The one-way air inlet valve 31 and the one-way air outlet valve 32 have the same structure and respectively comprise a valve body, a locking spring 33 and a clamping plate 34 are sequentially placed on the inner side of the valve body, and a plurality of arc grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the outer circumference of the clamping plate 34; the catch plate 34 in the one-way intake valve 31 is located on the front side of the locking spring 33, and the catch plate 34 in the one-way exhaust valve 32 is located on the rear side of the locking spring 33.
The principle of the one-way air inlet valve 31 and the one-way air outlet valve 32 is similar, when the external pressure is high, the clamping plate 34 in the one-way air inlet valve 31 presses the locking spring 33 to move backwards, so that the effusion flows into the drainage box 10 from the arc groove. When the pressure in the drainage box 10 is high, the clamping plate 34 in the one-way air outlet valve 32 presses the locking spring 33 to move forwards, and the air in the drainage box 10 escapes from the arc groove.
When the device is used, a patient is firstly placed on the bed plate 2, the guide block 4 is moved to a proper position, then the patient is positioned by using the limb bandage 5 and the trunk bandage 6, and then the limiting sleeve 8 is moved to a proper position according to the scale marks on the drainage tube 7, and then the limiting screw is screwed to fix the limiting sleeve 8. The drain tube 7 is then inserted into the patient's chest until the stop collar 8 is applied to the patient's skin, after which the drain tube 7 is secured using the patch 9. Finally the pull rod 26 is pulled forward or pushed backward as required so that the piston rod 11 moves at a suitable speed. Then rotate runner 27 can carry out lasting taking out negative pressure after accumulating power for clockwork spring 25, and then take out patient's hydrops, after drainage box 10 is full, open the ball valve and can shift its interior hydrops, later sustainable use.
