sucking of the sucking portion 21, the sucking portion 21 is restored by the expansion portion 22 and moved in the extraoral direction, and the entire nipple head 20 is restored.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the fixing portion 23 is a rear end of the nipple 20 and directly connected to the baffle plate 10, so as to fix the entire nipple 20 to the baffle plate 10. The plug 51 preferably has a shape corresponding to the shape of the plug hole 25, so that the plug 51 can support the fixing portion 23 when passing through the plug hole 25, and keep the shape of the fixing portion 23 and the upper clip 24 thereof, thereby preventing the clip 24 from being deformed by the nipple tip 20 due to external force and being unable to be clipped on the baffle 10.
Furthermore, the surface of the baffle 10 facing away from the nipple 20 is provided with at least one positioning column 14 extending away from the nipple 20, and the positioning column 14 is located in the accommodating portion 40. The position-limiting block 24 and the fixed plug 25 are provided with positioning holes 240 and 52 which are communicated with each other corresponding to the positioning column 14, and in the accommodating part 40, the positioning column 14 penetrates into the positioning holes 240 and 52 to string the position-limiting block 24 and the plug column 51 into a whole. Because the positioning column 14 is arranged on the surface of the baffle plate 10, which is back to the nipple head 20, and the extending direction of the positioning column is opposite to the direction of the nipple head 20, which is separated from the baffle plate 10, when the nipple head 20 is pulled by external force or shrinks due to multiple times or long-time hot water sterilization, the nipple head 20 tends to separate from the baffle plate 10, and the positioning column 14 and the positioning hole 240 on the clamping position 24 are matched to limit the clamping position 24 in the accommodating part 40 all the time, so that the nipple head 20 is not easy to separate from the baffle plate 10, and the potential safety hazard that the nipple head 20 is sucked into the trachea by infants to suffocate the infants is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 7 and 9, the pull ring 30 is threaded on the receiving portion 40 and is rotatable relative to the receiving portion 40. In this embodiment, the tab 30 is a closed ring structure, which may include a horizontal section 31 penetrating into the accommodating portion 40, and a tab body 32 connected to the horizontal section 31 and located outside the accommodating portion 40; the tab body 32 rotates relative to the accommodating portion 40 about the horizontal section 31 as a rotation axis. The tab body 32 is arc-shaped, C-shaped, or U-shaped.
The pull ring main body 32 is partially or completely wavy, so that the massage touch feeling can be increased for the fingers and the palm of the infant, and the soothing fun is increased. The pull ring main body 32 can be additionally provided with a bone position 321, so that the strength of the pull ring 30 is improved, the pull ring main body 32 can be held by a hand better, and the nipple is pulled out from the mouth of the infant.
In addition, the pull ring 30 can be doped with noctilucent powder and/or fluorescent powder, so that the pull ring 30 can emit noctilucent or fluorescent light, and the nipple can be found at night.
The pull ring 30 further includes a sound-producing piece 33 provided on the cross section 31 for producing sound, the sound-producing piece being rotatable with the cross section 31. The accommodating portion 40 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 410 spaced apart from each other in the rotational direction of the sound-emitting sheet 33, and the sound-emitting sheet 33 generates sound when it rotates to press or touch the protrusions 410.
Further, in the present embodiment, the accommodating portion 40 includes an annular wall 41 disposed on a surface of the baffle plate 10 facing away from the nipple 20, and a face cap 42 fitted on the annular wall 41 to close a top portion thereof. The cross section 31 is inserted between the annular wall 41 and the face cover 42, wherein opposite through holes 411 may be provided on either or both of them, the cross section 31 being fitted in the accommodation portion 40, and the opposite ends, which meet the tab body 32, being fitted in the through holes 411.
The sound-emitting piece 33 is arranged on the transverse section 31, and is used as a weak part on the transverse section 31, and in order to avoid the situation that the pull ring 30 is separated from the baffle 10 due to the breakage of the weak part, the opposite ends of the sound-emitting piece 33 on the transverse section 31 are provided with raised limiting steps 34 to form convex rings on the transverse section 31.
The fixed plug 50 is located in the inner ring of the annular wall 41, with the side with the plug 51 facing and abutting on the side of the detent 24 and the side facing away from the detent 24 facing towards the face cover 42. In order to position the transverse section 31 of the pull ring 30, a limiting channel 53 is provided on the side of the fixing plug 50 facing away from the detent 24, and the limiting channel 53 crosses the opposite ends of the side wall of the fixing plug 50 and communicates with the through hole 411. The sound-emitting piece 33 on the cross-section portion 31 is accommodated in the restriction passage 53. The two limit steps 34 on the transverse section 31 respectively abut against the inner sides of the two opposite ends of the limit channel 53. When the sounding sheet 33 is broken, the two limiting steps 34 can still be stopped at the inner sides of the two opposite ends of the limiting channel 53 (limited at the inner sides of the side walls of the fixing plug 50), so that the broken cross section 31 still cannot be separated from the accommodating part 40, and the pull ring 30 is still used normally.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sound-emitting piece 33 extends toward the tab main body 32, so that the sound-emitting piece 33 rotates in the same direction as the tab main body 32 when it rotates. Correspondingly, the convex portion 410 is provided on the inner surface of the face cover 41. When the pull ring 30 is rotated to the position that the pull ring main body 32 is positioned at the outer side of the face cover 42, the sounding sheet 33 is driven to rotate to face the inner surface of the face cover 42 and press or touch the convex part 410 on the inner surface, the sounding is performed, the soothing effect of sound and vibration is enhanced, particularly when the infant cries, the infant can be pacified by sounding, the attention of the infant is dispersed to stop crying as soon as possible, and the interest of the infant in exploring an unknown world can be stimulated.
The plurality of projections 410 are provided at different heights and shapes, so that the sound-emitting sheet 33 can emit different sounds when pressed or touched by the sound-emitting sheet 33. When the sounding sheet 33 rotates to the area outside the distribution of the convex part 410, no sound is generated, so that the infant does not generate sound when turning over the body during sleeping, the infant can sleep quietly, and parents can prevent the infant from being frightened by the sound when pulling out the pacified nipple from the mouth of the infant. For example, as shown in (1) of fig. 9, when the tab 30 is rotated until the tab main body 32 faces downward, the sound-emitting piece 33 is also rotated downward, and is separated from the distribution area of the boss 410, and therefore no sound is emitted. As shown in fig. 9 (2), when the tab 30 is rotated until the tab body 32 is located outside the face cover 42, the sound-producing piece 33 is rotated toward the inner surface of the face cover 42 and approaches to press or touch the protrusion 410, thereby producing a sound.
When the tab body 32 is rotated from the horizontal state shown in fig. 10 (1), and then tilted upward as shown in fig. 10 (2) to the upward direction shown in fig. 10 (3), the sounding sheet 33 rotates to sequentially press or touch the protrusions 410 of different heights, thereby generating different sounds, which can help the infant to perform sense-and-feel exercises, such as exercise control of eye attention, hand motion touch, and hearing exercises, and can improve the intelligence of the infant. When the infant knows the process that different sounds can be made by pulling the pull ring, the infant is encouraged to actively rotate the pull ring 30 by hands to make sounds, the intelligence of the infant is improved, the interest of the infant is increased, and meanwhile the confidence of the infant is also cultivated.
The end of the sound-emitting piece 33 is provided with a guide slope, and the top of the protrusion 410 is also provided with a guide slope, so that the sound-emitting piece 33 can conveniently leave the protrusion 410 along the top of the protrusion 410 after being pressed or touched by the protrusion 410.
