FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a retractable chair armrest in a retracted state in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a retractable chair armrest in an extended state in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a retractable armrest for a seat comprising: a first handrail member, a second handrail member, a drive assembly, a control system, a forming switch and a rotating shaft. The connection relationship and the operation principle between the above components will be described in detail below.
In an embodiment, the retractable seat armrest may be mounted to a seat body, in which the retractable seat armrest functions as an armrest of a seat described below. In an embodiment, at least part of the first handrail member 1 extends in the first direction. The first direction herein is a direction defined for convenience of description of features, and the first direction may be understood as a direction in which a portion of the first armrest member 1 extends in parallel with a direction directed to a steering wheel of the excavator by a seat described below in a state where the retractable seat armrest is mounted to the seat body described below, which is mounted to a cab of the excavator described below.
In an embodiment, the first armrest member 1 may be formed as a pillar member extending entirely in the first direction. The second handle member 2 may be formed as a sleeve member extending entirely in the first direction, and the sleeve member may be fitted over the outer side portion of the pillar member. In an embodiment, the drive assembly is adapted to drive the sleeve member in a first direction relative to the post member to enable the sleeve member and post member as a whole to be contracted or extended.
In an embodiment, a first one of the column member and the sleeve member may be provided with a groove portion extending along the first direction, and a second one of the column member and the sleeve member may be provided with a moving member cooperating with the groove portion, so as to facilitate good cooperation between the column member and the sleeve member for smoother relative movement. The following will be exemplified with the orientation shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In an embodiment, the upper end face of the column member may be fitted with an upper inner side portion (hereinafter, fitting side portion) of the sleeve member. A dovetail groove (not shown) extending in the first direction may be formed on the upper end surface of the column member, a slider matching the shape of the cross section of the dovetail groove may be attached to the mating side portion, and the slider is fitted into the dovetail groove via the left side of the orientation shown in the drawing, so that the sleeve member can smoothly slide relative to the column member while being fitted over the outer side portion of the column member. In addition, due to the adoption of the dovetail grooves and the sliding blocks matched with the cross sections of the dovetail grooves in shape, downward overturning movement of the sleeve component relative to the column component due to gravity after the sleeve component extends for a certain length can be prevented to a certain extent, and the number of the sliding blocks can be also provided, so that the movement can be prevented more favorably.
In an embodiment, the driving assembly may be installed between a lower end surface of the column member and a lower inner side portion (hereinafter, referred to as a driving side portion) of the sleeve member, and the column member and the sleeve member are engaged with each other, so that the installation space of the driving assembly is more reasonably allocated, and the operation of an operator is not affected by the fact that the upper end of the handrail is too protruded when the driving assembly is installed between the upper end surface of the column member and the engaging side portion of the sleeve member.
In an embodiment, the drive assembly may comprise a nut 3, a lead screw 4 and a drive motor 7. The axial of lead screw 4 can be parallel with first direction, and the outside portion of lead screw 4 can be located to the cover of nut 3 and set up in the post component, and driving motor 7 can be connected with the drive lateral part of sleeve component, and driving motor 7 can drive lead screw 4 rotatory, so lead screw 4 will be relative to the nut 3 that sets up in the lower terminal surface of post component along the axial motion of lead screw 4 in rotatory time for lead screw 4 drives driving motor 7 again and then drives the sleeve component and move along first direction for the post component.
In an embodiment, the driving assembly may further comprise a driving power source, which may also be disposed at the driving side of the sleeve member and electrically connected to the driving motor 7 to supply power to the driving motor 7. The retractable chair armrest may also include a control system for controlling the forward or reverse rotation of the drive motor 7. In an embodiment, the control system may be disposed between the driving power supply and the driving motor 7, and the control system may include a control circuit for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and a first normally-open inching switch for controlling the forward rotation circuit to be connected and a second normally-open inching switch for controlling the reverse rotation circuit to be connected.
In an embodiment, it may be defined that when the driving motor 7 rotates forward, the sleeve member extends relative to the column member, and specifically, the first normally open jog switch may be pressed to close the forward rotation control circuit, and when the extended length of the sleeve member satisfies a requirement, the first normally open jog switch may be released to stop the rotation of the driving motor 7. Likewise, it may be defined that the sleeve member is contracted with respect to the column member when the driving motor 7 is reversely rotated, and specifically, the second normally open jog switch may be pressed to close the control reverse loop, and when the contracted length of the sleeve member satisfies a requirement, the second normally open jog switch may be released to stop the rotation of the driving motor 7.
In practical applications, particularly when the drive motor 7 is rotated in the forward direction to drive the sleeve member to extend relative to the column member, it may occur that the left end of the sleeve member in the illustration touches other components in the cab of the excavator, which will be described below, resulting in damage to the components or damage to the sleeve member and even to the drive assembly. For this purpose, the retractable seat armrest may further include a stroke switch 5, the stroke switch 5 may be disposed at a left end of the sleeve member (i.e., an end of the sleeve member that is away from the seat body described below in the first direction) in the drawing, the stroke switch 5 may be electrically connected to the control system, and when the stroke switch 5 is triggered by touching an obstacle, a control circuit in the control system cuts off the power supply from the driving power source to the driving motor 7, so that the rotation of the driving motor is stopped, thereby playing a protective role.
It should be noted that the forward and reverse rotation circuit of the motor is a circuit known in the prior art, and the travel switch is a component known in the prior art, and those skilled in the art can select the circuit according to actual needs. In addition, the driving side portion of the sleeve member may be a plate member detachably connected to the main body of the sleeve member (when the plate member is detached from the sleeve member, an installation notch is formed below the sleeve member), and when the sleeve member is installed on the column member, the sleeve member may be first sleeved on the outer side portion of the column member, the driving power supply, the driving motor 7, the lead screw 4, and the nut 3 may be installed through the installation notch, and finally the plate member may be installed on the main body of the sleeve member, and the installation notch may be closed.
In an embodiment, the retractable seat armrest may further include a rotation shaft 6, and the rotation shaft 6 is provided to the pillar member and serves to rotatably mount the retractable seat armrest to a seat body described below. In an embodiment, the rotation shaft 6 may be installed at one end of the pillar member in the first direction near a seat main body described below, so that the retractable seat armrest can be rotated at least to the right from a horizontal position in the drawing to a vertical position for an operator to sit on or leave the seat described below.
The present embodiment further provides a seat, including the retractable armrest as described above, and further including a seat body, where the retractable armrest is rotatably mounted on the seat body through a rotating shaft 6, and the beneficial effects of the seat are the same as those of the retractable armrest, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment also provides an excavator, which comprises the seat, wherein the seat can be installed on a cab of the excavator. Because the armrest of the seat is a telescopic armrest, an operator can press the second normally-open inching switch to contract the armrest and then adjust the seat forwards, so that the interference with the operating handle of the excavator can be avoided. When the seat is adjusted backwards, the first normally open inching switch can be inching to enable the armrests to be properly extended. The technical problem that the armrest of the seat after position adjustment can interfere with the operating handle in the prior art is solved to a certain extent.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all changes that can be made in the details of the description and drawings, or directly/indirectly implemented in other related technical fields, are intended to be embraced therein without departing from the spirit of the present application.
