Referring to fig. 8, a seventh embodiment of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that: an extrusion stem 307 is attached to the upper end of extrusion tube 301, and the upper end of extrusion stem 307 passes through edge ring 105.
When the acupuncture needle disinfection device is used for disinfecting an acupuncture needle, liquid can be discharged and sprayed on the acupuncture needle only by pressing the extrusion tube 301, but due to the limitation of size, shape and structure, the extrusion tube 301 is arranged below the top opening 103, and the edge ring 105 is arranged on the edge of the top opening of the barrel body, so that the pressing of the extrusion tube is inconvenient. As shown in fig. 8, the upper end of the extrusion tube 301 is connected with an extrusion rod 307, further, the upper end of the extrusion rod 307 penetrates through the edge ring 105 at the top of the cylinder, that is, the edge ring 105 is provided with an extrusion hole 105a with a radius size suitable for the size of the extrusion rod 307, when in use, the extrusion rod 307 is directly pressed on the upper part of the edge ring 105, and the extrusion rod 307 can move up and down in the extrusion hole 105a, that is, the extrusion rod 307 is controlled and pressed on the upper side of the edge ring 105, so as to control and press the extrusion tube 301.

Referring to fig. 9, an eighth embodiment of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that: at least two spraying units 300 are distributed along the circumferential direction, first channels 101a-2 corresponding to the extrusion pipes 301 are distributed on the outer convex step 101a-1, and second channels 101b-3 which are opposite to the first channels 101a-2 one by one are distributed on the plugging ring 101 b-2; the upper ends of the extrusion tubes 301 are integrally connected by a joint ring 308.
As shown in fig. 9, at least two spraying units 300 are circumferentially distributed, and the spraying units 300 circumferentially distributed are arranged, so that alcohol or disinfectant can be uniformly sprayed to acupuncture needles in the barrel, the disinfection area can be increased, disinfection dead angles can be effectively avoided, and the efficiency is improved. In fact, when in use, the discarded acupuncture needles are firstly placed on the box cover 202 for counting, after the acupuncture needles are accurate and error-free, the box cover 202 is rotated and overturned by the rotary driving piece 203, the acupuncture needles are overturned along with the box cover 202 and fall onto the filter plates 102b in the cylinder, and then the extrusion rod 307 is pressed, so that the stored disinfectant such as alcohol and the like is sprayed onto the acupuncture needles on the filter plates 102b through the spray header 302 for disinfection. If necessary, the sterilized water is excessively accumulated in the cylindrical body 101, and the drain port 104 is opened to discharge the sterilized water. In the annular chamber 101b-1, there is too little sterile water (which is considered to be too little when the liquid level is lower than the pipette), and the cylinder 101 can be divided into upper and lower half cylinders by the screw thread provided on the cylinder wall, and then sterile water can be added through the second passage 101 b-3.
