the first clip arm 401 and the second clip arm 402 of each elastic fixing clip 4 are correspondingly inserted into the first fixing jack first 102 and the first fixing jack second 302, the second fixing jack first 103 and the second fixing jack second 303, the third fixing jack first 202 and the third fixing jack second 304, the fourth fixing jack first 203 and the fourth fixing jack second 305, respectively, so as to fix the left nasal internal fixing unit 1, the right nasal internal fixing unit 2 and the nasal back fixing unit 3.

According to the size and the shape of the nasal cavity of a patient, selecting an adaptive nasal fixing unit or heating to enable the fixing bases 101 and 102 to be more adaptive to the left and right nasal cavities of the patient, inserting the left nasal fixing unit 1 and the right nasal fixing unit 2 into the left and right nasal cavities of the patient in a distributed mode, inflating and exhausting air to the air bag valves 105 and 205 through an injector, and adjusting the sizes of the air bags 104 and 204 to enable the left nasal fixing unit 1 and the right nasal fixing unit 2 to be attached to the nasal cavity of the patient to achieve adaptation; the nose back fixing unit 3 is heated and softened by hot water and then covers the nose back of a patient to be tightly attached to the nose back, the magnetic material 5 or the elastic fixing clip 4 is inserted into the fixing insertion holes which are correspondingly inserted into the nose back fixing unit 3 and the left nose internal fixing unit 1 and the right nose internal fixing unit 2 respectively, and the nose internal fixing unit 1 and the nose back fixing unit 2 are fixed. If the nasal cavity wound surface of a patient needs to be administrated, the medicine can be coated on the third adsorption layer 306, the first adsorption layer 105 and the second adsorption layer 205 to realize the effect of medicine treatment; when a patient needs to deliver oxygen, the oxygen pipe can be connected with the threaded interfaces 108 and 208 through threads, so that oxygen supply is realized.

Claims (10)

1. A personalized adaptive nasal fixator, comprising a left intranasal fixation unit (1), a right intranasal fixation unit (2), a dorsal fixation unit (3), and associated fixation units for fixing the left intranasal fixation unit (1), the right intranasal fixation unit (2), and the dorsal fixation unit (3); the left intranasal fixing unit (1) and the right intranasal fixing unit (2) are respectively of a rod-shaped structure which is consistent with the shape of the left nostril and the right nostril of a human body; the cross section of the left intranasal fixing unit (1) is oval, and the left intranasal fixing unit comprises a first fixing base (101), a first fixing insertion hole (102) and a second fixing insertion hole (103), wherein the first fixing base (101) is of a plate-shaped structure with an arc-shaped cross section, the first fixing insertion hole (102) and the second fixing insertion hole (103) are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the arc-shaped cross section of the first fixing base (101), and the first fixing insertion hole (102) and the second fixing insertion hole (103) are integrally connected with the first fixing base (101) and protrude outwards; the cross section of the right intranasal fixing unit (2) is oval, and the right intranasal fixing unit comprises a second fixing base (201), a first third fixing insertion hole (202) and a first fourth fixing insertion hole (203), wherein the second fixing base (201) is of a plate-shaped structure with an arc-shaped cross section, the left end and the right end of the arc-shaped cross section of the second fixing base (201) are respectively provided with the first fourth fixing insertion hole (203) and the first third fixing insertion hole (202), and the first third fixing insertion hole (202) and the first fourth fixing insertion hole (203) are integrally connected with the second fixing base (201) and protrude outwards; the nose back fixing unit (3) comprises a fixing base plate (301), a first fixing jack II (302), a second fixing jack II (303), a third fixing jack II (304) and a fourth fixing jack II (305), the fixing base plate (301) is of a plate-shaped structure with an arc-shaped cross section, the first fixing jack II (302) and the second fixing jack II (303) are arranged on the left side of the outer layer of the fixing base plate (301), the third fixing jack II (304) and the fourth fixing jack II (305) are arranged on the right side of the outer layer of the fixing base plate, and the first fixing jack II (302), the second fixing jack II (303), the third fixing jack II (304) and the fourth fixing jack II (305) are integrally connected with the outer layer of the fixing base plate (301) and protrude outwards; the first fixed jack II (302) is arranged corresponding to the first fixed jack I (102), the second fixed jack II (303) is arranged corresponding to the second fixed jack I (103), the third fixed jack II (304) is arranged corresponding to the third fixed jack I (202), and the fourth fixed jack II (305) is arranged corresponding to the fourth fixed jack I (203); the associated fixing unit is composed of one or two of a magnetic material (5) or an elastic fixing clip (4), and the magnetic material (5) can be a magnetic fixing rod or a magnetic fixing sheet.
2. The adaptive nasal fixator of claim 1, wherein the first fixation base (101), the second fixation base (201), and the fixation base plate (301) are made of thermoplastic plates.

