It will be appreciated that since the level of the flange 133 is higher than the level of the body plate 131, as the whipper 13 rotates, the albumen may flow from the outside of the flange 133 to the inside of the flange 133 and down onto the body plate 131. It can be understood that, by configuring the shape of the main body plate 131 to be matched with the shape of the cup body 31 of the food processor 100, the area of the main body plate 131 can be set to be relatively large, so as to increase the range of the stirring of the egg white by the stirring piece 13, thereby improving the working efficiency of the stirring piece 13. The connecting shaft 11 is located at the center of the main body plate 131, so that the motion track of the stirring piece 13 is attached to the shape of the cup body 31 of the food processor 100, and the stirring range of egg white can be further enlarged to improve the working efficiency; meanwhile, the uniformity of the stirring effect of the stirring piece 13 on the egg white at each position is also ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the flange 133 and the main body plate 131 is a circular arc transition.
It can be understood that the arrangement is such that the albumen can flow to the bottom wall of the main body plate 131 along with the outer wall of the flange 133, which further enhances the fluidity of the albumen and improves the stirring effect of the stirring member 13 on the albumen to reduce the stirring time. Moreover, the arrangement avoids the formation of an included angle between the flange 133 and the main body plate 131, thereby facilitating the molding manufacture of the flange 133 and the main body plate 131 and reducing the processing complexity.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the main body plate 131 is provided with an air inlet hole, and the air inlet hole penetrates through two plate surfaces 131a of the main body plate 131.
It can be understood that the air inlet holes are arranged to allow air to enter the egg white inside the flange 133, so that the egg white beating can be accelerated, and the stirring time of the stirring piece 13 can be reduced. Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the air inlet holes, the egg white positioned at the bottom of the main body plate 131 can flow to the top of the main body plate 131 from the air inlet holes, the flowability of the egg white is enhanced, the stirring effect of the stirring piece 13 on the egg white is further improved, and the stirring time is shortened.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the air inlet hole is disposed in a waist shape and extends along a direction from the center of the main body plate 131 to the edge of the main body plate 131.
It can be understood that the cross section of the air inlet hole is arranged in a waist shape, so that the opening of the air inlet hole is smaller and has a larger air inlet area, and the strength of the main body plate 131 and the air inlet effect of the air inlet hole are ensured. Meanwhile, the arrangement is convenient for forming and processing the air inlet holes, and the manufacturing cost of the stirring part 13 is reduced. The air inlet holes extend along the direction from the center of the main body plate 131 to the edge of the main body plate 131, so that a plurality of air inlet holes can be opened. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cross section of the air inlet hole may be square or circular.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the main body plate 131 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes at intervals, the plurality of air inlet holes are uniformly distributed around the center of the main body plate 131, and each air inlet hole all penetrates through the two plate surfaces 131a of the main body plate 131.
It can be understood that the arrangement of a plurality of air inlet holes can increase the air and the egg white entering the inner side of the stirring piece 13 from the air inlet holes, thereby improving the stirring effect of the stirring piece 13. And a plurality of air inlet holes are uniformly distributed around the center of the main body plate 131, so that the uniformity of the egg white stirring effect of the stirring piece 13 at each position is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting shaft 11 includes a first segment 111 and a second segment 113 connected to each other; one end of the first section 111 departing from the second section 113 is provided with a plug hole 111 a; an inserting column 113a is arranged at one end of the second section 113, which is far away from the first section 111, and the inserting column 113a is arranged in a non-circular shape; the main body plate 131 is disposed outside the first segment 111.
