The bedding accessory of claim 4 wherein the second bedding accessory layer comprises: a second outer layer; a second inner layer coupled to the second outer layer; and a second filler layer disposed between the second outer layer and the second inner layer; the second filling layer is filled with an electric heating body.
6. The bedding accessory of claim 1 further comprising: a third bedding accessory layer arranged between the first bedding accessory layer and the second bedding accessory layer;
the first bedding accessory layer comprises: a first outer layer; a first inner layer connected to the first outer layer; and a first filler layer disposed between the first outer layer and the first inner layer; one of polyester fiber, natural wool, down feather or silk is filled in the first filling layer;
the second bedding accessory layer comprises: a second outer layer; a second inner layer coupled to the second outer layer; and a second filler layer disposed between the second outer layer and the second inner layer; one of polyester fiber, natural wool, down feather or silk is filled in the second filling layer;
the third bedding accessory layer comprises: a third outer layer and a third inner layer; and a third filler layer disposed between the third outer layer and the third inner layer; and an electric heating body is arranged in the third filling layer.
7. The bedding accessory of claim 1 further comprising: a third bedding accessory layer arranged between the first bedding accessory layer and the second bedding accessory layer;
the first bedding accessory layer comprises: a first outer layer; a first inner layer connected to the first outer layer; and a first filler layer disposed between the first outer layer and the first inner layer; the first filling layer is filled with an electric heating body;
the second bedding accessory layer comprises: a second outer layer; a second inner layer coupled to the second outer layer; and a second filler layer disposed between the second outer layer and the second inner layer; the second filling layer is filled with an electric heating body;
the third bedding accessory layer comprises: a third outer layer and a third inner layer; and a third filler layer disposed between the third outer layer and the third inner layer; one of polyester fiber, natural wool, down feather or silk is filled in the third filling layer.
8. The bedding accessory of any one of claims 3, 5 or 7 wherein the first outer layer and the first inner layer are fixedly connected by quilting and the second outer layer and the second inner layer are fixedly connected by quilting.
9. The bedding accessory of claim 1 wherein said first bedding accessory and said second bedding accessory are fixedly connected by quilting, said first bedding accessory and said second bedding accessory also being connected by a zipper.
