Existing diapers generally consist of three main parts: surface coating layer, absorption core layer and base fabric. Surface coating layer: closely attached to the body of the baby, can promote the urine to quickly permeate and effectively prevent the urine from permeating back, and the surface layer of the diaper keeps dry and comfortable. Panty-shape diapers in the china market are the non-woven fabrics surface course basically, and ventilative non-woven fabrics can promote the inside ventilative degree of panty-shape diapers, and vapor can circulate outside the panty-shape diapers, and moisture and steam in time discharge effectively reduce the chance that the diaper rash takes place, and soft comfortable not amazing skin. An absorption core layer: this layer is primarily capable of capturing and rapidly absorbing urine, dispersing urine, or diffusing it throughout the core layer by capillary action, ultimately absorbing and storing urine. The absorbent core layer of the paper diaper on the market is mainly of a layered structure consisting of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and super absorbent resin (SAP). A bottom cloth layer: the base fabric of many foreign paper diapers is made of non-woven fabric which is comfortable, but because of higher price, the base fabric of the paper diapers in the market is still mainly made of PE film. After the baby eats, the stomach is expanded, the front abdomen of the baby can be enlarged, and the front abdomen of the baby is not provided with elasticity due to the fact that the existing non-woven fabric front patch has no elasticity, so that the baby is uncomfortable in stomach due to the fact that the front abdomen of the baby is provided with the indentation of the paper diaper.
