Abstract
The application provides a panel components, frame subassembly and cooking machine. The panel assembly comprises a panel and a retainer which are assembled together, wherein the retainer comprises a wire passing hole, one of the panel and the retainer comprises a baffle, and the baffle is at least partially positioned above the wire passing hole to prevent water from flowing into the wire passing hole. The panel assembly comprises a wire passing hole and a baffle plate, water can flow down along the baffle plate to be prevented from entering the wire passing hole, the risk of electric shock is caused, and the service life of the base assembly can be prolonged.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of small household appliances, in particular to a panel assembly, a machine base assembly and a food processor.

With the increasing living standard of people, many different types of food processors appear on the market. The functions of the food processor mainly include, but are not limited to, functions of making soybean milk, squeezing fruit juice, making rice paste, mincing meat, shaving ice, making coffee and/or blending facial masks and the like. The food processor can comprise a soybean milk machine, a stirrer or a wall breaking food processor and other machines for crushing and stirring food. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the food processor may be a soymilk maker, a juice extractor, a wall breaking machine, or the like. The cooking machine comprises a machine base assembly 1, a cup body assembly 2 and a cup cover assembly 3.
The housing assembly 1 includes a housing 10 and a panel assembly 11 assembled to the housing 10. The cup body assembly 2 is detachably mounted on the base assembly 1. The cup body assembly 2 includes a cup body 21, a cup body handle 22 provided at one side of the cup body 21, a pedestal 23 located at one end of the cup body 21, a rotation shaft (not shown) fixed to the pedestal 23, and a stirring blade assembly (not shown) fixed to the rotation shaft. The cup 21 may be made of glass, metal (e.g., stainless steel), or the like. Food materials are contained in the cup body 21, and the stirring knife assembly is located in the cup body 21. As shown in fig. 4, the base assembly 1 further includes a motor 12 disposed in the housing 10. The motor 12 of the base assembly 1 drives the stirring blade assembly to rotate so as to stir the food material. In the illustrated embodiment, the base 23 can be clamped or screwed onto the base assembly 1, and the cup assembly 2 is mounted on the base assembly 1 by the assembly of the base 23 and the housing 10 of the base assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the panel assembly 11 includes a panel 110 and a holder 111 assembled together, and a control board 112 located in the holder 111. Referring to fig. 1, a button 1102 is provided on the panel 110 to control the food processor. The panel 110 is fixed to the housing 10 by means of a snap fit, so that the panel assembly 11 can be assembled and disassembled conveniently, maintenance or replacement is facilitated, and cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 3, the holder 111 includes a bottom wall 1110, a sidewall 1112 extending from the bottom wall 1110, a baffle 1113 extending from the sidewall 1112, and a wire passing hole 1114 disposed on the bottom wall 1110. As shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall 1110 and the side wall 1112 enclose a receiving portion 1115. The control board 112 is located in the housing 1115. The panel 110 includes fixing posts 1101. The panel assembly 11 further includes a fixing member (not shown) fixed to the fixing column 1101 to fix the panel 110 to the holder 111, thereby facilitating assembly and disassembly of the panel assembly 11 for repair or replacement, and saving cost. The holder 111 includes a through hole 1116 formed in the bottom wall 1110 for the fixing member to pass through. The sidewall 1112 is attached to the panel 110.
In the illustrated embodiment, the holder 111 includes a bottom wall 1110 and a side wall 1112 extending from the bottom wall 1110, but the present application is not limited thereto. The side wall 1112 may be formed to extend from the panel 110, and the bottom wall 1110 is fixed to the side wall 1112.
In the illustrated embodiment, the baffle 1113 is formed to extend from the sidewall 1112, but the present application is not limited thereto. The baffle 1113 may be assembled to the sidewall 1112.
In the illustrated embodiment, the retainer 111 includes a pair of wire holes 1114. The baffle 1113 includes a pair of first baffles 11130 respectively positioned above the pair of wire through holes 1114, a pair of first extending portions 11131 respectively extending downward from the pair of first baffles 11130, and a connecting portion 11132 connecting the pair of first extending portions 11131. The length of the first baffle 11130 is greater than that of the wire through hole 1114, so that the wire through hole 1114 can be effectively shielded, and water can be prevented from entering the wire through hole 1114. The first baffle 11130 extends from the sidewall 1112 by a length of 1mm or more and 30mm or less. The wire through hole 1114 can be effectively shielded to prevent water from entering the wire through hole 1114. The first baffle 11130 is disposed obliquely, and can effectively guide water to flow down along the first baffle 11130, preventing water from entering the wire passing hole 1114. The included angle between the first baffle 11130 and the horizontal plane is greater than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 80 degrees, so that water can be effectively guided to flow down along the first baffle 11130 and cannot enter the accommodating part 1115 from the wire through hole 1114, the risk of electric shock is prevented, and the use safety of a user is guaranteed; and the service life of the stand assembly 1 can be extended.
In the illustrated embodiment, the barrier 1113 includes a pair of first barriers 11130, a pair of first extensions 11131 extending downward from the pair of first barriers 11130, and a connection part 11132 connecting the pair of first extensions 11131, and water may flow down along the first barriers 11130 and/or the first extensions 11131 and/or the connection part 11132, thereby effectively preventing water from flowing into the wire through hole 1114 and also preventing water from flowing into the through hole 1116 without providing a separate sealing member to seal the through hole 1116, which is not limited in this application. The barrier 1113 may include only the first barrier 11130.

Claims (10)
1. A panel assembly comprising a panel (110) and a retainer (111) assembled together, the retainer (111) including a wire passing hole (1114), one of the panel (110) and the retainer (111) including a baffle (1113), the baffle (1113) being at least partially positioned above the wire passing hole (1114) to prevent water from flowing into the wire passing hole (1114).
2. The panel assembly according to claim 1, wherein the baffle (1113) includes a first baffle (11130) positioned above the wire through hole (1114), and a length of the first baffle (11130) is greater than a length of the wire through hole (1114).
3. The panel unit according to claim 2, wherein the first baffle (11130) is disposed obliquely.
4. The panel assembly of claim 3, wherein the first baffle (11130) is angled from a horizontal plane by 1 degree or more and 80 degrees or less.

The panel assembly according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein one of the panel (110) and the holder (111) includes a sidewall (1112), the baffle (1113) is formed by extending from the sidewall (1112), and the length of the baffle (1113) extending from the sidewall (1112) is greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 30 mm.
6. The panel assembly of claim 5, wherein the retainer (111) includes a bottom wall (1110), the side wall (1112) being formed extending from the bottom wall (1110), the wire passing hole (1114) being provided in the bottom wall (1110).

The panel assembly according to claim 6, wherein the bottom wall (1110) and the side wall (1112) enclose a receptacle (1115), the panel assembly further comprises a control board (112) located in the receptacle (1115) and a button (1102) provided on the panel (110), the panel (110) comprises fixing posts (1101), the panel assembly further comprises fixing members fixed to the fixing posts (1101), the bottom wall (1110) comprises through holes (1116) for the fixing members to pass through, and the side wall (1112) is attached to the panel (110).
8. The panel assembly according to claim 5, wherein the panel assembly includes a pair of the wire through holes (1114), and the barrier (1113) includes a pair of the first barriers (11130), a pair of first extensions (11131) respectively extending downward from the pair of the first barriers (11130), and a connection portion (11132) connecting the pair of the first extensions (11131).
9. A housing assembly, characterized by comprising a housing (10) and a panel assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, assembled to the housing (10).
10. A food processor, characterized in that it comprises a base assembly according to claim 9 and a cup assembly (2) assembled to said base assembly.