The adaptive nasal fixator according to claim 1, wherein the associated fixation units are a pair of magnetic materials (5) with opposite magnetic poles, the number of pairs of magnetic materials (5) is identical to the number of fixation holes on the nasal dorsal fixation unit (3), each pair of magnetic materials (5) is inserted into the first fixation hole one (102) and the second fixation hole two (302), the second fixation hole one (103) and the second fixation hole two (303), the third fixation hole one (202) and the third fixation hole two (304), the fourth fixation hole one (203) and the fourth fixation hole two (305), respectively, and the left nasal fixation unit (1), the right nasal fixation unit (2) and the nasal dorsal fixation unit (3) are fixed by magnetic attraction.

The adaptive nasal fixator according to claim 1, wherein the associated fixing unit is an elastic fixing clip (4), the elastic fixing clip (4) is a hairpin structure or a "U" shaped structure, the number of the elastic fixing clip (4) is the same as the number of fixing jacks on the nasal dorsal fixing unit (3), the elastic fixing clip (4) is formed by bending an elastic material into a first clip arm (401) and a second clip arm (402), and the bent parts of the first clip arm (401) and the second clip arm (402) are in arc transition to form a clip base (403); a first clamping arm (401) and a second clamping arm (402) of each elastic fixing clamp (4) are respectively and correspondingly inserted into a first fixing insertion hole I (102), a first fixing insertion hole II (302), a second fixing insertion hole I (103), a second fixing insertion hole II (303), a third fixing insertion hole I (202), a third fixing insertion hole II (304), a fourth fixing insertion hole I (203) and a fourth fixing insertion hole II (305), and the left nose internal fixing unit (1), the right nose internal fixing unit (2) and the nose back fixing unit (3) are fixed.

The adaptive nasal fixator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the dorsum nasi fixation unit (3) further comprises a third absorbent layer (306), the third absorbent layer (306) is disposed on the inner surface of the fixation base plate (301), and the third absorbent layer (306) is a thin layer of sponge or foam.

The adaptive nasal fixator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the left intranasal fixation unit (1) further comprises a first air bag (104), the first air bag (104) covers the outer surface of the first fixation base (101), and the first air bag (104) is provided with a first air bag valve (105) near the nostril end of the first fixation base (101); the right intranasal fixing unit (2) further comprises a second air bag (204), the second air bag (204) covers the outer surface of the second fixing base (201), and a second air bag valve (205) is arranged at the end, close to the nostril of the second fixing base (201), of the second air bag (204).

The adaptive nasal fixator according to claim 6, wherein the left intranasal fixation unit (1) further comprises a first absorbent layer (106), the first absorbent layer (106) is disposed on an outer surface of the first balloon (104), the first absorbent layer (106) is a thin layer of sponge or foam; the right intranasal fixing unit (2) further comprises a second adsorption layer (206), the second adsorption layer (206) is arranged on the outer surface of the second air bag (204), and the second adsorption layer (206) is thin sponge or foam.

The adaptive nasal fixator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the left intranasal fixation unit (1) further comprises a first ventilation pipe (107), wherein the first ventilation pipe (107) is arranged below the first fixation base (101), connected with the first fixation base (101), and penetrates through two ends of the left intranasal fixation unit (1); the right intranasal fixing unit (2) further comprises a second air pipe (207), wherein the second air pipe (207) is arranged below the second fixing base (201), is connected with the second fixing base (201), and penetrates through two ends of the right intranasal fixing unit (2).

The adaptive nasal fixator of claim 8, wherein the first snorkel (107) has a first threaded interface (108) on an inner wall thereof near the nostril end, the second snorkel (207) has a second threaded interface (208) on an inner wall thereof near the nostril end, and the first threaded interface (108) and the second threaded interface (208) are threadably connectable to the oxygen tube.
10. The adaptive nasal fixator of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the major axes of the cross-sections of the first fixation base (101) and the second fixation base (201) are at different angles with respect to the columella nasi, the angles ranging from 0 ° to 90 °.