Specifically, the cup body 31 of the food processor 100 can be detachably sleeved with the stirring assembly 10 through the insertion hole 111a, so that the assembling and disassembling processes of the stirring assembly 10 and the cup body 31 can be simplified, and the assembling and disassembling efficiency of the stirring assembly 10 and the cup body 31 can be improved. The insertion hole 111a may be disposed only in the first segment 111, or may pass through the first segment 111 and extend into the second segment 113, which is not limited in the present application. The stirring assembly 10 and the driving member 51 of the food processor 100 can be detachably inserted, matched and fixed through the insertion column 113a, so that the dismounting process of the stirring assembly 10 and the driving member 51 can be simplified, and the dismounting efficiency of the stirring assembly 10 and the driving member 51 can be improved. The shape of the plugging column 113a may be square, cross, quincunx, or the like. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second segment 113 and the driving member 51 may be detachably clamped and fixed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the first segment 111 is larger than the diameter of the second segment 113.
It can be understood that the strength of the connecting shaft 11 is enhanced, and the service life of the connecting shaft 11 can be prolonged; meanwhile, the movement stability of the main body plate 131 connected to the first segment body 111 is improved, and the stable stirring of the egg white by the stirring piece is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the stirring assembly 10 further includes a shaft sleeve 15, and the shaft sleeve 15 is embedded in the insertion hole 111 a.
It can be understood that the cup body 31 of the food processor 100 is sleeved with the shaft sleeve 15, the connection shaft 11 can be prevented from being subjected to rotary abrasion due to the fact that the hole wall of the insertion hole 111a is in direct contact with the cup body 31, the shaft sleeve 15 with high abrasion resistance is in direct contact with the cup body 31, and therefore abrasion of the stirring piece in the rotating process can be reduced, and the service life of the stirring piece is prolonged.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, the present invention further provides a cup assembly 30, the cup assembly 30 includes a cup 31, a cup lid 33 and a stirring assembly 10, the specific structure of the stirring assembly 10 refers to the above embodiments, and the cup assembly 30 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, so that all the advantages brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are at least provided, and are not repeated herein. Wherein, the cup body 31 is provided with an accommodating cavity 311 with a cavity opening; the cup cover 33 is connected with the cup body 31 and is covered at the cavity opening of the containing cavity 311; the stirring assembly 10 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 311.
Specifically, the accommodating cavity 311 is used for accommodating food such as egg white, the cup body 31 is convexly provided with a positioning shaft 313 on the cavity bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 311, the first section 111 of the connecting shaft 11 of the stirring assembly 10 is sleeved outside the positioning shaft 313, and the positioning shaft 313 is inserted into the insertion hole 111a of the first section 111 to realize the rotational connection between the stirring assembly 10 and the cup body assembly 30. Meanwhile, the second segment 113 penetrates the lid 33 and is exposed on a side of the lid 33 away from the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 311, so as to be in driving connection with the main machine 50 of the food processor 100.
Referring to FIG. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a vertical distance between the stirring element 13 and the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 311 is defined as D, and D is greater than or equal to 2 mm.
It can be understood that, with such an arrangement, it is avoided that the rotation of the stirring piece 13 is affected due to the too small distance between the stirring piece 13 and the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 311, and it is also avoided that the stirring piece 13 and the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 311 are too large to stir the egg white located in the cup body 31, thereby affecting the stirring effect.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, the present invention further provides a food processor 100, the food processor 100 includes a cup body assembly 30 and a main body 50, the specific structure of the cup body assembly 30 refers to the above embodiments, and the food processor 100 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, so that at least all the advantages brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are provided, and no further description is provided herein.
Specifically, the main body 50 is disposed at the upper end of the cup assembly 30, that is, the main body 50 is mounted on the upper end surface of the cup lid 33. And a driving member 51 is arranged in the main machine 50, and the driving member 51 is in driving connection with a second segment 113 of the connecting shaft 11 exposed outside the cup cover 33. Therefore, the driving member 51 drives the connecting shaft 11 to rotate, and the stirring member 13 is driven to rotate, so as to stir the egg white in the accommodating cavity 311 of the cup 31.
The driving member 51 may be a motor. Additionally, the food processor 100 may be a chef machine, a dough mixer, a juice extractor, a soy milk grinder, a meat chopper, a shredder, or a slicer. It will be appreciated that providing the blending assembly 10 with the food processor 100 may increase the functionality of the food processor 100, thereby improving the usability of the food processor 100.
